What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to combine numerous platforms such as Slack, Google Calendar, Gmail, and others; this feature allows me to communicate with the development team on a single platform; and this feature distinguishes Asana from other applications. You can establish due dates, priorities, and utilize tags, etc., and everyone learned how to use the application quickly. I enjoy that you can focus on your job while still being able to view everyone's progress when necessary. I enjoy the color style, user interface, and seamless performance, and it's simple to comprehend for everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the quantity of messages that arrive, I have almost no issues with the tool. I would like to have a feature where you can pick which projects you want to receive information about. Also, I'd like it if you could enhance the fluidity on mobile, since I occasionally have latency, and it's tough to find how to convert from business to personal Asana when I log in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our output has more than doubled since we can now concentrate on the real duties rather than the time-consuming follow-up. Asana handles challenges such as handling several projects at once, and the greatest part is that its clients may assign work to different individuals while maintaining anonymity. We can monitor the most recent information and prepare appropriately thanks to the dashboard. I can simply manage several projects and tasks for each project, and I can update them from my phone and upload any form of content. What do you like best about the product?
- Asana is the simpliest project management tool there is - It is very use to use even if you have multiple clients. - It also has an option to use mutlipel accounts, and swithcing between accounts is very straight forward. - They also have an mobile app that is easy to use. And if you have mutiple accounts, swithing between the accounts is easy without having to log out and log in to another account.

- Importing task via csv is not always straight forward. - If you have tasks that are depentend on other tasks, they do not pull into asan via a csv. - You cannot have a url link to a section of a project, you have to create links to taks or

When you have multiple projects and haveing a large team wokring on these projects is never easy and straight forward. Asana has made that a breeze with its easy to use interface and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to create project-related tasks as well as 100% individual assignments; I also like how simple it is to collaborate on projects and set deadlines. Asana reminds me when I have to turn in my tasks and how to handle them. The most useful thing for me was that I can easily manage my calendar, because it can be difficult to keep up with the numerous tasks, but Asana really helps me organize everything and allows Dividing a project into small tasks without getting lost.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system will not operate until the entire team adopts it; a partially integrated team is worse than not utilizing it at all. This program has a lot of features, which might be confusing and even excessive depending on what you want to do. I wish time tracking was included in the desktop version. This would enable us to have a better understanding of the projects we are working on without needing to go online.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to discover what you're searching for on the home page, and I like how you can switch between views. It's also simple to onboard team members to a job, and it has a built-in tracking system (emails). What I enjoy best about Asana is that we can simply distribute tasks among our team members and manage projects in a single location with all team members. Asana has numerous features that its competitors do not, such as point estimate and pull request attachments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a job contains subtasks that many team members work on, but we can only assign one team member to the task, which might cause confusion. When there are so many tickets, the dashboard appears cluttered and, due to its various features, rather confusing. Some team members just require notification, but we must pay the entire subscription. It would be ideal if you could include the full firm while just paying for team members who are "active."

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me to increase the complexity of the projects we work on. When COVID struck, we needed to build additional isolation facilities, and having Asana made it much easier for me to organize all of the work required to complete the project. The key issue that Asana solves is that we can simply define ticket priority based on job needs, which is a convenient feature: we no longer need to manually put task priorities on sheets. It has helped us with our sprint planning; Asana's scope features, ticket management, and people assignment make sprint planning a breeze.

Its visuals and ease of use make it exceptionally simple to use; structuring processes around projects also aids in maximizing productivity. I appreciate the openness across the many initiatives in which I am participating, since it allows me to see how my work affects others and vice versa. I also like how we can combine many technologies to provide a single source of status information. It also comes with all of the tools you need for proper project monitoring, including as task cards and checklists.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their target audience of business users requires some improvement. It's easy to get lost in all of the sub-goals, and it's also difficult to export reports on each goal to exhibit at board meetings and other events. I'd want Asana to be able to integrate project task durations and change dependencies accordingly. The only method to move timelines right now is to choose each item in the timeline view; it also does not modify the dates of subtasks, which is an issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've overcome communication issues with projects and project teams; communication is no longer lost in email; it's all done on Asana now. I can keep track of the general state of my project and its development, using checklists to keep everything on track, working with coworkers (and adding them to tasks), deadlines, and so on. The openness regarding who is participating and what duties effect each other helps us to uncover training and resource shortfalls, allowing us to discover the underlying problems in our team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent project management tool since it's simple to use and understanding its capabilities is quick. The platform's versatility also makes it simple to modify the way you manage projects if you determine your present ways aren't working. I like how you can have multiple teams but also limit the projects within that team to certain individuals. I also appreciate how you can design rules and have several different sorts of projects based on the needs of each work team.

The method rules may be defined is limited, as is the way they are carried over from one project to another; it would be ideal if information from one project did not pass over to another when duplicated, relocated, etc. Because it is not possible to restrict who can update task templates, users can make changes without fully understanding the consequences.

Asana has helped me better manage project deadlines; I integrated the My Tasks calendar to my work calendar so that I can view all approaching deadlines at a glance. Asana eliminates the need for several emails by providing a clear picture of where you are in a project and making that information available to everyone who needs to be engaged. It's also addressing the reality that so much time is spent debating work rather than finishing it; the centralized location of information has been a game changer by keeping the team up to speed on developments and pressing queries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating multiple projects, adding my tasks, keeping track of the milestone, and the feature of Asana for notifying me on every activity in the "Activity" tab whenever any changes happens on the projects/tasks where I am the collaborator or the owner. Also, the integration with Google Drive is very useful for me because we are managing all the stuff in drive first and then adding the drive links to the Asana's task. Best thing, these all things are available in the free version.

Not as much, but the dashboard is not accessible if the internet connection is slow, like using the cellular data. I mean, Asana requires speedy internet to work. Rest, my experience is good using this platform so far.

When you work with a team, it's difficult to keep track on everything like what task they are doing, how much is the progress, what are the activities going on, which task is the priority, and so on. Using Asana, I can manage and track all these things on a single dashboard. That's a lot helpful.

The best features of it are: 1. Asana provides one of the best automation and delegation features/functions in its platform due to which the user experience becomes great and smoother. 2. There are bugs present in the website as sometimes the website takes time to load even if with a good internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is amazing, the functionality is now at a stage that we dont need other apps. We can do it all in asana. We have been using a number of others but the functionality in the business suite is more than enough to enable us to keep out team accountable and reduce wasted time in WIP meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the only thing is with all great products it will take you some time to put the effort in to get out the best from this. But in life you get out what you put in at least it's easy to navigate and get our head around.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for me is being able to have forsight on when a project deadline won't be met or if a number of tasks are NOT done which may start a fire. Having visability on not only my team but the whole organisation is a godsend. Know what is being done is great, but when there are so many projects and possible deadlines being missed the person who is ultimatley responsible is me. So having this visability allows me to be a person of my word. Asana will continue to assist me in being able to be a person of my word to my board, and more importantly honest with myself.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana can be used among different people and organizations. I like that I can create different projects with tasks, subtasks, and notes. I also like that I can create a recurring task with subtasks. I recently created a recurrin task called Marketing and added different subtasks of social media tasks and emails that I need to be doing weekly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cluttered looking, I wish there was a way to visualiy improve it but I don't know what that would be. Things don't show up "To Do" if they aren't assigned to yourself or someone else. The MANY emails I get for someone completeing a task etc is a bit cumbersome too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my tasks organized in a way that could be lost if I was doing it on paper. Providing a space to collaborate on tasks with others in an effecient way- they can add tasks for me, links, I can ask questions in the notes, etc. I've used it with a vitual assistant agency as well to delegate to them in a streamlined way.

Great tool for project management to see all tasks in one platform and align with everyone. There are other tools that we can use out there in the market but Asana has the right balance of ease of use and being organize.

Asana proofs to be a project management for everything including ticketing management like JIRA and Servicenow which I don't think it's working well currently. It's not great when we are trying to find a ticket within Asana.

Asana solves the fundamental problem of project management. For instance, with software implementation, there are many components which requires various teams to complete and it's not easy to see everything in one place. We can try to do this with google sheet but it requires someone to update extensively. I like that you can collaborate on projects with different users. It's easy to create new tasks and you can even create forms for people to submit. When you select a task as complete it has a great little animation that is almost celebratory.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a bit cluttered and can get overwhelming if you do not know how to use it. I do not like that you have to delete a task if you cannot complete it. Deferring a task also does not remove it from your list. Sometimes I do not want to delete a task, but I want to mark it as off my list even though it cannot be completed. That is extremely frustrating.

Asana works excellently for asynchronous work, I use it every day so I can see my objectives for the week and make daily reports of what I do each day. Once you know how to use it it can be straightforward to work on. But the way to use it can vary depending on the company you work for.

Asana can have some difficulties when used like bugs, which is not common but when it does you have to contact customer service which has worked well. The app version for the computer is pretty helpful and has excellent tools for collaboration work but some features can only be used in a paid version. Asana should prepare better for the people who are just starting on the app, it can be daunting if you never have used an app like this before.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Asana is its efficient user interface, which allows for seamless navigation between different projects. The program offers a nice visual structure, making it easier to grasp the overall status of ongoing work in one glance. It's very brief but good, slip land the clip needed to grab up on propose advance. The really simple construction is specially very useful for hereafter planning, with very typical markers and categorizations that help in prioritizing tasks.

What I dislike is that some of the features feel a bit uncomfortable to use. The advertising notifications, especially via email, can get rather distracting when I'm trying to copy projects into another account.

They offered us 4 hours of consulting and a fast and 24/7 support service. All this has not been fulfilled and they only blame that their business partner 4sana should assist us. Well, we haven't used the tool for a month now, the support answers an email every 7 days and the experience has been worse than with my previous provider. I have lost my money

It is a very easy to use tool as it has a fairly simple interface and suitable to adapt to all types of projects, it encourages teamwork in a formidable way with its commenting functions and the way in which information is shared, it is compatible with different devices and can be used from mobiles, tablets or computers.

Asana has been one of the most used platforms when we interact with software work teams in person or remotely since each member of the organization can create or update tasks and generate visibility with the rest of the people; in this way, we can know who is working on each activity, we can know if someone has had any inconvenience, or needs to request another person attached files to finish a task. Asana is a highly collaborative platform, and team members can update the information from the mobile App or from their laptop, regardless of the operating system that we have installed in the company; this allows us to have full visibility, and we are sure that the data associated with the execution of the project are always updated.

Asana is very flexible when it comes to offering a collaborative environment and is based on agile methodologies for project tracking. We can also see on our dashboard "my assigned tasks" at a glance. On the other hand, your inbox works as a kind of interlocutor with a corporate or personal email, which could be considered redundant in some cases since updates can reach both places. However, if we organize our dashboard well and carry out adequate customization, we will have no problem generating the views we need and avoiding excessive notification management.

It is simple as Genius and has an efficient, logical flow from up to down, making it very readable. It can build your workflows and makes it easy to discuss within the team, sending invites and reminders as scheduled. It works well with presentations and contract management tasks. It has exceptional board and kanban views and capabilities to set your working time schedule.

What do you dislike about the product?
You need to use a separate time-tracking engine if you are service oriented. You mostly have to use different budget-controlling apps or ERP. Asana is good for decision flow but lacks analytical capabilities to be used within a single system for not using connectivity and integrations with different auth methods. WOuld be great to have reminders with use of AI - not to remind you, but you are telling to bot for updates on relevant tasks or scheduling and rescheduling with the use of RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana helps organise projects and make them easier to manage. I dislike the fact that Asana only allows one primary assignee per task. This makes it difficult to allocate responsibility and track progress across multiple users in a team. It can often feel a bit overwhelming at times, and like it doesn't simplify project management, but actually makes it more complicated than it needs to be. I'd also like more flexible pricing options for freelancers and small businesses, as the premium plan can be a bit steep when compared to other software.

I love that I can collaborate across multiple teams and multiple projects, but I can see everything I'm personally working on in my dashboard calendar view. This has been especially helpful when I don't get Asana notifications for whatever reason via my work email.

I have the ability to rank what is most important vs least important, and I love that I can create subtasks for each task. It's like having a task to do the laundry, but knowing you'll have to: Subtask 1 - fold the laundry, and Subtask 2 - put the laundry away. It's nice to be able to lay out specific sub tasks!

I wish I was able to assign a task to more than one person for projects I'm working on with someone else. One person having all of the credit for a completed task is a little biased, and all the responsibility falls to the assignee rather than who is both equally responsible for it.

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating new Projects and assigning Tasks to them can be done in minutes, even if done from scratch. If you're innovative and set up templates, your new work stream can be active in seconds.

Sometimes improvements (what the designers think) to the UI will catch you out. Just when you think you have mastered everything, they change the functionality and location of things. It can be annoying.

You can automate many things and constantly be updated on what step of a project you are on. Another great feature is the ability to customize the project details you want to include and dependencies to the next steps that can't be completed until a task is done.

You are pretty limited with the free version as the different views you can use. The timeline view is most helpful but only available on the paid version. It isn't costly to do the cheapest plan, but having all the views and specific features of the view you have to pay for would work better for me. Otherwise, I'm paying for a lot of stuff I don't need.

I'd prefer it if there was a status indicator for "in progress", "edit", etc. It would also be better if My Tasks showed which project each task was a part of because I do the same thing for multiple clients, so I have to go all the way into each project to see which task is for which project.

Finally, there is not enough flexibility when creating new tasks - adding multiple files of different sizes should be more intuitive than it currently is.

I've noticed in several teams and cases it is not so easy for people to learn to use and actually make use of it, although there are many resources offered (amazing that part, also). The learning curve seems to be hard on some people and without an internal push, people disengage. Too many notifications also seem to be accused by many. From a small business / startup perspective, all the cool and needed features that are part of the paid accounts become too expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, Asana is very easy to use; I am essay track my junior's tasks, as well as I can set deadlines. Asana also Supports third-party tools such as Google Drive, Slack, and Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
For my juniors, Asana is hard to understand because its UI is complex. Also, Asaana Gives Limited Free Plan And that free plan may not be sufficient for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, UI can be better understood. For the particular task, Asana has provided a comment section as well as they need to give disabled text support if, from the senior task allocated to someone, then they can not edit or delete that task.

What we liked about using Asana was the ease of use and flexibility it offers in terms of tool customization. What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we faced when using Asana was the number of notifications we received. At first, we were overwhelmed by the sheer number of notifications, but after adjusting our notification settings, we were able to optimize the tool so that we only received the notifications that were necessary and relevant to us. What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for project management. It has so many features to easily organize your projects and keep you on track. I really like that you can have inline conversations with other Asana users in the discussions of a task.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some user education to get onboarded, but otherwise, it's pretty easy to figure out. One thing I wish Asana had was color-coding different tasks. You can do this if you link it to another board, but I wish it would allow you to color-code anything to keep yourself more organized without having to cross-polinate to other boards that your project may not be relevant to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep me organized in my daily content calendar planning along with my 1:1s with other team members. It's easy for me to refer back to as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, installs everywhere, easy to execute and collaborate with team. The templates feature is probably one of my favorites and I've bought templates a number of times as while I'm great using systems, I'm less great at creating them from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's still the case as I started using Asana about five years ago, but onboarding was challenging. I had to find someone outside of Asana to help me, but after that, it went well, and I ended up buying several of their templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a pretty simple setup since most of my clients use other systems, but I always come back to Asana because it's a perfect task manager for how my brain works. I have used the project side when needed but mostly it's my personal task manager

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to separate tasks bout a subject and to create a new project. Easy to configure and use for any new user of the platform. For now, we use the free version, and it's perfect.

What do you dislike about the product?
We can't put a task for two people. We have to duplicate that task and apply another name to this duplicate. It's the only thing because we don't currently use all the options.

We don't have all the tasks at the same place. All employees have a notebook with some notes about the project. Now, all the status of a project is available in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy for me to view and reorder my tasks. Whether I'm viewing in a list or board view, I can reorder tasks by dragging, which isn't a given in other project management software. When I click on a task, its detail view appears on the side of my screen instead of covering the entire screen or opening a new page, so it's easy for me to click through each of my tasks in a list. The My Tasks view is useful for organizing tasks across multiple projects by due date so I don't get overwhelmed. I can see which ones I have to work on today vs. later - allowing me to plan my week - and tasks automatically move up to the Today section once their due date approaches. Adding tasks and subtasks in list view is also quick. All you have to do is type and hit Enter instead of clicking multiple buttons.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I'm the only one using it on my team. But in a previous role, I used it with many others, and I remember that the comments section in each task was hard to read when too many images were pasted. It might be nice if images could have their own captions or images were made smaller and flowed horizontally if there were a lot in one comment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every other task or project management software that I've tried makes it hard to quickly view a list of, reorder, or add tasks. I haven't had those issues with Asana at all, so I can focus on design instead of organizing my to-dos. It keeps me from getting overwhelmed because it organizes and automatically moves my tasks based on due date.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me manage individual tasks and collaborative projects. I like having the ability to track progress, assign tasks to others, and see how projects or tasks fit within larger team and individual goals. It's nice receiving an email every morning with a summary of the tasks due that day.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you create a task to assign to someone, it sends the task/assigns it to them before the details are fully added. This has caused confusion. I wish that it would wait to send it until certain details, like the due date, were included. Tasks that are due at a specific time in the day should appear at the top of the list instead of at the bottom of the list of tasks due that day. Subtasks aren't always clear. The user must click for additional details to see what the original task was and dig through to find relevant information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use the tasks feature within Outlook to keep track of anything that I needed to do and when it was due. That wasn't as collaborative, and I couldn't (or didn't know how) to organize tasks by projects. Asana makes it much easier to work with others and understand how my work contributes to my team and organizational goals.

Realmente las cosas que no me gustan de asana son muy pocas, pues realmente son cosas muy generales y que no son tan especificas, tales como: 1. Intentar hacer que la interfaz sea mas amigable con el usuario mas casual. 2. Brindar mas formas de mirar las tareas, es decir, que los bloques de tareas se puedan visualizar de mas formas.

Asana makes creating and assigning new tasks quick and easy. If you're looking for a way to keep track of what needs to get done, give it a try! You can create teams in the tool, giving everyone involved in a task easy access. There are also various options available, such as generating reports or sending invitations if you want to include colleagues in the task. With all these features combined into one platform, managing your work has never been easier - no need to assign specific tasks yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the inability to assign a single task to multiple members of a team or department can sometimes hinder progress. Providing an option, either for advanced users only or even for all accounts, to allow tickets and project steps to be approved by other teams/departments would improve productivity and collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me easily manage my workload. By centralizing and tracking all of my contracted tasks in one place, it is much easier for me to stay on top of what needs to be done, as well as take notes during meetings to keep track of any progress or updates.

The due dates can be a bit challenging, the fact that the subtasks get jacked up when they are part of a recurring subtask and have to be manually fixed and that other people can mark my task complete (even if by accident)
