What do you like best about the product?
Most useful for uptime monitoring of websites. It lets you know when a website goes down and has several options for what would cause the site to be listed as down and many locations from where you can check your websites, so you can verify it is not just a regional outage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit dated, but the reason I switched uptime providers was for faster notification of a website going down and also more options of what could be monitored. While StatusCake will monitor the website uptime and do it well, there are only a few other things that they can monitor. The lack of monitoring options was an issue for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the uptime of my and my clients' websites. Notifications of any downtime, so action can be taken immediately to correct and bring a down website back online as quickly as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
It is best to track the user interaction with our website, and can also the geographical area where our website engaged a lot. I have found it best because it is very advance from the google analytic

There is nothing that I can say I do not like, it is easy to set up and configure with the website. Even a non-technical person can make his website connection with this software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend you, staying above your competitor can only be done by this software so you know which keyword you can use for your website requirement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just a skill to know what is best for the website. when I started my blog I just keep posting without any track. But after using this software now I can see where i am getting more users and on which keyword I should keep working on.

What do you like best about the product?
StatusCake is pretty good value for money, offering a much greater number of tests than alternatives.

What do you dislike about the product?
StatusCake feels a bit dated now. Development seems to have gone stale, and with new products such as StatusPage, while initially good, I've had to move to StatusPage.io. StatusCake offers a limited set of APIs that worked ok until they implemented JS CloudFlare DDOS protection on the restful API, which is just plain odd and any custom code soon broke.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have stripped most of my production systems from StatusCake in favor of more reliable and feature-rich competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
they have an excellent response time, a seemingly genuine concern for their customers, and the product seems like it's very well thought through when it was being developed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say as I dislike anything so far, I have a lot to do with the account still but I do plan on really digging deep into the account to see everything it can offer. By then I might be able to find something I dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking the load times of my sites and analyzing the data as it changes with some inconsistencies across my five dedicated servers. After creating an account I discovered a lot more information that I have at my fingertips with my account.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface to customize and make my site's uptime pages and checks is VERY easy to use and understand. The whole process is taken step by step and never overcomplicated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Public Reporting pages are only available in paid versions of the software. Other providers allow users to generate a public status page at no additional cost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used StatusCake to present my users with an uptime page for my website and services. I also receive e-mail notifications on when a check goes down and these notifications are very timely. I've benefited from this service simply by being aware of downtime before my users are.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently I have come across a new tool called Statuscake which is rapidly gaining traction for Website uptime monitoring and speed monitoring. It has 48 testing locations in 28 countries of the world. Its easily one of the best tools that I have come across so far for website uptime monitoring. They also offer the following services Sever Monitoring Page Service Monitoring Domain Monitoring SSL Monitoring Virus Scanning.

Nothing so far as of now. It needs to have some basic plans

My website Studio A1-Media Corp was hosted on a server that fell too far and through Status Cake I was able to take science of this fact. After changing the hosting everything stabilized but it was through the reports and alerts that I made sure what it was.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to monitor in one service uptime, scan for viruses, SSL certificates, and domain expiration dates. For some apps, ping does not really show the state of an application, so it is very useful to have tracking of RAM / CPU / disk space for our servers in the same service.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough testing locations (for example only 4 Asian countries represented, which is not enough)

I think StatusCake will fit very well business who has not only 1 website but many different applications running under it.

Make sure every application functions correctly. Ability to minimize downtimes of all applications is very important as less traffic, leads and sales lost on downtime.

I think the best thing is the ease of testing all the servers that must remain online, since I created a script that allowed me to validate its availability but I knew this tool and saw all the alternatives and I liked it a lot

Easy to configure monitoring and reliable performance and notifications. Tiered pricing including a free option that allows for level customization based on needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be overwhelming if filters are incorrectly applied, although that is true of any status reporting software. Many of the features that are most useful are included in the paid version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking web connection and uptime and page performance on multiple sites for the business. Free level of monitoring was sufficient for some needs and lasted for a while and the transition to upgrade was simple.

There's not actually anything I dislike about Statuscake. They do everything extremely well.

Statuscake is just a reliable product from top to bottom. Their UI is very user friendly and make everything very easy to setup and review. We've NEVER had a false positive in uptime checks. The product can be a little bit slow in a couple places when you're using it. There isn't any great options to make batch changes to your uptime pickers. I also am not a big fan of their server monitoring... yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Statuscake is quite easy to use and it’s systems are bulletproof. We often know when our site has gone down before our hosting company tells us! Although my favourite part has to be the pushbullet integration. Mostly because they called it ‘Traffic Cake’. Notifications that your website aren’t supposed to make you smile.... but they do!

What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little easier to set up tests. It might also be useful to have some more ‘helper text’ for some of the more complicated options to help people understand their purpose.

We can send an email, SMS or push notification (via pushbullet) to a range of people and at different intervals to ensure that downtime is picked up on quickly and someone is available to fix it.
