What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Vistex in SAP ECC for more than 6 years and the defined agrements for our complex compensation plan as core business process is running correctly and it is relibale. The upside to use Vistex is that we can pay to our Consultants in the second day of the month, having all the calculations and validations during the fist day on the month. Also counting with the Vistex VitalLink supoport as a pathner for production support it is definitely a great advantage for us, they are always responsive to our needs. We have our quartely meeting also with the Vistex Customer Success team who is very close to us and take care of our needs and future projects. Thanks Vistex team for your help and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every Vistex module that we are using is helpful. At some point we will need to upgrade our Vistex version in our to be have the advantages of the lastest sowaftre versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commisson and Override calculations, Deals for Program and Incentives, and Agreements. We are more productive using Vistex software and also to have the Vistex VitalLink support for production environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Vistex greatly simplifies the management of rebate agreements and pricing, streamlining the process for us. In addition, its infinite customization capabilities enable us to promptly adapt to internal business changes and customer requirements, enhancing our responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vistex offers extensive customization options, achieving the desired functionalities may require the expertise of an ABAP programmer with a deep understanding of the system, comparable to that of a skilled Consultant. The Vistex specific ABAP progammer's expertise will also help in system upgrades in that it'll lower costs associated with hiring a consultant to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vistex extends our SAP ERP Request for price (RFP) to cash processes. It has complete integration with our SAP master data, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Financials and Controlling.​ Vistex is one system that manages all types of our programs including: off-invoice discounts, billbacks, deviated billing, bids, marketing events, performance based and fixed rebates, broker/distributor incentives​. Vistex also gives us Comprehensive claim and deduction management capabilities that provides increased control and real-tim visibility nto our trade program performance and reduces administration effort​.

What do you like best about the product?
It takes the profitability to customer-material level, streamlines critical processes with audit trail. DMP takes the burden away from the pricing team, let it be price determination, condition records management.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the process are not well defined, it could take more effort to reach the desire outcome. The ROI could take several months as the investment could be representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All rebates process are running through Vistex platform, we have reduce calculation process time and enhance the cash flow with on time settlement. For DMP also reduce the calculation process and massive upload of records.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a variety of options on a granular level wherein the rebate calculations can be which is not possible in the standard SAP ECC. This addon would provide a great opportunity especially to the healthcare US industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, the only drawback of this is there are no documents available to have this KT provided to anyone who wants to learn this tool. Going to the Vistex company is the Only solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rebate calculations on a level of customer, group, material, material characteristics, deductions, exclusions, expected rate, actual rates, can be done with ease. This would provide a better sales details on the upcharges, revenue profitability and ensure rebates are paid accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use during conversion from Legacy system to Vistex. Incentive and Payback module allowed us to meet all our incentive needs. We looked at another product but this was by far the best for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simulation report to show all eligible agreements for a qualified unit would be very helpful. Composite processing is a bit complicated.

It helps in accurately calculating Incentives and it seamlessly integrates with SAP-ECC.
