What do you like best about the product?
Google workspace is a web solutions for all your needs which includes like mails, chats, worksheet, document creation, forms. Since its paid serivce you can create your own custom email address with your own domain. Google workspace provides unlimited paid storage as well which is better compared to your normal Gmail. Google workspace incudes business version of mail,drive,calender,meet,sheets,documents,slides,forms, cloud search and jamboard. Work space admin user have greater control our the documents created by any user under their account.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about google workspace. Only improvement needed is on google slides it a little bit not user friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our organisation has more than 8 employees and some contract employees. We use it create our own custom email addresses under our companies domain. Also since the google workspace provide administrative control oour the account it is best suited for our small organisation. As an admin we have greater control on what documents are being shared. Google workspace provide paid unlimited storage spaces which can be used according to the employee needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Google Workspace is the set of productivity tools that includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, Sites, and Forms. In our organization, we installed this because it is easy to use, easy to implement, and has a wide range of features. I use this regularly for business as usual. It was easily integrated with every google products. In addition to these, slack is added with google calendar and meet.Customer support is live and real time. The security system to protect the company information is totally acceptable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is tough to integrate other company applications with G Workspace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Workspace is enabling me to manage my time while bringing much more efficiency in the performance. Gmail for formal and official communication. Google meet for remote collaboration and official Meetings.Google Docs, sheets, slides and forms are helping me to collaborate effectively. In our organization, we work remotely and the team is performing perfectly with the help of Google Workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Google Workspace enables our organization to be calibrated. I like how Google keeps documentation with the same quality, especially if you need to send photos that need to be clear for the recipient. Google also makes our everyday lives more accessible as you can organize and set your tasks accordingly. Google Workspace also help our account security.

What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Google Workspace always satisfies me, especially with the account security we all need. This makes us feel secure with all our information and documents. All sensitive information is protected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Workspace allows us to have better communication. Google Workspace also keeps every document secured and calibrated. It helps our organization to be on the same page. Announcements and updates are never this easy with Google Workspace. From the word itself, workspace allows us to have a better and more productive workspace using only this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Mail, documents, spreadsheets, simple storage and sharing. It has everything you need for an office, plus it's Google! I was a beta user and when it became a professional tool it was adopted by some of the companies I work for. I helped in the transition from messy office management to a simple and immediate environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is Google, the user cannot use many Google tools! It's absurd that I can't use Workspace as a family plan, I can't manage parental controls, connect FitBit, use Google Nest and all the other Google products. Simply inconceivable. The absurd thing is that with Alexa, Garmin, etc. Everything works! Google does NOT want you to use their tools and I find this absurd.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a computer that would lose all my data if it broke! To avoid this I made backups on other media but the risk was the same. With Workspace your mail, documents, photos, etc. I'm everywhere, just log in to my account.

What do you like best about the product?
Google form is something which lets you create a questionnaire/survey form/a small organized form that helped me a lot. Yes/No radio buttons are a cherry on the cake. Its is very easy to handle and modify the forms as required. Text Field/Strictly Numeric Field keeps the integrity of the forms. The best thing is I can create a MCQ set out of these forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike I just like these forms as it lessens my burden of work a lot.

Best one. Keep integrating new tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating various surveys, who shareable link is easily available to circulate among my circle. Customization in the forms has solved my problem a lot. I can use these form anywhere, anyhow and anytime during the day. Easily accessible by third party, that dosen't require authentication. Especially, no need of additional software to create these form has done ease of work.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Google Workspace because it gives me a bunch of online tools that make it easy for me and my coworkers to work together, no matter where we are. Plus, it keeps our work stuff safe and lets us control our devices. And the best part is that I can get to my work stuff from any device, even when I dont have access to internet.

What do you dislike about the product?
some downsides of using Google Workspace in my opinion: Google Workspace tools are simpler compared to what you can do with Office 365. Sometimes Google Workspace gets rid of or stops certain functions (custom scripts and add-ons) without warning. Google Workspace really needs a good internet connection to work. If your connection is slow or not reliable, it can cause problems. Some apps can work without the internet, but you have to set that up in advance configuration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, most useful part is editing a spreadsheet by different users at same time and not having a conflicted version. Other than this, google meet option is one of the best tool for conferences and presentations with screensharing option and white board as well.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and user-friendly this is. In comparison with other tools and software, this is by far the best one I have used for the last 11 years. Another thing is the fast and easy implementation with other tools/software like Monday.com. I would totally recommend to jump to the future with Google!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend including a tool for big data management as in my recent role this is critical. I have not had the opportunity to contact Customer Support directly, but every time there is an issue it usually gets resolved fast! Other than this, as a regular user (I use this on a daily basis!), I'm beyond happy.

To this point, I have not encountered any issues or challenges with the tools and software.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using google workspace for more that 5 years now, I find it very easy to use and, we use gmail as our everyday email service and anyone with minimum techinical knowledge can eaisly setup this. The most common feature we use in google workspace is google sheets, google meet and gmail.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some products which needs update from google in terms of new features. For eg: Google Forms, it has very less intregrations and design is also very standard. Which is why we shifted to tally forms. Other than that most of the google workspace features are very esay to use.

Google sheets is a very powerful tool, once you start working on it you don't want to switch to any other app. Most of our data has been managed at google sheets and it works seamlessly. Gmail, google slides, google meet, google calander are also some products of google workspace which we use daily for our business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the entire workspace is easy to setup (almost literally the same as using a basic Gmail/Google Drive account). The collaboration is so much easier, and the workspace subscription provides some enhanced security features as well as other enhancements that make it even easier to manage. It's a complete replacement for Microsoft 365 which really only works best with Windows OS devices. Google Workspace on the other hand works with all operating systems including Mac OS, Chromebook, iOS, Android and Windows. Even offers device security to protect your information and secure your business assets. It quickly beocmes your daily driver for email and collabtoration. Customer support is easy to reach, with loads of information available in public forums as well. Integration is available for almost all apps as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about Google Workspace. It works well and is easy to setup, even without a tech background.

The ease of collaboration, with folks internal and external to my firm. Also allows me to easily manage all users in a single easy to manage and easy to use dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Google Workspace SaaS is one of the most advanced productivity suites nowadays. Everything is always automatically saved on the cloud. There are powerful functions in Sheets, Slides, Looker Studio, Gmail, and the integration among those products is seamless. I like how the creation of AppsScript Projects can automate repetitive tasks in many products, such as the Drive API, GmailApp API, Sheets API, Slides API and others, which allows you to basically create automations tailored to your needs. Additionally, you have the option to deploy WebApps as part of AppScript Projects, which can use data from any of these tools to showcase the information you need to.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Issue/Bug tracking & reporting is bad: sometimes, TS Engineers will tag your bug as non-important, unable to replicate or simply won't do, without further comms. - Some features are sometimes added or removed, with no notice, creating a learning curve on users who recently adapted to the product. - Some outages are reported in 3rd Party Websites before they appear on the GWS Status Dashboard - Sometimes they remove or decomission AppScript functions with no notice, including things as big as simple triggers. - Lack of advanced versions of simple triggers, such as onEdit() which can only receive a single parameter. - Rendering of the content in spreadsheets when a sheet is over 1MB takes over 400mb in RAM. RAM usage is clearly not optimized as it is a resource hog on low-spec computers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the need for on-premises collaboration software and IT infraestructure maintenance by allowing us to shift to their Software as a Service Model where they care of application security, maintenance, infraestructure and more, which allow us to reduce costs and shift our capital expenses to operational expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we can control who is seeing documents but still operate collaboratively. We have an all-remote team so being able to work together on documents is key! We also have outside authors we are working with so I love being able to toggle access on and off as we go through the editing stages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software is buggy and does things that we can't explain, and sometimes that makes a big mess. I also REALLY wish that I could highlight a section of a document and only get the history of that section. Pulling up the entire comment history often slows my computer to a halt and makes it unusable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do collaborative editing and track changes, which is our biggest use of the software. We also keep a company-wide events calendar that's super helpful, spreadsheets to track products / kit assembly / etc., and we use the video conferencing for weekly meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The spaces are really useful to keep track of tasks & the pending work for clients. Being able to share the space with team members is helpful. The option to "combine emails" is one of the best features for our work! Meets with no end limit are also a great advantage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the googe drive desktop version is useful, I'd like to use when I want to and not when there's no other option. For example, I work with slides/presentations and some are apparently too big to prepare online, which forces me to work with the file in a desktop version. This is no help when i'm working on the file collaboratively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can access everything from any location, which is great for working remotely! It's also very easy to share files, so me and my team can work promptly on everything and have accessibility to docs, data bases and everything we need to get work done and help each other as a team. The option to send combined emails has helped us a lot, it allows us to do a ask in 1/10 the time we did it before the feature was available. It's also been helpful to chat within a doc, it makes communication easy.

Not much I can think of but I think Google Workspace's Google Docs could use more built-in tools for plagiarism checking and sentence suggestion. Also, downloading files from Google Sheets or Docs and viewing it in Microsoft Office Tools can sometimes skew format a little.

You have a good number of required and useful applications for everyday work. Also having everything connected with the cloud is something that gives you security, speed and acess everywhere.

The tool I use quite a lot and still is difficult for me sometimes is drive. I feel like sometimes the way information architecture is done is quite confusing, found myself sometimes just making circles trying to find a file.

The sharing feature of photos and documents. Is my favourite. Without using my storage I can have all the photos or documents. Now its has option of auto delete the photos after specific timeperiod and which is my perosnall fav.

The Recent tab. It would not delete the recent history. It is good but sometimes it's annoying. I was concerned with face detection feautre, which likely i am scred of my Privacy, If Data is privacy is protected then there is no disliked about it.

The finance team has greatly benefited from Google Workspace in its collaboration with HR in regards to employee costs and forecasts. Real-time edits and document efficiency is the game changer as multiple teams can work on financial models and report simultaneously. Gathering and organizing data via Google Forms has eliminated email clutter, and responses automatically turn into a spreadsheet, making analysis very easy. Sharing information is made easy thanks to the integration of numerous tools in Google Workspace, and thus improves team productivity. What do you like best about the product?
Google Workspace has been an invaluable tool in the past one year where I facilitated daily stand-ups and sprint reviews. We have unlimited space in Google Drive to keep documents for teams and calendar integration allows everyone know about sprints and ceremonies. In most instances, I utilize the chat and gmail with Info@ to facilitate instant communication with other departments. Our retrospective sessions will benefit from a real-time collaboration which Jamboard and Meet are essential for.

Switching from Google Docs to Google Keep can be perplexing at times because the terminology is confusing. Also, the request access function is not always straight forward for sharing certain documents, and I also find the analytics dashboard less comprehensive.

Google Workspaces facilitates coordination among members of our team, allowing everyone to be on the same page and have access to relevant resources. Its integrated tools, such as Forms, make it possible to obtain feedback and data without external applications.

What do you like best about the product?
It is just amazing how my whole love is inside Google efficient. In fact, I only keep my first Google workspace account's domain because everything is connected with it. If I had known how impactful it would be, I'd created a personal domain. And I'm not the only one. Business side, figure workspace is the stepping stones of every business and company. Anything, from starting a new company to firing a employee begins and end at Google workspace.

I would like it to be easier to change my current account to another one. And they have interviews this, but since I've created accounts with the address I have, it is really difficult to change older accounts.

The biggest problem Google workspace is solving is to create a digital workspace permission based, safe and collective. I use it for automatic backups, employees permissions and onboarding, writing, business dashboard (Looker Studio), meetings and recordings.

Cloud Workstations don't come better than Google Workspace. Its got most of everything one needs features-wise including outstanding cybersecurity. Easy-to-use for anyone in modern working spaces. You will love its implementation and integration capabilities. As far as cloud workstations go in the global arena, Google Workspace is boss. Most people frequently use it.

It is a ranking Application. But on frequent use, you will soon find its customer support wanting. Its over connectivity to Google Apps for optimum performance could be another downside. But overall, i repeat, they don't come much better in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Google Workspace offers great cloud-based collaboration features with it's included Google Docs, Sheets and Slides apps. Documents, spreadsheets and presentations can be easily shared with colleagues inside the company or with customers outside the company. Given the popularity of Google's free apps like GMail, there is also a huge amount of integrations and extensions available for Google Workspace.

What do you dislike about the product?
Offline access to files can be problematic since Google Workspace uses it's own file formats for documents, spreadsheets, etc. Another major concern for us is privacy. It is not always clearly communicated how data stored at Google Workspace is used and where it is hosted. This makes it difficult or even impossible to use the service for some data categories for EU-based customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Workspace is mostly used for our professional GMail accounts, Google Calendar, Google Meet and in a more limited capacity for Google Drive and the cloud-office offerings. Google Workspace's Mail app offers a reliable and trustworthy email app with best-in-class spam protection. Google Calendar allows us to quickly share our calendars with colleagues and manage resources like rooms, etc.

Cost control and no upfront investments. I like that it is pay-as-you-go and you can add as many team members as needed per account. I like having no responsibility for the physical infrastructure. Lastly (for me), is that archiving and updates are done automatically. Just something else that I don't have to do, which is a plus!

The upsides of the Google Workspace are the ease of setup, intuitive nature of the apps, and ability to share most anything that's being worked on in a way that is secure but not overly-complex.

The admin dashboard can be a challenge to navigate, some of the products trip over one another in authentication or won't stay logged into the right account if you use Google for personal as well as professional.

It solves the problem that is Outlook and MS Office. We moved from those tools because even though they have a lot of features available, the interface is messy and clunky to connect to anything else.

Google Workspace has many features but the most used feature by me is Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets. These features are used widely and I guess without these features I don't think I would complete a single day. Emails, Calculations, and Calendars are frequently used by me. I've been using the workspace for more than a decade. I always see new and improved features. So far there isn't something that I didn't dislike about Google Workspace. Also, If Google can add more space in Email that would be the best. I would love to see more feature in Google Calendar as there isn't any major update.

Google Calendar is the best because even if I forget to attend any meeting it reminds with notifications and emails so that I attend the meeting. This helps me to attend meeting s and will not be able to miss any of them. Google Mail (Gmail) is the best because with email I don't think any organization works. These are primarily used by me everyday and helps me to stay up to date with all the tasks that have to be completed.

It logs me out soon on inactivity. Not sure but if there's a way to setup or prior inform password for email expiring a day before can save a users time, which they spend otherwise on waiting for us to reset and share it.

Google Workspace has all the important apps to keep your business running. I use it every day for email, meeting notes/document creation, scheduling + attending meetings from the calendar, and using Google Meet for meetings. I like that everything is in one place and all integrated so you don't need to use a bunch of different apps. It's super easy and intuitive to use.

I don't really dislike anything about Google Workspace.

Google Workspace solves the problem of keeping everything organized in one place. I can easily create folders and meeting notes in Drive and then attach them via email or add them to calendar invites for agendas. With everything being in the cloud, it saves space on my computer, so I don't have to have a ton of files.

It is a working and flexible solution for 99.9% of your needs as a business and you can start slow and just have workspace manage your business emails, or you can dive deep and have it run your emails, websites, seo, user management and much, much more.

There is literally only one single thing that I don't like about Workspace and it's not even a big deal: their Admin iOS app is outdated and could use a little love, but other than that, I love the product!

It keeps everything for our business in one place, rather than having a million different t apps for each function that your business needs. I like being able to log in and have a dashboard that allows me to be the most productive I can be, while seeing things from a birds' eye view.

I like the email and calendar functions best, it is modern clean and easy to manage. The integrations available are my main reason for changing over to Google and that it offers a login for a multitude of applications saves me time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying to use the drive, I don't like having to move a file to store it in the right place. It would be better to have that option whilst saving. The other apps are ok, but I miss having separate apps like in MS office, maybe it is some getting used to. It seems to get better with different add-ons

I was using some apps that didn't have the integration with Microsoft and that was my primary reason for going with Google. Because of the integrations, that improves productivity. I like the Email and calendar better than Outlook

How easy it is to use all apps and how integrated they are. It makes work really easy and effortless. There's a lot of apps to use like docs, sheets, presentations, covering most of the work i needed and reducing the need to use multiple apps. And it's super easy to implemente, zero effort. Almost no need to use customer support because the help documents usually are really detailed and easy to understand.

I think the Google drive interface could be better. Google presentations could be a little bit more user friendly when it comes to the use and editing imagens directly into the app.

The price point is the most attractive compared to Office 365; the other main thing I like best is Google's SSO ability for almost every website. There is nothing extra to do; click sign-in with Google.

I really wish that Google Meet screen sharing would allow you to request control of a screen. We have to use Zoom for those cases. It would be nice to have all features in a single workspace.

Cut our monthly expenses by 2/3rds from the Google Workspace migration for email, document storage, video conferencing, and voice (we were using Teams voice). In addition to reducing expenses, we have also solved many of our SSO apps that we were going to have to integrate SAML 2.0 with Azure AD DS; just by migrating.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started working at Tripledart, the first thing they did was to assign a Google Workspace account where all of the work I was going to do for their client would be saved. So they'll own every work I did and they just need to cut the access in case I leave the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too many mail threads are annoying. For all the comments on Google Docs, there are numerous associated emails, for every Slack message sent to me had a mail associated, keeping track of all this was a challenge. Assigning tags to emails to keep track of everything is too time-consuming. If there was an ability to make mail management easy, clutter-free, and at the same time maintain the professional value it already holds then it would have been great!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for all the features it brings to the table in one place--docs, slides, website building. The main thing it excels is at the ease of document creation, collaboration, and editing. I haven't found any alternative coming near!

I back up and use all my files in google drive, but even though the Sheet app works for my daily work, we have to use microsoft office for complex excel files.

A lot of things, We were using onprem active directory and exchange before, after switching to Google Workspace, our maintenance and server costs disappeared. We connected google workspace with the payroll application of our hr team and when our users start work, their accounts are now created automatically.

Google Workspace is basically as good as the individual apps that are part of it work for you. Google has as many hits as it does misses when it comes to it's apps. Gmail, Drive, and Calendar are top notch.

Some Google apps either don't live up to what you want or need from them, while others just pale in comparison to their competitors. Docs and Sheets are okay, but Microsoft Word and Excel are just so much better. And whatever Google is using for video chat on any particular day - be it Duo or Hangouts or Chat - they all fall flat.

They have one of everything when it comes to apps, and they are all basically very easy to use with little if any training needed, but some they work best if what you're working on is best completed in a basic manner.

I would say this is hands down the best value package out there. Google Workspace provides us with email, apps, conferencing, online storage, backups, endpoint security, email security, etc. Google has made it super easy to manage with their GUI.

I would say the cost of $36pm per user is worth it but gets pricey when your company scales. I wish they offered savings options but they are pretty strict with it when you go with them direct.

Everything! Having a Google Workspace account equips our employees with everything and more, they will ever need. It's wrapped in one cost and we are charged monthly. This is very flexible with new starters and leavers. Google Meets now support 1080p conferencing so we have moved away from Zoom and saved massive costs. Google Workspace is SaaS and its brilliant because everything is backed up online.

You have to pay separately for Google Voice. With Google Meet, you cannot pause a video you are recording. You cannot private chat with your team while on a call with Google Meet. Depending on your Google Workplace subscription, it's limiting for hosting an event with a large number of participants.

Starting with business email, there are host of useful apps that come with Google Workspace. In addition to Google Sheets, I am a fan of Google Meet. It is a convenient way to arrange online meetings, interviews, troubleshooting when faced a problem on PC. Sharing screenshot while interacting is so easy and effective on Chrome browser while using Google Meet.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point I think I enjoy everything about Google Workspace though I will mention those aspects that stands out for me. It's fast deployment allowed me to dive right into using it. It's ease of use and access are also soo profound. Beyond the Gmail and calendar there are other tools I enjoy within it but I just give a mention of those that I use on a daily. The Google Drive which easy to add any type of files, share the link and add only specific people to make edits on that particular file. The Google Meet which has gained it's popularity in our organization since the COVID pandemic. It comes in handy when working remotely or even holding teams with the team. It is soo secure and the quality of video and pictures is soo highly. And last but not least are the sheets, docs and slides which I use for data entry, information keeping and presentation respectively. All these tools are also secure and accessible with any device anywhere and help a great deal in streamlining workflows and collaboration of teams.

I find the free storage available in the Google drive soo little 15GB is quite small for an office setup. Though the storage plan payment options are workable, I still would want that bit reviewed and worked to offer more storage spaces

From planning meeting, generating link and sending it to the team and hosting successful meetings via GoogleMeet which has greatly cut on time we used to spend on planning as well as increased flexibility for my team and I. We can now hold the meeting anytime even when in different locations. Planning my week's engagements at the office using the calendar option to make sure I miss none of it. These has greatly improved my productivity and that of my team on overall. It is easy to access and link the tasks to all the platforms we are using at work. By using just one email account, I already have an account on other platforms. It is very convenient for syncing from one platform to another.

I do wish there were an option to download the entire Gsuite into one app, rather than having to download each program onto my mobile device. Since the Gsuite is kind of contained within one browser, the expectation is there for the apps to kind of exist all in one place. Instead, I need to switch from one app to another in order to achieve whatever needs to be done in each app. File management is not so goodin Google Drive. The entire flow feels clunky and it winds up causing an extreme amount of disorganization within our company. You can not make Gmail as your default email option, google chrome can be chosen default for emails and it shows a blank page

Make decisions faster, face to face. Use shared calendars to see when others are available and schedule meetings with automatic email invites. It can be integrated with different software like Hubspot, Yorlet, Clickup which makes it easier to use

What do you like best about the product?
I have my own domain managed by Google Workspace so the integration for mail is significant, rather than having a generic email address I have my own, and can easily create aliases for things like accounting@, invoices@ etc. Then paired with a full office suite of products it creates a significant value. I create documents regularly with Docs and Sheets as my main tools. I use Drive for retention and organization of critical documents. I also incorporate Photos for business purposes for maintaining pictures of mobile app screens that I use to share with customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have is not being able to us multiple domains with Workspace. So if I want to use an additional domain I have to purchase another package. That is not a matter of being cheap, I have no issue with the monthly fee, but rather the ability to be able to integrate both domains without the necessity of having to switch between them with different logins.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to provide me with integrated tools that help me be productive is hugely important. My mail integrates with Docs which is clearly important in correspondence. My calendar maintains my schedule and important dates which is valuable in managing my time. My Drive allows me to create a very effective document management system for the retention of important documents and great organization. This is what is an affordable package.

Compare to Microsoft family is less number of apps or feature available to use, most of the applications web based. Sometimes it will be difecult for beginers to understand the functions of those applications.

1. Usability: Gmail, Meet, and Google Drive, as well as other workspace tools, are the most widely used by everyone throughout their lives, and it is a no-brainer to utilise the same for Workspace. Minimal to no learning curve. 2. Integration: Because we interact with our clients and customers frequently, the fact that the Google Meet option is available natively in Gmail, which is most people's personal email client, makes it easier for us to send a link while also reducing the friction for the client/customer end to not download another app to connect with us remotely. 3. Collaboration: Google Docs, Sheets, and all of their workspace apps function precisely as intended and are excellent for collaboration.

1. Limited Cloud Storage: Google only offers 30GB per user, whereas Microsoft offers 1TB per user for the same price. We don't have many needs for cloud storage as a company, but if you do, I recommend moving to Microsoft because 1TB is adequate for most use cases.
