What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday for it's user friendly interfaces. On my part everything is very easy to manage i.e Project board, Main table, Timeline or Dashboard. All of our team members are very keen to use this. Tracking the status of the tasks is very smooth. Highlighting the upcoming deadline is great. Another main part is the integration of other apps, such as Gmail, Slack is awesome. You can track and communicate with team members or other departments seating in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to work on Dashboard. There should be some customizable widgets. There should be a system of notifications when the dedline approaches. Sometimes I need to see my main board and my customized dashboard in a single window but unfortunately can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows multiple departments to collaborate on projects remotely. The updations can be seen by everyone so that we can save time on extra work. Organizing the list of tasks and prioritising the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com helps us create almost instanly more efficient team no matter the approach you take: be it Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban or any other predictive or agile enviroment, Monday.com is full of templates and views to show the data in all those approaches. Automations make the job of a project lead much easier and allows you track performance, SLAs, etc. You can assign owners, up to two, limit the work in progress, link with Gmail, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the lack of customization on the main screen. There is no way, absolutely no way to set my team's board on the main screen. I want to login to Monday and would love to see an option to add my main board there, or tiles, showing my main board and my most used form or dashboard side by side. But is not possible. I also think it should have a free integration with Google Tasks, to add items directly to a board. There has to be more options to customize the main "items" column. Sometimes, some automations take really long to kick in. Automations must have a name and you should be able to add a short description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the traditional use of emails as a way to manage work: instead of having tons of emails to go throug, I have a list of backlog items that I can organize and re-prioritize depending on key stakeholder requirements and business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a lot of great functionality and continues to grow and evolve. They consistently announce new features, offer easy to schedule support calls and make their users feel listened to. That's a lot for platform to offer, especially as our team understand the software development side! Our business wouldn't function with many of the clunkier project management and CRM tools, which is why we love Monday.com. The platform is wholly customizable and allows us to function in an agile and responsive fashion - which is critical to our business day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are so close to working the way we need them to. In particular the calendar function - which with some better integration could serve to help us with forecasting. That said I know this is in the works, so we will be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We introduced Monday.com in an attempt to cut down on the number of disparate tools we were using. Instead of one CRM tool, one resourcing tool, one project management tool and one file sharing tool - Monday can do most of this in one place. The benefit is less places to update for our growing and often remote team, and the ability to foresee even more utility as new features are introduced.

What do you like best about the product?
I've heard about Monday.com in the past but didn't fully utilize it until I came from Papa Johns. I've found Monday.com to be the perfect tool for our teams in multiple departments. As word spread, more and more team members have started utilizing it to help them with their project management, process management, workflow management, forms building, and technical issue tracking (all depends on the team). It's easy enough to use where the legacy (or older, non-computer savvy) folks can easily navigate it but also has various layers to really automate and integrate with various tools to make it as robust as possible. I know our Training, Aggregators, and Communications team love the product for their day to day, and I like it to keep up with various projects to see the progress of each iteration of a phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the Dashboard - wish it were more like P owerPoint (and Think-Cell) to make it presentation worthy, but perhaps that's just me. I find that the dashboards aren't as pretty or clean looking as Think-Cell, but we can easily work around that because the data is easily able to export to Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the above In its 40ish year history, Papa Johns hasn't operated like it's in the 2020 era. A lot of project management and process management was non-existent but we're quickly adopting the tools readily available at our disposle, with Monday.com being one of those tools. Because our company is lean, and work managenemtn, process imrpovement, and project management was a bit outdated, Monday.com has certainly helped various teams with cross-functional communication, taks adn role management, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
That the boards are able to be customed and tailored to fit all aspects of the business. It has so many customizable features to fit all business needs. I love the color coding. I have also implemented the monday boards to my household and it is very helpful keeping things on track and in order. It has so many features that allow all types of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a business stand point I cannot delete things because it is set up from the admin to not allow it but I do find it very annoying to keep things up to date and tracked but not able to delete. That is my only complaint though and it is able to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and time managment. It is allowing me to keep track of inventory and also complete projects that are assigned to me. It allows for personalization and isnt one fits all model.
