What do you like best about the product?
the integration with Hubspot was a must and while our commissions plans are not too complicated the synching is working perfectly and the QP interface is simple and robust enough for our needs. Clear and organized information on the deals that are eligible for a payout...easy approval steps and reporting to be sent to HR for payment. Their pricing is also quite affordable and flexible for a small business like us. Other tools are charging much much more and are out of reach for organizations like us that still need a real automated commissions tracking solutions. The whole process from sales person to onboarding process was also very professional, they listened to our needs and we tailored something that worked out for all of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are fairly new to it so have not used it enough to see the downsides at this point. Will update as time passes and we face challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bye bye inacurate and cumbersome Excel soreadsheets. Time is now saved and we have a real robust process to manage and pay commissions to our team. This will be a real gain over time as we use the tool. And it is synched with Hubspot so it is a big plus for us!

What do you like best about the product?
The real time integration with Salesforce, coupled with ease of use for the sales staff has really maximized transparency in variable compensation for my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple pages required to do a simple month end close, but they are actively improving the product to make things less siloed and require fewer clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuotaPath has really reduced the time it takes to both calculate variable compensation owed to team members, and it reduces the time required to process the compensation within our payroll system compared to the manual spreadsheet process we had been running previously

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the UI is for me in Admin, and for the reps. The commissions forecasting capabilities of QuotaPath has made a tangible difference in our reps' success. Being able to see what they can earn on every deal they are engaged in motivates them to make those forecasts a reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some areas such as 'Payouts', you have to click a few times to get to where you need to go, but that is being very nitpicky. They are working to optimize this though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our commissions process to the point where we can finish commissions in less than an hour in many cases, which ultimately helps our organization close the books for any given month super quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Annie Price - She is an incredible account manager. She is dedicated, asks great questions, is knowledgable, is willing to put in whatever it takes to make your comp plan reflect accurately in QuotaPath, is willing to use multiple communication channels to get things done, and is so accommodating to our needs. Honestly, we likely would not have stuck with QuotaPath and gone back to using Google Sheets if it weren't for her.
What do you dislike about the product?
More user-friendly visuals for reps right on the homepage. It very much feels like a sales ops and finance tool but reps don't want to take the time to learn yet another platform. Having filters set up so when they see the homepage, it is whatever is current for their name and their most recent or upcoming pay (maybe the verbiage changing from "past month" to "past commission cycle" too). I don't think the reps need as much detail in general - they want to know what they are getting paid and why. Also, them seeing all the different paths can be distracting; Simplifying for their view would be helpful. Perhaps it functioning like a summary page as opposed to a monthly breakdown page would be a good way to approach it. Just my two cents and could speak to our particular reps and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuotaPath is getting us out of relying on Google Sheets that do not easily incorporate with our CRM and leave more room for manual error and duplication of work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to see everything. The way our various attainment goals are broken down and there's a different % to basically every deal, I'd have close to zero chance of tracking this manually. With QuotaPath, it's literally one glance and I have the info I need. I actually stopped typing right now to go and check; mid-month status and all - took me seconds to get the numbers (they're good - probably because I have more time to close deals, thanks to not wasting it tracking my attainment manually!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. I had an issue with the date selection and jumping between tabs not keeping it, but this could have simply been a bug or user error, and it works perfectly as of writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I have often faced in sales is that (especially with many different variables) the exact amount you'd be getting in commission always felt like a bit of a stab in the dark, plus some mystic divining by finance. Either you'd be manually presenting things the way you think (or hope) they should be, for finance to then stuff up, OR, you'd just have to blindly trust that finance knows what they're doing and you'll get what's owed to you. Here we have the monitoring platform that provides transparency and insight to all.
