What do you like best about the product?
Simple work-flow management tools for managing sales team performance and allowing sales team members to also track that they agree with metrics as the year progresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have some visual that shows the data sources that are coming into Performio - when I see this number, what source does that come from. Think of it this way, when my sale is showing the wrong numbers, what data source is it that I need to go correct? A visual, even if it is static, would be enourmously valuable to have as a reference to us user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping company management, accountants, and sales all on the same page in near-realtime throughout the year - not after the fact at the end of the year.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still new to using Performio and are in the midst of adding some additional features. Overall I do like the information it provides as a commission tool. Visability into all of my existing projects and the ability to know when they have been invoiced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see my balance, the total pending commission. Currently, we have to do this task manually. The information is at least there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, this is a commissional tool and I am a Sales Rep so my needs and benefits will differ from Management. I am able to review my opportunities and make inquiries as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
PErformio is awesome for gaining a real-time glimpse of my sales numbers/performance.

Overall, the UI is very intuitive but to be honest, the app needs to be brought into the 21st century

What do you like best about the product?
The front-end data ingestion is very flexible and allows every field type and data structure. Mapping the data to the Performio data model is intuitive and has an excellent useable interface. The structure to define the business rules is relatively flat and easy to access but also has powerful built-in capabilities and the flexibility to incorporate additional logic at a programming level. Layering business rules was also easy to understand and implement with a tangible user interface. Loading data manually and handling files is straightforward and functional, including reporting data content and formatting errors - which makes it easy to diagnose when there are errors in the source data. The report generation (including invoices to brokers) is sophisticated and yet quite simple to use. System performance and throughput are excellent - and are well monitored by an expert team who troubleshoots quickly and has good tuning and optimisation skills, knowledge and capability. Flexibility in the pricing model, to charge by the number of participants and volume of commissions, was KEY to adopting the platform. Monitoring the volumes and service quality has also been excellent - well structured, supported by key metrics, responsive to feedback and billed in a timely manner. Project engagement to utilise the existing API interface to access custom tables and matrixed customised business rules to calculate commissions and generate clauses for loan-offer documents was exemplary - professional, efficient, accurate, implemented to schedule and cost, and executed seamlessly. System Testing regimes, test documentation, scenario coverage and test case completion by the delivery teams were carried out very efficiently and with high-quality outcomes. Multiple releases, in phases, with change management and fluid requirements, made it extremely difficult for the Performio team, who responded with excellence and flawless execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deriving data from the commission calculations across commission types, product lines, brands and events in a product's lifecycle (with different commission events) was too difficult for the report generator and required extensive custom code to be written. The lack of restriction in access (only administrator or user) meant that users from different internal brands or functions could access each other's business rules and commission data. As the customers and broker/aggregators overlap internally segregated business areas and brands, the system still needs to have one comprehensive instance, with the segregation of user views. Performio functions, such as running reports, scheduling interface batch runs or loading additional data, could only be done by an administrator when it would have been better to have a security profile for a 'senior user'. This would have enabled some functions to be done by a trained user rather than having to use the administrator to do operational business processes. Email encryption and ZIP and reports encryption were unavailable - especially in groups of reports (e.g. grouping all participants' individual accounts under one aggregator). Relationships between aggregators (parent/child company relationships) would have been beneficial to generate commissions, and reports, by the parent for all child companies/participants. A customised individual broker profile data table had to be created to be able to validate individuals' commissions within a participant/aggregator. Broker profiles could be a base function (especially within banking).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performio enabled the optimisation of a monthly commissions process that required 6 people to spend 2.5 weeks into a process that 3 people could execute in 5 days. The flexibility of business rules and data mapping means that business users can now maintain commission rules in compliance with banking regulations without engaging IT teams or having project costs for making routine commission changes. Performio enabled the real-time generation of commission calculations and associated clauses to populate Loan Offer documents. Business users can now maintain these clauses without engaging IT to change business rules or clause text content. Performio has reduced the cost of non-compliance to business rules, both in more accurately calculating commissions and avoiding risk in compliance with regulations. The ongoing cost of operations teams has also been reduced through a more efficient commission process and in the reduction in commission errors that need to be reviewed and corrected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is. Everything I need can be easily accessed from my homepage. The dashboard gives a clear overview of my results and I like that I can compare my results month-to-month. I never have to ask where anything is or how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I strongly dislike other than I wish there would be a better way to comment on my results or escalate any discrepancies to my sales operations team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me insight into the commissions I will be receiving before it is calculated on my check. Also, in the event of clawback repayments, I know about them ahead of time so that I can step in to prevent these actions if necessary.
