What do you like best about the product?
The Xactly Connect data platform is an extraordinary capability compared to other vendors in the space. It's ability to act both as a database and a data processing engine allow the customer to build and maintain very sophisticated data pipepline tasks. The Plan Design areas (Plans, Rules, Formulas, Rate Tables, Lookup Tables) have been improved in the past few years with the addition of tags and copy/paste capabilities to the extent that - for my team - the plan configuration process takes the least amount of time in a traditional waterfall-based implementation project. The Xactly Extend module is very promising and I look forward to partnering with Xactly to see how far we can push it.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the value we get out of Xactly relates to payout accuracy and cycle-time reduction. We have Xactly configured to handle daily scheduled data synchronizations with our HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse source systems. The system calculations quota attainment and incentive compensation payouts around the clock. These configurations give our payees, administrators, and other end users the ability to make decisions based on near-real-time data. Xactly Incent's date effectivity allows us to manage changes to sales incentive plans, reference data, and quota crediting rules and have those changes impact only the measurement periods to which they apply. This makes certain requirements like proration, ramping quota, guarantee formulas, etc. very simple to maintain in the system. Xactly Forms (soon to be replaced by Extend) allows us to have a process in place for management to review and approve payouts AND automatically send them to our payroll providers. This takes all the operational overhead and risk of human error out of the equation.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool can be configured a lot to make your desired result a success. You can make your conditions very complicated or very basic based on what your business needs are. Being able to clone rules and reapply them makes it very easy to rinse and repeat for other positions. They recently updated their UI and it's a much fresher look. They always are putting new releases out to enhance to tool further and you can add requests to improve the tool too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because they are in the process of enhancing their tool through multiple product releases, sometimes there are minor bugs that usually have a workaround and they are willing to investigate and fix them. There are some enhancements that they could add that would drastically improve their conditional logic writing (which I have a request in for). Sometimes, finding documentation on what their tool does or what an exact feature can/can't do lacks a little bit but after a support ticket in, you can get the answer. Just hope they update their documentation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calculating very complex commission plans among a diverse organization and wide range of products. Having this tool allows us to step away from manual calculations and allows users to have a dashboard to review.

What do you like best about the product?
Versioning of people, position, quota etc is one of the most awesome feature that Xactly. I love this feature because I have not seen this in systems like Oracle incentive compensation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Below few points that i dislike: 1) I wish lookup tables would have shown total count of line items added. 2) A custom option to run calculation batch only for few reps would be a great option to have. 3) Once batch is run and payments are released we cannot go and rerun the same batch again as release gets affected during that process, there is a workaround but its cumbersome.

1) Xactly helps to run calculations swiftly and accurately with minimal manual intervention. 2) Incentive statement is also helpful and gives a detailed view for the reps.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Xactly Incent are having trusted and automated data and calculations. Our reps' incentive statements are refreshed daily and they're able to see where they are quota-wise or commisison-wise in a given month at any time. I also appreciate how easily the hierarchy can be updated as this can change from month to month.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Xactly Incent is the lack of reporting. Currently, we aren't able to export and see all details for incentive statements, especially manual payments with comments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xactly Incent is helping us reduce the amount of manual effort by our finance team for calculating commissions for our sales team, manually sending out compensation plans and getting signatures, and updating reps throughout the month on where they may be in a given month as everything used to be in Excel and done once the month was closed.

We do have certain times of the month/year where the system only shows the previous years results. Not sure why this is is since I would assume that the current point in time could be frozen whilst our finance teams work on the data in the background.

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly is precise tool for commission calculation with many options. You can always go back to previous periods to check, review, or recalculate commissions anytime you need, perform your analysis or create dashboards with reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
For very specific client set up may be tool a bit not user friendly and you need to update multiple rules, formulas and other things for calculation to work, even for 1 seller impacted and even changing 1 small thing on the commission plan. Formulas in Xactly are limited to certain length, so sometimes you need to find another workaround how to get what you want with other functions/rules and match them. Also, creation of single report is sometimes not very user friendly when there is a need to use complicated counted formulas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding Excel usage and tracking history of commissions with possibility to make analysis. Sellers have order details and commission details on hand anytime they need, also for past periods.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how detailed Xactly is with my quota. They break down percentages, and they also break down the nuances in between quota periods so that I can accurately track my attainment.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Xactly. It is everything a well experienced sales person would want and expect for a quota tracking software. The one thing that I could see them changing is maybe the look and feel to make it look sleeker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not knowing what I am getting paid each month. Xactly shows me what I need to look into if I am missing something in my compensation plan. For example, it shows me a breakdown of what my payout will be and I can track for accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly dominates its strength in the market by its ease of use. The interface, ease of access and flexibility it provides to users are the major points of the application. Some of the pros I can jot down are: 1. Ease of implementation (No prior coding knowledge is required at the base level.) 2. All major integrations are provided directly to the app 3. Fast processing time by using in-memory calculations. The flow of commissions becomes seamless. 4. Xactly mobile app provides seamless results to sales teams in few clicks. 5. Authentication and security of data are entirely backed up in Xactly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any issues with Xactly. It's an application designed for the sales commissions team and targets the right place. However, there can be some improvements that are currently being worked upon: 1. System UI feels very obsolete. A fresh design and feel are required, which could be more appealing, and it's currently being worked upon 2. An updated Incent system with new proration and commission calculation functionalities could be appreciated.

Xactly incent has helped us solve the calculation process, which was manually done in excel with the high scope of errors. Since the inception of Xactly, the whole calculation and load process of bookings data has been automated, and we can now focus on the company's growth and sales.

The Sorting of transactions on line order item, makes the retroactive investigations much easier. The home page which has search orders and credits is also very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Incent is the consistent improvements that are being made to enhance the admin and end user experience. They are consistently looking for and implementing feedback from customers. The layout of the system and resources such as Xactly University and the Community Portal makes training new commission analysts easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the inability to version formulas and credit rules, making plan updates more complicated by removing and adding rules to plans. We can not utilize person-based analytic reports for all of our employees because of how we assign positions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the amount of manual work that we need to do to calculate and pay commissions on a monthly basis. The analytic reports for admins have greatly reduced the amount of time it takes for us to confirm the outstanding commissions each month.

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable for complex comp plans. Has the ability to retain historical changes to plans, roles, quotas, etc. instead of having to worry about who has what information stored on what computer/shared site/etc...

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting function has limits that don't allow some of the fields that are in the system(and visible in some reports and used in calculations) to be added to some of the reports or views available to sales reps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complex set of sales compensation plans and previously had to rely on manual spreadsheets to try and compile and provide monthly sales comp results to payroll. Xactly allows for consistent, transparent to the sales people, results on a daily basis that allows us within minutes to pull a report and provide results for sales comp to our payroll team.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Xacly Incent, is that it is a very user-friendly platform. Navigation of the UI is very intuitive, and we can easily create rules and plans that incentivize our sales partners. It is powerful enough to build complex rules with multiple working parts to match what we have in mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful as Incent is, certain aspects fall short of expectations. What I might think of as "basic" functionality is sometimes missing- necessitating a work-around. Examples of this are: 1. Appropriate Language emails generated for users based on their GUI language. 2. A method for "Does not Contain" within formulas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xaclty provides us an effective platform to create rules and compensation for a multitude of different plans. It allows us to scale our resources and compensate groups with different needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The Xactly options are very easy to use for both the admin and the end user. The presentation is excellent and easy on the eyes. I have used Callidus and it is not as user friendly as Xactly for the admin and the end user.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have about Xactly is that you cannot search for Plan Documents by employee id, you to have to type the user's name and if it is a tough name to spell it makes it harder to search.

Xactly makes the information for the field available to so they can view what opportunities have closed, current attainment, and rates of each line item. The data that can be viewed and be exported to an excel file for a more thorough review.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Xactly Incent for about 6 years, and has worked quite well for us in terms of giving our sales team a tool where they can track their sales compensation details. Reports are highly customizable, and the addition of improvements to the interface over recent years has been great to see.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updating specific components like quotas/rates tables/ pay curves can be buggy, with pages not loading fully or requiring workarounds. The product gets easier to understand once you get the hang of the mechanics and steps needed to run calculations. Xactly Training, which they provide, is very helpful and I definitely recommend utilizing it as much as possible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incent has provided our sales org with a more accessible, consistent way of viewing their commission credits, spiffs, and payouts. Managers can view their team's performance in one place, in current plan periods and previous years if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload multiple data sources and Xactly does all of the processing. Accruals and actual calculations become quite easy. I especially like that it easily handles proration if there is an org change during the month. The ease frees up my time for analysis. I like Community for a quick lookup but if there is something complex. There are multiple ways of handling currencies in a global salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like capability to open multiple screens of Xactly at a time. Navigating around some screens can be annoying. For example, if I drill to payment details, there is no way to map back to the incentive statement page without clicking back on the position record. Essentially starting over. I sometimes want to look at something real quickly in Xactly. Lack of full scrolling means that I need to download a file extract and open it up in Google Sheets. It is not hard but adds additional steps and takes up time out of the day when repeated multiple times over the week.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
When building out the solution, design it with the desired layout, even if your org is not there yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, commission processing and some analytics. Benefits are time saved and accuracy. We recently onboarded part of a new sales org from a peer subsidiary company into the tool. This will serve as a springboard for a much large global integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly Incent helps our organization to automate and streamline our complex compensation process. The solution is flexible, easy to configure and can be customized per our needs and time-to-time changes in incentive plans. Xactly Incent meets our HR and legal requirements by allowing accurate implementation of designed plans, audit capability, plan routing and status tracking. It meets the Sales team requirements by giving visibility to goals and credits and transparency to achievements via incentive statements and ranking. Xactly Analytics is a user-friendly tool that allows us to automate and publish various reports on the user dashboard. It provides valuable insights into sales performance and compensation data. It allows organizations to analyze sales data in real-time, have a better understanding of sales performance and make informed decisions. Xactly community portal and university offer an excellent resource for beginners to advanced learners. Monthly newsletters keep the administrator up to date with upcoming changes. My favorites are the email series with tips n tricks and quick learning videos (XUshorts).

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the default period is set to the last close period, and I hope there is a way to change the period for all tabs in one place. Incentive statements have no search by typing a period. Currently need to scroll through all the periods.

We can route and track the status of the plans via Incent, which helps us meet our legal requirements. Credit and commission results are per our compensation plans, meeting audit and HR requirements. Reporting through analytics meets the sales team and FP&A requirements

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like the best about Xactly is that they are constantly looking to get feedback from their customers in order to make the system better and more useful for their customers. They take the feedback received from customers and actually apply it to their system.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside that we have noticed is the lack of Point in Time reporting. This would be incredibly useful for pulling reports for our auditors. Without this specific functionality in Incent we cannot always pull the reports we would like from the system.

With Xactly Incent our sales employees are easily able to see each day what they have earned in commissions for the month and what they are expected to receive on their next commission check. We no longer have to create manual statements for employees and they can see everything that makes up their commission checks in one easy to read location.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Xactly for about ten years and consider it one of the best commission calculation tools in the world. Excellent tool for calculating commissions and tracking sales performance. Great system and a great product to use with Salesforce. Xactly works as expected for Sales Performance Management, and Xactly Incent is an excellent ICM solution. Xactly gets the job done and makes sense of your comp and quota attainments. It also improved the accuracy and transparency of commissions and sales. It has excellent analysis tools and reporting capabilities. Xactly can easily handle any complex commission plan.

What do you dislike about the product?
When working with the hierarchy, there is no way to upload a small set of records to add to an existing version. Either the entire hierarchy must be re-uploaded, or each record must be manually added.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xactly Incent solves the problem of timely processing of monthly sales commissions. A tool that reduces errors in incentive payment calculations and tackle the most difficult incentive compensation management challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integration with Incent app allows Xactly admins to configure dashboards to display to the sales team to show them their monthly revenue collected and commissions earned. Drill-down capabilities and custom field creation allow us to show and relate invoices to Salesforce opportunities which is a game changer for our team. The Support team has always been readily available and quick to jump on calls to review and work through any issues I raised or cases I opened. Our AEs have done an incredible job at maintaining a line of communication with us from onboarding to monthly check-ins and actively work to put us in touch with the right contact or right resources for any issues we have raised.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I remember right, the rules only allow you to roll up revenue but not commission so if I'm a manager, I can quickly see how much revenue my team has brought in but I have no quick way to view in a dashboard the aggregate credit that they have earned. I think I ran into a few restrictions with some dashboard features I wanted to configure that were minor details but no real issue in the end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides our sales team with visibility into commissions earned. We've seen an increase in our commercial pipeline as a result and a renewed sense of energy within some of our Business Development team members who now have a source available to them to monitor and track their sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly Incent has tons of resources for learning the software and making the space your own. I thoroughly enjoy being able to build out reporting and dashboards for Sales Executives to give them the tools they need to gauge the health of their business and make decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some sales personnel seem hesitant to change and might like how commissions were presented before we used Xactly. Having a newer technology means we need to push adoption, but sometimes it's not as easy as you think, regardless of how good the software application is.

We are using Xactly as a resource to have one central location to house commission-related data for our organization. We have many different business units, and Xactly is helping us consolidate data into one silo from which we can branch off with different dashboards and reports.

What I like best about Xactly is its cool interface when reviewing sales credit and quotas. The layout of the page and the tabs is nice.

Sometimes when I'm updating quotas, there will be an unknown error and I will lose the data I manually entered in those fields and end up having to upload it instead (Which is fine)

Xactly helps us keep our actuals data together in one place along with the compensation that the reps receive from it. It also helps us get a good idea of what a deal is worth when it's submitted before they started. Sometimes we can't rely on salesforce for the submits data so having Xactly be a landing place for that data after the commissions team works through it is nice.

Transparency is the number 1, what the seller sees is what they are being paid from. Using ana,Utica to provide sales performance metric data based in the actual sales data in a daily basis is also helping address sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Xactly Incent for 11+ years. Xactly is easy to use for administrators and payees alike. Building rules, formulas and plans is a very intuitive process. Payees like that they have real-time visibility of their commissions and that the interface is easy to navigate. We perform manual calculations each month to audit the system and the system is always right! Xactly's customer support and our TAM are top notch and extremely responsive! We have used them for help on some of our more complex plans.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I'd love to see improved. One that comes to mind is being able to easily search to see which incentive statement an individual is on. This can be cumbersome when you have as many plans as we do. Adding a field for visibility to the Profile section would be amazing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Incent to calculate commissions for 700+ employees. Using spreadsheets is not an option for this volume. It also allows the sales team to focus on selling and not guessing what their commissions might be.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been an Administrator, configuring and supporting compensation in Incent for ten years. The longevity of using this product within our organization practically speaks for itself. We process approx 10 million in compensation across four countries, and what I appreciate most is the ease of use and our ability to manage the software internally. Incent processes compensation efficiently and accurately. Handling complex comp plans as seamlessly as simple ones. I appreciate that the company continues to take feedback from its users and innovate new products designed with clients in mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the end-user experience were better. We have issues with partners that struggle with login issues. In particular, if a partner has multiple instances of Incent or does not log in frequently. I find setting up Analytics reports and Dashboards to be cumbersome. I believe Xactly has an opportunity here to make their product much better.

While many businesses pay using commission-based payments, they rarely specialize in compensation. We had many homegrown systems that I managed before partnering with Xactly. What do you like best about the product?
Incent makes our monthly commissions calculations a breeze for the hundreds of reps and leaders that our organization has. Full revamp of desktop site recently with more up-to-date features. Allows for full transparency to sales reps to view their monthly statements and granular details in Incent and Analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too much custom work that needs to be done to fit the needs of your specific comp plan and have to rely heavily on Xactly's professional services team to accomplish. Once the custom work is done it works well for us but when a large Enterprise client like us needs to make changes it becomes a bit of a headache. Not enough "real-time" updates (need to upload data and wait for the system to calculate vs showing how the code calculates as you build it in real-time. Could enhance the mobile app for end users, especially in current environment where people are used to checking everything on their phones vs desktop.

Standardizing compensation plans and executing on those comp plans flawlessly, eliminating margin for error if comp plans were being calculated manually via Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been a customer for 7 years now. It takes some time to learn how the system works, but it is a fairly smooth process once you learn. Employees can easily see their goals, attainment, and commission earned daily. I'm a team of 1 who fully manages the platform for 200+ salespeople - managing the day-to-day process, and the annual changes (pay, quotas, hierarchy, named relationships, etc.). Their upload templates make this manageable for one person to handle.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had the best experience with the support team. However, I know there are support tiers available and we could request/pay for a better level of support. Typically, it results in me finding the issue on my own - which isn't bad, because then I learn the system better.

Prior to 2017/Xactly, we calculated commissions all on spreadsheets. Fast forward to 2023, we have 200+ employees on commission plans. It would not be realistic to calculate these on spreadsheets. We're able to give each employee an individualized commission incentive plan.

It is easy to navigate around the system as an administrator, easy to amend your commission statements and process new starters and leavers. It's very logical.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we want to process manual payments, commission related but for those that do not hold a commission plan, we have to use up a license. If you upload your manual payments all in one go and no changes are required it is fine, but if you upload payments as and when you get them it is tricky, as you need to remove your prior batch, reload and recalculate. Can be confusing. Also, with regards to manual payments, once the payment is entered we have to run a manual process for it to calculate and appear on their statement, rather than that happen automatically in the overnight process. It would be good if this could be scheduled.

Enables us to pay our commissions to our sales staff accurately, see their performance, and have a clear commission statements to the reps can understand what they have got paid.

The tool is very transparent, allowing admins and end users to understand what is included in attainment and payouts. Xactly's CSM support is world-class, helping ensure we are consistently successful, and the Xactly Community includes lots of training and reference material with many opportunities for official certifications. Mobile Incent is also a fantastic app for the seller and their managers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Incent-based reporting has room for improvement, such as adding custom fields to the "results" sections in Credits and Commissions and not being able to pull results for multiple periods in a single search. Using "triggers" could get complicated (although simplification is on their roadmap). Limiting prior period runs also makes it difficult when the business makes many prior period updates. The dispute resolution functionality has some opportunities for improvement. Issues can only be worked by a single admin and are not transparent to an admin team.

Xactly is a great tool for calculating and displaying commissions. I find it user-friendly as an admin, and the users seem to catch on quickly. When connected directly with Salesforce, it is an admin's dream tool. Seamless integration makes for fewer errors and human touches to any data. After taking many training courses, Xactly provides all the techniques and best practices for troubleshooting. Xactly displays easy-to-read gauges for end-users and provides a tool to distribute comp plans and keep records all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were more year-to-date reporting within the tool for Admins, managers, and reps. Ideally, pulling a few months' worths of Results - Commissions or Credits in one report would be extremely helpful. The new interface takes some getting used to, and there are more click tracks to get to certain places. Not being able to update workflows after sending out comp plans can be an issue if someone in the workflow were to leave the company.

I would like to see more functionality put around inquiries, tracking and reporting. Currently, it routes everything to our inbox, but we do not have a good way to track trends and bucket inquiries into reporting in order to identify trends. What do you like best about the product?
Xactly is able to handle extremely complicated incentive calculations, utilizing data from multiple sources. It is flexible enough to accommodate rapidly changing organizations. From my perspective the best aspect of Xactly is the excellent customer support that comes with a license. The Xactly team is very responsive to address issues quickly, which is essential when trying to calculate incentive payouts in time for payroll deadlines.

Xactly does require significant investment to learn how to operate. It is a sophisticated program that has its own rules and processes. However, as a compensation professional, I have found it worthwhile to invest time to learn how to use Xactly. I used spreadsheets for years, but our profession is moving more and more towards full automation.

We are able to process quarterly incentives accurately and quickly. This is saving us from having to make multiple adjusting payments after the fact. What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using Xactly for a year but have found it very user-friendly for the most part. I'm able to view employees' commissions with relative ease. Additionally, seeing the breakdown of what the payment entails is pretty transparent. We also have a very good relationship with our Xactly Rep (Allie Libow). Allie is very attentive, nice and professional when answering any inquiries our team may have. With only a year of experience with Xactly, it's challenging to comment further.

I wish you could open more than one xactly at once in your browser. There are many instances in which I need to make multiple changes at once and I can't because I can only have one Xactly open at a time. After a year using Incent at a new employer, I am feeling very confident about the accuracy of the commission data we are processing. I used a different commission software for about 20 years, so it took some time to get acclimated to the Incent environment. Over the past year, the interface has been improving in look and feel, making the tool much more user-friendly. The support I have received from Xactly has always been prompt and I appreciate the pro-active approach of the customer success team in providing updates and resolutions to issues I have had to escalate to them.

- There are some instances where the updated views don't allow me to perform searches I can do in the classic views, so I have had to switch back and forth - The incentive statements are person-centric rather than position-centric so the combined data can be very confusing to the user - I have struggled somewhat with the document management tool but to be fair I did not take any Xactly training on it (had to jump in with no notice)

What do you like best about the product?
In the last ten years, Incent has been my tool of choice. I've invested eight years in learning how to use Xactly Incent. I was hired into roles where Incent was already implemented, and I've had roles where a new tool was needed. I've always chosen Incent. There has never been a feature of the commission plan that I could not configure. This is the most critical aspect that keeps me invested. When the sales team wants to get creative with the plan components, Incent can handle it. The one time in the last ten years that I was in a role where Incent was not the tool, I was miserable. COVID halted our plans to implement Xactly Incent, so I found a new role. After using the best tool (Incent), I was not willing to spend time on workarounds, compensating for a subpar commission tool with no end in sight.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI's in Incent do not allow tagging or archiving; over the years, you accumulate a ridiculous amount of outdated but visible data. There are also some features that do not allow deleting even though the feature was not "used" for anything. So some mistakes are permanently visible to the admin. I also think the home page appears outdated (80's). Some of the other commission tools are colorful, flashy and appealing to sales people but don't work as well.

We've consolidated commissionable data in Incent, which is different from sales data. We are now able to provide reporting and payout in one tool.

The implementation is relatively seamless, with a well-versed rules builder (training/certifications from Xactly!), clear user and reporting requirements and a robust test plan. The framework ensures that all steps are covered to calculate commissions correctly. And now, by using Connect for transaction uploads, we ensure that the data transformation rules are also error-prone. Xactly Incent provides the appropriate level of transparency and workflows for plan participants, sales management, finance and accounting. We have a sound audit trail and detailed sales performance data to highlight outliers and present incentive plan efficacy results.

Some reporting capabilities could be improved to offer more flexibility, either in displaying Incentive Statements, creating plan documents in eDocs or presenting results via Analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool offers scalability and capability in handling multiple complex rulesets for numerous plans. Customer support, for the most part, is prompt in responding to inquiries and resolving quick issues. Real-time data integration with CRM systems (Salesforce) provides on-demand commissions detail for end-users. Flexibility in creating rulesets allows for a wide range of customizations, such as specialized attainment values.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit cumbersome and difficult to interpret without sufficient training. The Analytics module, while useful, requires a heavy upfront time investment to design dashboards/reports and is not relatively easy to re-program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having reliable insights into commission payments detail provides a more real-time user experience for the sales field. Being able to house all commission-related attainment enables the sales field to review personal performance goals in one source rather than multiple tracking sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly Incent makes my job easier by allowing me to create easy-to-understand vendor statements. When explaining how they get paid, I refer to the statements and how seamlessly you go from credits to commissions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Xactly, and when an issue does arise (like data not flowing seamlessly), they take quick action and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we often run extra compensation spiffs, and Xactly integrates this process with no problem. By adding a few rules, we can do this quickly, allowing us to concentrate on running the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of tasks , functionality you can perform under one umbrella I.e. Xactly Incent with new UI it is making user/admin experience even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is still scope for improvement at the reporting end , but xactly team is definitely working towards it to make it better.
