What I like the most is that this program provides an extensive variety of sales automation and analysis, and not only that, it also provides excellent tools to work collaboratively sales, therefore provides an excellent choice of software for companies, which allows for improved sales efficiency

I dislike the exaggerated price of the platform, however I consider that it is a long term investment and is more focused on multinationals or large companies, because a medium or small company would not be able to access this sales tool.

I like Goal setting feature the most in Oracle Sales Performance Management. It's integration with other applications such as CRM is very helpful in many cases.

Implemenation was very long process. Every customization is taking longer time to integrate with the existing system. It is only suitable for teams who existingly using oracle eco system.

The program is fair - one can track stock in locations, when more is en route to the locations, and information about an item's history. There is a convenient area where you can find contact information for suppliers the company does business with and track orders to see when they were received in warehouse.

The platform is slightly unstable - has been prone to logging one out for no reason or crashing. Sales and stock levels are not shown in real time - one must review by the end of the business week to see revised totals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that SPM offers in terms of data backup as well as accessibility. My team's upper management is constantly on the move and some of the mobile integration options are a huge time-saver for managers to monitor the performance of their team. The streamlined user experience is also a major plus in a company where one has to constantly learn different software.

I really don't have much to say when it comes to "disliking" an aspect of this product but maybe a few steps can be reduced when trying to get the information you need. It's not a big issue however.

There's plenty of support online so there is very little of a learning curve when adopting this tool. Anyone can pick it up fairly quickly due to its streamlined interface.
