What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday for it's user friendly interfaces. On my part everything is very easy to manage i.e Project board, Main table, Timeline or Dashboard. All of our team members are very keen to use this. Tracking the status of the tasks is very smooth. Highlighting the upcoming deadline is great. Another main part is the integration of other apps, such as Gmail, Slack is awesome. You can track and communicate with team members or other departments seating in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need to work on Dashboard. There should be some customizable widgets. There should be a system of notifications when the dedline approaches. Sometimes I need to see my main board and my customized dashboard in a single window but unfortunately can't.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows multiple departments to collaborate on projects remotely. The updations can be seen by everyone so that we can save time on extra work. Organizing the list of tasks and prioritising the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com helps us create almost instanly more efficient team no matter the approach you take: be it Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban or any other predictive or agile enviroment, Monday.com is full of templates and views to show the data in all those approaches. Automations make the job of a project lead much easier and allows you track performance, SLAs, etc. You can assign owners, up to two, limit the work in progress, link with Gmail, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the lack of customization on the main screen. There is no way, absolutely no way to set my team's board on the main screen. I want to login to Monday and would love to see an option to add my main board there, or tiles, showing my main board and my most used form or dashboard side by side. But is not possible. I also think it should have a free integration with Google Tasks, to add items directly to a board. There has to be more options to customize the main "items" column. Sometimes, some automations take really long to kick in. Automations must have a name and you should be able to add a short description.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the traditional use of emails as a way to manage work: instead of having tons of emails to go throug, I have a list of backlog items that I can organize and re-prioritize depending on key stakeholder requirements and business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a lot of great functionality and continues to grow and evolve. They consistently announce new features, offer easy to schedule support calls and make their users feel listened to. That's a lot for platform to offer, especially as our team understand the software development side! Our business wouldn't function with many of the clunkier project management and CRM tools, which is why we love Monday.com. The platform is wholly customizable and allows us to function in an agile and responsive fashion - which is critical to our business day-to-day.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are so close to working the way we need them to. In particular the calendar function - which with some better integration could serve to help us with forecasting. That said I know this is in the works, so we will be patient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We introduced Monday.com in an attempt to cut down on the number of disparate tools we were using. Instead of one CRM tool, one resourcing tool, one project management tool and one file sharing tool - Monday can do most of this in one place. The benefit is less places to update for our growing and often remote team, and the ability to foresee even more utility as new features are introduced.

What do you like best about the product?
I've heard about Monday.com in the past but didn't fully utilize it until I came from Papa Johns. I've found Monday.com to be the perfect tool for our teams in multiple departments. As word spread, more and more team members have started utilizing it to help them with their project management, process management, workflow management, forms building, and technical issue tracking (all depends on the team). It's easy enough to use where the legacy (or older, non-computer savvy) folks can easily navigate it but also has various layers to really automate and integrate with various tools to make it as robust as possible. I know our Training, Aggregators, and Communications team love the product for their day to day, and I like it to keep up with various projects to see the progress of each iteration of a phase.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the Dashboard - wish it were more like P owerPoint (and Think-Cell) to make it presentation worthy, but perhaps that's just me. I find that the dashboards aren't as pretty or clean looking as Think-Cell, but we can easily work around that because the data is easily able to export to Excel

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the above In its 40ish year history, Papa Johns hasn't operated like it's in the 2020 era. A lot of project management and process management was non-existent but we're quickly adopting the tools readily available at our disposle, with Monday.com being one of those tools. Because our company is lean, and work managenemtn, process imrpovement, and project management was a bit outdated, Monday.com has certainly helped various teams with cross-functional communication, taks adn role management, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
That the boards are able to be customed and tailored to fit all aspects of the business. It has so many customizable features to fit all business needs. I love the color coding. I have also implemented the monday boards to my household and it is very helpful keeping things on track and in order. It has so many features that allow all types of customization.

What do you dislike about the product?
From a business stand point I cannot delete things because it is set up from the admin to not allow it but I do find it very annoying to keep things up to date and tracked but not able to delete. That is my only complaint though and it is able to be fixed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and time managment. It is allowing me to keep track of inventory and also complete projects that are assigned to me. It allows for personalization and isnt one fits all model.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful features about it are: 1. Its ability to integrate my tasks with the calender and other features is really helpful for me as I can easily manage projects and meet the deadlines. 2. Its user interface is so stunning and visually appealing, along with great tools that helps in smooth management of our projects without any need for spreadsheets and manual tracking. 3. There are a lot of options for add-ons as well, and their how-to videos and great online documentation helps to learn and makes it easier to get the most from monday.com.

What do you dislike about the product?
The features I disliked are: 1. Since I get so many mails in a day, the spam mails from onday.com is really annoying and troublesome as well. 2. The pricing of the platform is slightly on the higher side. The export feature sometimes is wacky to use. 3. The mirroring can be hectic to sue sometimes, so adding a "zoomed out" feature would really help to view across different boards and more.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is one of the best open source platform present out there for online collaborative work and a lot more. I loved the tremendous nu,ber of features and functions it is providing, like project management, workflow management, task management and more. It a must have platform for the enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is completely customizable and we are able to use it for every different department in our company. We haven't even fully unlocked its true potential, but it's made our workflow so much easier to manage!

What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is setting everything up to work the way you want it, takes a little research and time, but it's not a deal breaker. It would be great to include a yearly system review with an expert who could help optimize our personal account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our notes, documents, and status updates are in one location that is available on my phone - in real estate being able to be mobile is key and as an admin, communicating with my team and holding myself accountable are important. I can go out of town and all of my notes and everything I've done or need to do for a file is so easy to cover/take over because it's all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday can be incredibly useful, in some ways it lets you do a lot and it definitely saves our team time and streamlines some processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support is absolutely awful. Every single time I try to speak to their live chat, I get passed between 3 separate teams before they tell me they cannot help and need to transfer the question to an email ticket. No one in their live chat support seems to be able to help with the most simple technical queries. It's an incredibly frustrating process. Their automations are also incredibly limiting, you end up needing to create massive workarounds to do something that seems fairly standard. It feels like everything we ever try to do, we hit blockers and things break, and we have to wait days and days to resolve the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a CRM. It works in some ways but there are so many blockers that make it incredibly frustrating to use almost every day.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has been very effective for me in tracking the progress of every project assigned to me. I personally became dependent on it specially when tracking multiple project falling on the same deadline. It also helped team collaboration more efficient as we became aware of which each project member are at, who needs more help, and who can offer more assitance. It also helped managing expectations based on deliverables each members can provide.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I find the tracking system of monday.com effective thus I really don't have strong "dislike" about it. However, I feel that notification when project deadline is about to arrive or notification about hitting a project memeber's progress is something I would love to see and experience on monday.com

Efficiently tracking the progress of a project and check-in the collaborators and their progress. It also helped in work management as it allows creating more spaces to manage projects that are done and historical track of project and team performance

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to create as many boards as I want for separate projects to enhance my organizational needs. You can mirror other co-workers boards if you're working on the same project so you don't have to do double and triple work. You can create dozens of columns for just one project. You can create Miro boards, charts, funnels, workflows, calendars, and even have a media library for all of your shared images and videos. You even get email notifications if a co-worker adds you to a board, assigns you to a task, or adds a comment, so you know to go into Monday to see the update. It's an all-in-one place for any of your material. My favorite thing is the color-coded boxes to indicate whether you're still working on or finished with a project. You can even rename the boxes to whatever you want. "Done" can be green if you want, or purple if you want! It can also be "Scheduled" "Finished" "Completed", whatever is easiest for you to understand to make the process run more smoothly. It's fun to use and makes the work day a LOT easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can even think of is that I want to be able to use the Miro board more, but you only get 3 free boards with Miro and then have to pay for the rest. So I'm limited there and Monday.com doesn't really offer anything similar. Otherwise, I really love using this app and don't have many complaints!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for three departments at my work to succesfully collaborate on projects remotely. We have multiple boards within our group to stay organized and on task. We are able to mirror each other's boards to avoid doing extra work, and it saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is well layed out and very intuitive. It's easy to update and see updates to projects. Each project can be customized with specific milestones, dates, attachments, stakeholders and more. It provides a super easy way to share project updates with the team. The dashboard makes it easy to quickly review my open and urgent tasks so I can prioritize. It's accessible from anywhere, anytime. I've never experienced any downtime or inability to connect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything and I'm trying really hard. I've used Monday.com at two different places of employment now and have found it to be super valuable both times.

Monday.com helps me stay organized and communicate priorities to my supervisor and peers. It also acts as a nice archive for when I want to go back and review details from a specific project. Everything is there in one place, which makes my life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives us an intuitive way to organize our work, automate tedious or repetitive processes, and keep things from falling through the cracks. We subscribed initially because we needed a better way than SharePoint for tracking our projects, generating reports, and planning campaigns. It does all that better than I could have imagined, and has grown into lots of other areas of our work. Monday.com is a platform that lets you build whatever you need, and once the team got comfortable, we just keep realizing new tasks we can move into Monday to make things easier. You do need to learn the platform, and Monday.com "thinks" differently than other things you're likely to have used (like SharePoint and basic databases). But let's be very clear, that's a *good* thing. It took me a few days to stop trying to force Monday.com to be SharePoint. I had used SharePoint so long I'd forgotten how needlessly complex it is. The Monday.com onboarding team was great about talking through the first couple projects we built, to teach me how Monday.com thinks, and to unlearn some of my bad habits. During our first year and a half with Monday.com, I've been very happy with its functionality, at the pace of enhancements, with its stability, and with the support team. The online community is solid, too, and have taught me about features I needed but didn't know about more than once. I'm glad we landed on Monday.com, and would choose them again in a heartbeat.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is still a developing platform. It's solid and can do nearly everything I can think of... but not quite everything. A couple of times I've wanted to add a certain type of field to a form, or make an automation behave a certain way, and not been able to. For example, on a Project Intake form we built, I wanted to include a field to select People in our Monday account, to assign the projects. And it just wasn't possible at the time. We were able to build a workaround that was fine. Then a few months later, the feature was added, so the devs are responsive and enhancements are real. That said, Monday.com handles about 98% of what I throw at it wonderfully, and it keeps getting better. I would choose Monday.com again without hesitation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves just about all my workflow / tracking / coordinating needs. We use it to receive requests from external-facing forms, to build and manage complex campaigns, to track compliance issues through to resolution, to coordinate incoming work, to plan events, to handle approval workflows, automate reports... Monday.com is a great tool to help you turn your chaos into order.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track team members, team performance, and team earnings. I also enjoy the monday boards and monday forms that could be used for the whole company to keep track of what everyone else is working on and has completed throughout each day. This makes it very easy and very fast to keep up with everything.

I do not like that Monday.com does not allow you to copy and paste list of data without exporting it into another program. This makes the process of data tracking and reporting take a little longer than I would prefer. It would also be helpful if editing, or even deleting a board that an old team member has made was possible, or much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped the company keep track of employee attendance, team coaching, individual employees payroll and bonuses. It has also helped with creating forms for potential business partners to fill out for the onboarding process. There are so many other things that the company has utilized on Monday.com that has saved the entire staff a substantial amount of time on data tracking, which has made us much more successful.

It's very user friendly and intuitive to use. It updates in real-time, making it easy to work with your team and see the latest updates. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. Their customer support is very responsive and ready to answer questions and suggest solutions. They are always improving it and rolling out new features. They have a helpful library of YouTube videos and articles on their website that help to explain their product as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can have tasks and subtasks, but you cannot go more granular than that. It would be helpful to be able to go 2 or 3 levels deep. I also wish you could add labels to number columns. But other than a few small things, it is great!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to customer support if you have questions. They are very quick to respond and help you solve your issues! They also have a helpful library of YouTube videos that explain different features, as well as articles on their website. I recommend just messing around with on a board and trying different features so you can get comfortable in the program.

Monday.com helps us to track the progress of all aspects of our projects, including people assigned, multiple due dates, the status of each part of an project, links, etc. It allows us to provide the team with updates and ask questions organized in the Updates tab of each task. It also helps us to forecast what content we see coming to our team in the future so we can be more proactive and prepared.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility with organization and management of processes in company daily routines. We were able to transfer the management of multiple teams into one place and have excellent view and tracking on all of them. With all the features that Monday.com offers, we could organize and individualize boards optimal for each team and project.

There is not much that can be pointed out. There is some complexity in using Monday.com. It can take some time for first-time users to figure out all the features and options. The main limitation was that once you create a board, all groups are forced to follow the same column structure. Because of that, we ended up creating new boards, and it would be more practical if different groups under the same board could have different columns.

Knowing at which stage the particular task is, the due dates and the next assignee in the process of execution was crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget.

I love the real-time project collaboration capabilities. You can easily add and modify stuff on a project that another people are also working on. It directly syncs modifications and removes the need to keep in track with other tools. We really found a platform for working together in harmony with Monday

Monday's got soo many features but I feel like some of them are not 100% developed fully. For example, the forms feature is very limited. It lacks the capability of most other full-fledged form builders. It doesn't have advanced field customizations and additionall data capture with hidden fields

We use Monday to manage and monitor our individual and team projects. Being able to work together on a document in sync has been a wonderful asset for our remote working capabilities. It also looks and reports very well, which is good for when we need to present our work

Monday.com is a efficient tool to easily track the progress of each project or each member. No need to ask in person directly just check the different boards for easy tracker of reports, progress etc.It is easy to navigate, you can customize the colors, to see which project yo should prioritize, which should are done and delivered. You can create boards for different workspaces so it is easy to manage and organize. In our industry where in we handle multiple clients, and strict deadlines, tracking progress is much easier. My favorite toll is seeing all acount updates in one click!!

The latest update makes it a litttle bit confusing on eyes. Now, you can show and hide the side bar, which makes the board wider when hidden but alittle bit pushed a side when showed. For a wider rows boards its not advisable because you need to scroll left and right to see the whole board.

In our industry which is design, as a designer it is really hard if the manager keeps on asking you on updates, I believe that it cost the productivity and the output of the work can be affected. With monday.com we can easily update the tasks to your higher ups without hassle.

Business problems that monday.com helping me solve are basically file organization, you'll be able to put down certain files on an item and add captions for you to know what it is for and for others to know about that specific item too. another problem is tracking timeline for the whole organization or at least those person who are working on a certain project know when the project has started and when it was completed and also to know if there are any deadlines on a specific project.

Saves us a lot of time We use Monday in conjunction with loom and this has been a real time saver and each key activity can be tackled weeks later after the activity has been created because each task or activity serves as it's own respository with key directives and also team input as needed; it just works; we have a very active team of finance professionals and we only need to meet for 30 minutes weekly with monday.com being our source of truth and guidance for our meetings so we don't even really need to prep for meetings as such

I appreciate most how user-friendly it has been. Learning a new system takes time, but Monday makes it easy. I also appreciate that they are adding new functionality - the new Doc. feature has been really cool. Instead of using Google Docs to create documents, I can build out drafts or take notes right from within Monday.com

There is sometimes overlap with the other software that we rely on. Two examples of that overlap are: 1. Slack vs. Monday communication threads -- it can be difficult at times to ensure conversations are hosted in their appropriate platform so that all the relevant information is stored in one place 2. Google docs vs Monday docs -- the new Monday Docs feature is AWESOME however, it can be difficult to share those internal docs with people outside of the organization - I would love to only rely on ONLY Monday.com for doc creation, however right now I still need to use Google Docs for certain projects

Identify the problem you want to solve & ensure all product users have time to navigate the site & build their own boards. I found that whenever a board layout was a;ready built for a dept. lead, there was a barrier with how quickly the dept. lead adapted.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I enter all the information in, I love how I can view the important details regarding the topic on one page laid out in front of me. I don't have to go out of my way to dig and clike through tabs to find what I'm looking for. It's just a quick search of the item and boom, everything I need is right there!

The only thing I dislike about Monday.com is that I can't drag and drop files from the website to a different folder or location. I can drag new files into the website but it would be really helpful to drag and drop them to another location, as our company shares many important files that need to be downloaded and organized into our shared files. What do you like best about the product?
Our business uses Monday.com for all of our back end record keeping and project management. It's capability to seamlessly communicate with team members and assign tasks and tracking has vastly increased our productivity, and prevented data loss. 10/10 would recommend.

Occasionally, data doesn't sync or there are issues with the platform, and you can lose progress while entering data which can be frustating. Overall, it is not a large issue and happens very infrequently. The price point is also a bit high for a small business with 5 users.

We are a busy HVAC company that utilizes a commonly used web based dispatching software for our industry, but the program has a lot of issues and data loss. Monday helps us keep track of things on the back end, and is much more reliable than this other program. We track all purchase orders company wide through Monday.com, and we use it's project management features to assist in executing both large and small contruction projects. We also use it for tracking licensing and renewals, scheduling important dates, and tracking maintenance for our fleet of vehicles.

Easy to view. Different templates are provided. Access rights are set with different levels. Easy to management all users. Easy to add external party for temporary projects. Automation and integration are great and convenient.

CRM is weak. It would be great if it has its own email marketing campaign system rather than integration with other platforms, so we can do it all in one place, save time and resources. I would love to receive the updates, a short video of tutoring of the existing functions. You know, sometimes you are too into a platform and you think you are fully utilising all but actually not. It's good to have something to remind ourselves of something we may have missed.

Monday.com has been improving and getting better day by day, it can be seen that the system has integrated more 3rd party apps, as well as completed the notification settings for users. Our team works on many projects at a time, and I like how easy it is to see all the key points to our projects in an organized list. I also like how quick it is to sort, either by date/owner/deadline. We tried to use Trello before but for our work Monday.com makes so much more sense.

Sometimes it can be hard to understand the additional features, like Gantt charts and other charts. I love the idea of Gantt charts but have never gotten them to work the way I want. I'd love to have a really easy way to see based on Project Owner, where everyone's capacity lies and who can take on more work.

It is so great for resource planning for our team, and for me I can quickly see what I need to focus on each day. I love how versitle the platform is. Whether you are using it for Project Management, Tasks Lists, a CRM, or even a place to just simply store data. It just works. The ability to customize it via integrations, automations, or by using the API, you can make Monday.com your 1-stop place for data and information.

There is not a lot to dislike about monday.com, but the two things that comes to mind is that it is lacking the ability to easily make a task reoccuring. Something that you would think would be very simple, takes multiple automations to get it to work just right. The other being that sometimes the automations do not work and you have to reverse the trigger and re-trigger the automation or just do the automated task manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real question here should be is what problem is monday.com not solving for us. We use Monday.com for a central point on contact for all things Project Management. We also use Monday.com for clarity as well as transparency across all departments. We no longer have to make multiple emails or get up to ask someone, we can go check monday.com to get the answer we need.

On projects involve different work groups the Monday.com automations help move the work from group to group in a timely fashion and send notifications to related parties based on certain statuses. Monday.com also makes it easy to see the current status of projects & tasks. You can find the information you need easily using searchs & filters and create various views of the data. Time tracing and time date stamps aid in analyzing the time it is taking to do certain tasks and find the gaps where there is opportunity to make improvements. Communication is easy & instantaeous with collegues and the conversations stay attached to the project/task which is instrumental in researching "what happened" when you see times that appear out of the normal range. The activity log in the update section is also a great way to view the sequence of events on a task.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite functionalities about monday are the organizational tools and boards to keep everything seperate, yet organized into one platform. I love how you can tag coworkers, ask for updates, create priorities, integrate other apps, and create documents and templates within the platform. Another great addition is the search bar functionality; it helps find items much quicker than before. It's great that our business can use this for personal to-dos, employee and project management, and CRMs for business development. It's truly a one stop shop for all of our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish Monday had was a better system to copy, paste, and undo. Another issue is the words that show up on a text box on boards - They are hard to see and cannot easily be edited. I would also love to see an easier way to manage notifications for each user- which has been a complaint from my employees.

Monday.com is helping us keep track of our items in one place - we used to rely heavily on the google drive, which can get messy/junky and hard to find the information we ar actually looking for. Our team loves Monday.com. We are a small CSM team working with enterprise brands and we use monday to keep all of our customers projects organized. We love Monday because it's easy for leadership to check in on all key accounts in a quick and transparent way. It's also easy for each CSM to update Monday with new info on their customers.

I can't say enough good things about Monday.com. I love their dashboards, widgets, and it's so easy to customize to our CSM team as a whole and also each individual CSM has the ability to customize their boards further, which is great. What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for a little over a year now. It is extremely helpful in keeping track of daily to-dos, collaborating with our team, sharing documents and information and also tracking the impact of projects. I am easily able to tag teammates, share tasks and ultimately streamline the collaboration process. I also find Monday very helpful when having "check in" calls with leadership - I am able to quickly look at my boards and tell them exactly what I'm working on and where we are in the process.

There are so many features that I have not even been able to explore yet. I think an initial training/"onboarding" of sorts would be super helpful to ensure we are really getting the most out of the product!

What do you like best about the product?
To start, it's a beautiful platform. I know that may not matter to some, but it made the entire product so much more appealing and user-friendly. I feel like I am planning my projects in a colorful, minimalist paper organizer vs. a spreadsheet. My other favorite feature is the "My Work" page, which pulls all of your next steps from all of your different projects and categorizes them by day/week. It basically functions as an automatic to do list. I never miss a deadline.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could name is that Monday.com is more of a "blank slate" to start and it takes some time to figure out the customization that works for you. I've also used Asana, which is more of a "ready to go" project planning board. This is not an issue for me (I like the flexiblity) but others may want a more straightforward platform.

Monday.com allows all of our stakeholders across different teams to come to one central place to read updates on projects, see next steps, timelines, and communicate about projects. It seems anytime there is any slow down of their servers, they are quick to get it resolved or upgrade the system to react to higher demand. The interface has stayed quite consistant which is nice for training new users. They do not change the UI for no reason, it's always well thought out and exicuted, which is a nice change compared to many other software programs that change just to change.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any yet, the small bumps in the road we've run into they've always been able to address very quickly. Upload times have been improved over the years we've used it, and down time is almost non-existant.

What I love about Monday.com is that I can take data that was typically tracked via a spreadsheet..and transform it .... in an instant to Gantt charts, calendars, dashboard views. We depend on dashboards to track our program and provide executive reporting.

We can't use this tool to track as a calendar...there is no way to have a board where we can develop a recurring meeting or task without having to create a button to duplicate entries. I don't understand why there is a calendar function ....yet not calendar tooling to schedule tasks based on the board. I've written in the community about this.

I like being able to keep everything in one place and use Monday as a hub for my business. I have operations, training, HR, customer realtions, everything is in there. I work mostly remote managing 3 healthcare locations, this allows me to know what is going on in all locations without being there.

My main dislike is that I can't give each group on the board different columns. I use the sub-items now but I would love to be able to do that. I also don't like that I can't make workspaces private unless I am using the enterprise version. I don't have a use for any of the enterprise features outside of private workspaces. This was a big issue for me and does have me exlporing other options other than Monday.com.

Before using monday, at the company where I work, we used trello, but it was a more limited tool. After starting to use monday, the things that most caught my attention were the possibility of customization according to what I need, the ease of customization and the triggers that are possible to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time control of each element in monday is very useful for the way we control activities, but something that could be better is the possibility for two people to be able to point out the time spent on an activity at the same time. This is because it is common for two people to be working on the same task at the same time. However, this does not make the experience bad, as we adapt our way of working by dividing the task into several, one for each person or also by creating the sub-elements. So actually this is not even a negative point, it was just an adaptation we made. Apart from this point, I don't see any other negative points. I see today that we don't use all available resources, but we have everything we need for our control at the moment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of monday is that we are currently tracking activities and OKRs from all areas of the company in one place. This was made possible by the possibility of customization. Before we had a tool for CS, another for the product team and another for marketing. Now we are migrating all areas to the same location (Monday), mainly for managing the teams' strategy.

Monday.com is solving the problem of disjointed communication about projects. With monday.com, our entire team has a central hub to keep track of all the moving parts of our projects. The best feature of Monday.com are the dashboards. It's so easy to display information in a format that's visually appealing and easy to interpret. Since I started using Monday its become my goto application at the start of my day. I use Monday.com to manage my workload, and the workload of my Team. I use forms and boards to collect information from colleagues and track processes. The automations available are really powerful, but the huge range of templates makes it easy to get started. Getting into Monday was far easier than MS Projects etc, and more powerful for my needs. I'd hate to be without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the coolest features are included in payable integrations eg community boards, which doesn't really exist in Sharepoint either. It may be my level of competence, but I'd appreciate better control/visibility of notifications to others. For example, if I prepare a private board and then make it a main board, I'd like to control who (if anyone) gets a notification about that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest win for me for Monday is the visibility it provides. I especially appreciate being able to see and interact with the boards supporting a form. It means I can see that progress is being made (or not). I spent some time setting up a couple of dashboards and now my monthly reporting is a breeze - it takes me say 20mins rather than 1/2 day.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is customizable to my business' unique workflow. Every category and input is customizable, and the automation recipes help me manage my projects across both Monday and my inbox. Monday is like a suite of tools that let me actually build the online internal structure of all my projects. It's beeen invaluable during the pandemic. My partners and collaborators also find it a professional space to build our work. I've also really enjoyed attending the webinars which are really beneficial for me to get the hang of tools I hadn't yet explored (I learned a lot of automation recipes there, and learned about the llama farms!). This app makes Salesforce look like a joke, I'm not kidding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the text inputs are too small, and some label and text color combinations have poor contrast. The downsides of using Monday.com are perhaps only that folks aren't familiar with it. I'm genuinely surprised it doesn't have the same recognition as Asana and Trello, especially given that Monday is SO much more servicable than those two. Honestly there isn't much to dislike about the app. I've tried Asana and Trello and none of them are as robust or customizable to my actual work as Monday. My husband uses Salesforce for his work and is routinely jealous of my Monday.com workflow.

I'm solving the problem of file management and documentation. Managing all our files manually in Google drive as our only file org method is cumbersome at best, but setting everything up chronologically, with clients' (guest account) inputs and notes and on a timeline, means that it's easy for us to review every project and present measurable outcomes to our clients.

As a fully remote organization, Monday is solving communication problems across the board. Instead of communicating about work via email, Slack, text, phone calls, and more, we now keep conversations (questions, ideas, updates, files, etc.) directly next to where everything else related to that project is also kept. This ensures nothing is lost, that everyone is on the same page, and that the rest of our staff not directly involved in specific tasks can still follow ongoing projects as they progress. Our organization has realized that we were not operating at our full potential before. Now, we can clearly see what is taking up most of our time, the varying avenues each staff member is pursuing, the overlap and gaps between programs, and more. We also have a way to track different internal and external documents associated with projects, a way for employee forms and processes to be organized and expanded upon, and it forced us to re-evaluate our organizational structure.

If you could mix together Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox and use them to get your work done, that would be Monday. A simple yet powerful and intuitive platform to work in wich all the updates are like Facebook post, and every replay is like a Twitter thread. A great advantage of Monday is that you can easily communicate and share files with coworkers across boards and keep them on the loop. Depending on the team's needs, you can customize a board for yours team needs; however, Monday has templates boards for sales, marketing, project management, and so on. Boards are the starting point. When you create one, you can invite users and ad roles. Each board can have different pulses (think of them as tasks or projects). Each pulse can have it's own name. You can upload and store files for that specific pulse in "info boxes," which I, as a graphic designer, find quite useful. You can create updates, which are like comments and tag colleagues as using Twitter. Everytime you create an update, you can tag a coworker. He will receive a notification through email or through Monday as well. That way, you know you communication flows. Also, theres an icon that allows you to check who has seen your update. Monday offers integrations with a wide range of tools and external platforms, Gmail, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, Linkedin, Hubspot, Zoom, Zendesk, Shopify, to name a few. Each integration offers different options within Monday, but at the end of the day, you can do everything on one single platform. Another cool feature about Monday has to do with Automations. You can generate simple and very helpful scripts to accomplish several tasks. An example is to notify a team member when the status of a pulse changes; that way you don't have to do it manually, Monday does it for you. Finally, Monday offers a wide range of tutorials and help pages; therefore, if you are a new user, you will find valuable help right away. Also, Monday keeps improving every day, and usually each month there are webinars to learn about new tools and improvements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding things I dislike, there are really few. When you delete an item (say a pulse or a complete board) it goes to the recycle bin, which, for a strange reason, I always find difficult to find. When you search to find a pulse through all the different boards on your account, there is an option to search in the archived items, unfortunately, that option is always disabled, which I don't like because most of the time, I search for items that are already archived.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are moving around from one tool to another, switching all the time from excel sheets, to email to managing files, and trying to follow up with clients, and customers, you will find Monday quite useful. All the integrations, automation, and flexibility will be of great help for you, your team, and even clients. You will find Monday as the place to integrate all your work flow and find a board dedicated to your special needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, I was using email, an excel sheet, and dropbox to keep track of my projects. More often, I started to miss emails, and I forgot to reply or follow up with the client. Later on, I forgot to update the excel sheet, and dropbox links were placed in emails and, excel sheets as well. With Monday, I can do it all in one single platform and even get reminders or alerts when a due date is coming. Monday helped me to save time, to make communication fast and efficient, and integrate several services and tasks in one single place.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things that we get about using Monday.com is how much time it saves us. Having a paperless system has helped tremendously, especially in locating and keeping track of all the orders that we have. We used to keep all orders in plastic pouches, but they the order would get misplaced and we would spend a lot of time looking for the order or we would have to call the customer to ask for instructions again, which was embarrassing sometimes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I dislike about using the system is getting everybody on board to actually update everything all the time. For Example, if we don't enter the customer's phone number he/she won't get a text when the order is ready, but that's more of a training issue than the system. The system is great!

On Monday we keep all the required documentation and instructions for each order in one place. We don't need to interrupt anybody while they are working to ask them anything because everything is right there on Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com solved SO many problems our company was having in the operations departments like managing projects, internal communication, timely followup, organization, reporting and record keeping. We had tried many other platforms, some included in our suite, some other paid solutions.. but after trying a bunch, we liked the clean and efficent look and flexibility of Monday.com. As we learned all the great ways of managing out projects, with an app store to get even cooler add ons, we knew we would eventually go company wide with all our departments, like quoting, order tracking, programming, shipping, RMAs, milage, HR, etc etc etc. That has since happend and it's been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the switch over. We have over 100 users now, still ironing out how different deparment's share data, but at least we have a bunch of options and no longer losing important information in an email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only drawback I have seen, is when you export data to excel, it doesn't look very clean and the data lives much better in Monday.com. If you are a little handy with excel its easy enough to clean up. I'd like to see better solutions about backing up the data, maybe even if they had their own desktop option to open the data up in the same format as it is on the website. I know this may compete with the subscription model, but I'm sure they could figure that out somehow, like making it read only.

Monday does a great job allowing you to make custom work flows for your project type. It has all the built in features to get most takes under control, and an app store for the hard to find functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to do my job better. Nomatter what we need to do PMO, Management System (ISO), tender responses, framework agreements, company strategy plans. If you use Monday.com, then you can have a few "core" boards that link up to other boards. I never need to list each employee, I have a board for employees, so whenever I'm creating a board that needs to reference employees, I simply link boards together. I use Monday.com inside MS Teams and I use Monday.com instead of BI for charts, I even link it to our CRM so Monday.com emails me when a PO has landed, I can see the value, the type and the number of PS days the second the PO is awarded/deal closed in our CRM. I use it to remind me about everything I do in my job.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be manual, the automation is brilliant but there are sometimes limitations to the automation capabilities, meaning (while less manual than a spreadsheet), it can be more manual than some CRM packages. We use Monday.com as a catch all and an immediate "spin-up" and by that, I mean if we decide on a new application but realise it will take 3 months to deploy and more months to train. We can spin-up a Monday.com board that does a similar job in less than an hour, giving us in immediate short term fix until we tune our core application how we want it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire PMO and our Management System both run on Monday.com while our Sales Team use Monday.com to track tenders/bid team.

What do you like best about the product?
This application is very useful for me. The application has improved our project management and follow-up skills. Our teamwork has become more efficient. It provides us with beautiful data to show the processes of our works and the situations that are being installed. He ensured that things were transferred to the right people. Apart from the project, it is very useful for me to follow my individual works. I have almost an assistant. Monday.com helps me finish all of them without missing the deadlines of the works. The graphics are very nice. My managers can see my work through the application. I didn't have to prove myself for the things I did. it's definitely a great app.

Sometimes there is a contraction in the charts. It's getting better every day, but there may be some more innovations for daily use. If the interface is improved, it will be much more efficient. There is nothing I don't like in general.

What do you like best about the product?
We were one of Monday.com's early adopters...back when it was called "dapulse." So glad they re-branded. ;) Our original draw to the platform was its insane simplicity and usability, which helped our team of Luddites (I say this in love) fully adapt to actually using the tool. Also, I have literally seen every suggestion we've ever submitted for platform enhancements find their way into Monday's product roadmap and consequently the platform, which is huge. They truly listen and deliver! It's a much more robust tool today than when we first became users, but the functionality doesn't hamper the simplicity of the interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had one gripe, it would be that the platform is much more expensive than when we joined. It's still worth it, especially with all the enhancements they've made. And when compared to other project management platforms, it's still highly affordable.

Monday.com keeps us all on-task and on-time with no room for dropped balls. It's easy to keep track of where projects stand and communicate in real time about them. We were using Monday.com back when we had an office, and it was vital then, but even more so now that our agency is 100% remote.

Monday.com is a versatile project management platform with a very easy to use interface. I can customize my boards and workflows to my specific needs, and share with collaborators, with a level of privacy. I also really loved the video tutorials that helped me onboard quickly on the plateform, understanding the potential of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
[Supermetrics + Monday.com] is not optimal for our reporting needs. The main limitation of this integration is its short list of compatible data sources. Several major players (Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google Analytics) are not available. It also cannot pull information from a Google Spreadsheet, which would prevent us from using a solution like Zapier to automatically export data to a spreadsheet and then import it into Monday.com. As a result, we would find ourselves using more than one platform to generate a presentable report.

Our biggest issues were project management, time delivery and accountability. With its intuitive interface, we effortlessly track projects from start to finish, ensuring that no deliverable goes unnoticed. What do you like best about the product?
This is such a great platform if you need to schedule you're day out to make it less hectic. There are so many views you're able to use, I personally use the calendar use a lot as I am in digital marketing and I run social media accounts. It helps me stay on top of posts and I'm able to view my month as a whole or in list view to see what I've already completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt sync to your calendar (as far as I'm aware). Personally this could be a nice touch and to help keep everything in one place instead of going back and forth between platforms. This isn't really a con though because I don't think it's too much of a hassle to switch between tabs.

Monday.com helps not only to keep my individual tasks and projects organized in an easy-to-view format but also provides a huge benefit to our organization overall. We utilize Monday's Online Form Builder to easily integrate requests into the system where they can be tracked, timed and settled all in one place. Since utilizing Monday, we have seen an increase in overall workflow and production by having solid processes set out. My favorite part about managing my tasks in Monday is being able to see how long I've had this task assigned to me, how long I've actually spent working on it, and how far off I am from completion. I can set conditions so my completed tasks an be harbored in their own section and it's very rewarding to see all the work I've put in.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly flexible software. There are lots of different ways to organize, and lots of automations that flow between boards to help. All the flexibility can be intimidating to start from scratch with, but there's a lot that can be built out. I like the boards-groups-task system and I like that Monday doesn't allow infinite subtasks, although I wish there were one more level of sub tasking available. On the whole, it's a logical system and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the "My Work" view, it is difficult to see the full context for a task and navigate directly to the parent task on the board. I'm honestly not sure why Monday links to the Group of a subtask in the task view of My Work, but offers no information as to the parent task. This would make it much easier to find tasks in their Board-Group-Parent Task context. Secondly, it would be useful to have a sub-sub task level. Because of how our work is set up, we sometimes end up with parent tasks that are 20 or 30 subtasks long, which could instead be divided into a Parent Task (e.g. Promote Product Grouping), Subtasks (i.e. for each product in the grouping), Sub-Sub tasks (i.e. each step that needs to be taken to promote, since they're split up across different people/departments). Finally, the messaging/notifications system can get a bit confusing. After a year I'm still not entirely sure the difference between Inbox and Notifications, and often get updates that aren't directly relevant to me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department has a number of teams that rely on extensive crossfunctional collaboration. We keep everything in Monday as a record of what's been done, what needs to be done, communication, updates. It keeps everything in one place. While it can be a little difficult to navigate just because of its size (and the size of our department), it's overall not that bad and pretty easy to learn if you put the time into it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most intuitive work management platform I have used. The interface is clear, understandable and easily manageable. It allows for endless customization of both the way I need to view my task list, as well as the automations I can add. I love the fact that I can communicate on a task level with all stakeholders, eliminating the need for endless email threads.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the reporting is very good, it is very hard to report across multiple boards to get a holistic picture for what is going on across your account. Speed of loading large boards was a problem, but they have since fixed that.

Everything? We run our entire business (Analytics Consulting) on Monday, everything from HR to CRM to Project Delivery. I have a single platform on which I can tackle any new "system" my business needs. The product has scaled with us as our company has grown and we believe it will continue to do so. We started by moving from a dedicated Project Management and Time Tracking solution to Monday.com and are building out a PMO based on this. We then switched form our existing CRM to including that in our Monday.com stack. As our sales team has grown we have created dedicated assets for them to plan events, manage customer stories, demos, etc. Our next phase is accurate reporting on everything that happens on the platform and we are using the monday.com API to faciliate this.

It is often slow and difficult to navigate when there is a lot of data on one page. I am curious if breaking up some tables to separate pages would help. This could also be a personal or company issue. We could archive unneeded information in order to speed up an individual page that holds too much information.

Monday.com is an incredible organization tool when you learn how to use it properly. I love being able to assign myself and teammates to tasks the email me reminders, as well as show up in my Home page of tasks to do. Working in project management, there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of. You can use conditional formatting on your boards, for instance, I have jobs past day highlighting the row in red, due today in yellow, and due this week in green. There are a lot of very customizable features!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a calendar component so you can develop a standardized timeline for a specific job. For instance, if I know the average job is a 90 day cycle, I would love Monday.com to be able to let me build out a template based on calendar work days and holidays.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday.com to be very effective at keeping me organized and thinking of the bigger pictures as I create sub items under my main project heading. This plat form is user friendly, intuitive to use and the color and formatting make it enjoyable to work from. I have used a lot of project management programs trying to find the best fit and this has been the overall favorite since the day I started using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally as you are building items into your project, it gets deleted and you have to go pull it out of the deleted files bin. The problem is most like user error but I wish I know what I was doing to stop it from happening. I have not found any related topics addressing this so I don't know how to prevent it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create as many checklists as I want. I use the system as a transaction coordinator for real estate transactions. I tend to do the same for every file I work on. I made custom templates for different types of transactions and would create a checklist for each new file I started. I loaded my template and then was good as gold. The list was my constant and I just would have to load in dates and the system would keep me on track throughout a 30 day transaction.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't use the automations as much as I probably should have, but I did like being able to add my team members into the system to give them auto alerts. When we downgraded our plan it took away from having my team members added to the system. It didn't make enough sense to have a large plan to add all of my agents in when I was the only person actually using the system at all. I just liked the capability to have the team members to be able to take a quick look to see where things were at. We didn't use any of the other features that came with adding members to my team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps keep my brain from overloading trying to remember dates for 30 different files. I used the due dates of individual tasks to help determine what items I needed to devote my attention to each day. The status bar has also been beneficial to highlight the status of the items as well. Being able to mark items as "done" would check items off my list, and as a visual person, this was super beneficial.

It can do anything!!!! Seriously all the features from Monday and plug-ins. What started as a 4 person monday account grew to our whole company now using it. For Marketing it feels like we have a Monday board for everything! Budgets, document control number tracking, projects, you name it! We love Monday.com and have moved so many of our old excel sheets into amazing boards and workspaces. I have seen a big difference in the orgination of our department, team collaboration... I could go on and on about the review process built in for our projects. I was a Monday.com fan 4 years ago... I am such a bigger fan today. It can be pretty overwhelming for someone new to the platform. There is a big learning curve and there are resources to teach the person, but it's not as user friendly if some team members are hyper familiar and they are trying to get a new team member to use it. Most of that is on the team member to learn it, but some people just won't. So, it can be a barrier to people less interested in digital organizing and planning. Paper people don't love it. But I do!

I love that I can keep all of my projects in one tidy place. Monday is easy to use. My boards have set due dates that keep me focused. The best part is the collaboration features. One thing that I needed to learn was how to set up my notifications properly. I integrated Monday into Slack and my email. When I first started getting added to boards, I would get multiple notifications for the same task, but that was complete user error.

I have multiple projects that I work on. I have Monday boards that are strictly for my own organizational purposes. The due dates remind me when projects are coming due. I have annual boards, monthly boards and weekly boards. What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been incredibly helpful as a project management tool but we also use it as a CRM of sorts, tracking potential customers and dealers and making notes that keep everyone on the same page at all times.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a team, our only real complaint with Monday.com is the mobile app. Unfortunately, the mobile app can be slow and clunky, even when on good wifi connection. In addition, we've entered info such as notes and files into Monday on a slower connection and they don't "stick". There is no warning or pop-up telling you that your info did not upload... Days later, you ask someone if they got your message or info and it's just not there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Monday.com is it allows our fully-remote team to be on the same page at a glance no matter where they are. The ability to attach design files to each client is huge.

I love how simple it is. We have employees of all ages and at different technical skill levels. They are able to use Monday.com with ease. We use Monday.com as our CRM, so it's our go to system for all things client related. Without Monday, we would not be able to maintin the strong customer service environment we pride ourselves on.

The only downside we've seen with Monday is that it is not able to integrate with our financial advising software. Right now, we don't use much of the software available out there, so it's not an issue. In a few years though, I'm hoping there's more integration capability in this space.

Monday.com is our CRM. This is where we store all customer notes. In our business, not are so important, especially when we have a compliance request. We are able to easily export these notes and provide them to our compliance team.

The different colours of different groups, along with the status of the task make your workload so easy to understand at a glance. Automation emails are also great to help you set reminders for when tasks need to be done. On joint boards being able to filter by person is super helpful so you can see instantly what work is outstanding and what's been done.

Automation emails were a little tricky to set up, once done they're great but there is a bit of a learning curve to start with to understand them. When files get added to cards they can cause confusion, I would just like the files more visible, as people expect to them in the "updates" tab.

We all work remotely, so bringing the team together on each others projects and having a deadline and clear resposnsbility is important. We are an e-commerce company and have defined sales periods throughout the year, so ensuring creatives are reading for ads by certain dates is paramount. I like that you are able to have multiple boards for different areas so it can all be organised. You are easily able to dump a lot of information into Monday.com seamlessly and add timelines, team members, notes and much more. I love how organized and granular we can get within the platform, going from separating projects by all types of categories (which can be customized according to your business needs) to have it integrated with your calendar and other tools to make life easier and processed more automated.

Within the project management, we found it very hard to keep a timeline going for an entire project without having items have random due dates - even with the correct dependencies and timeframes attached.

The only thing I would like to be able to report on or have a dashboard for is the activity changes. It would be nice to have a dashboard display when a status or update has been made and show the date that it was made.

It would be good to do additional work on the online docs viewer so that we can use federated online document storage alongside monday.com. This would provide us with a single portal into our information, both planning and project related documentation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping solve our flexible way of working, we have a hybrid method of work and it is sometimes sifficult to keep up with all projects ongoing. It is particularly good at highlighting when tasks are due, and what tasks i need to complete on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday lets my team flexibly organize, transparently streamline, manage complicated projects with its intuitive platform. It's so easy, but absolutely professional.

What do you dislike about the product?
Large and ongoing localization projects can be somewhat complicated to set up, as we have to dedicate label columns per language, marking done/working on it/stuck etc. It's fine for the most part, but scaling up inevitably suffocates the experience. That being said, it works better than other platforms and we like using monday anyways.

Monday.com allows us to manage unmanageable levels of tasks, that are otherwise lost and/or fall through the cracks. We need everything to be visible, and all eyes on the projects. My team localizes knowledge base articles, which means thousands of articles and hundreds of small projects every month. Tasks come in various shapes and forms every day, so the flexibility that monday.com offers is a significant asset to us. We can collaborate seamlessly, integrate with other apps and boards, and really make sure that our tasks are managed with priority and with confidence.
