I really like that it does integrate with sales force. It also has a great pay as you go pricing model that was perfect for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to send out a lot of gifts at once. Takes a lot of time to manually send the cards and gifts.

Consider RocketNotes if you want to do targeted ABM campaigns to a small number of leads.

Helped us improve our ABM Mailers and gives us a much easier way to track our mailers. Getting a much higher conversion rate on our sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send a follow up card or personalized gift right from our Salesforce CRM across leads, contacts or campaign features with a click of a button. The editor for the cards is super flexible and developing content or messaging for reuse can be saved and reused across cards, logos and personalizing things like Golf balls , water bottles and mugs has been really effective and clients like it. I like the fact that the status of shipped item is right on the contact and lead record so we know when the recipient received item so we can follow up immediately. One nice feature is we can set budgets for our sales team to manage our spend across rocket notes users. We are using the built in reporting in salesforce and dashboards are nice to allow us to see the whole picture across the sales and gifting programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point across our use cases. We are currently expanding the use of additional gifts and they look to have a deep offering of swag and other promotional items we can add as we go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering using gifting/swag, direct mail and other physical touch-points in your Salesforce instance for sales, marketing or customer this was so easy. The install took 15 minutes and we were trained within the hour. From a pricing perspective it is a consumption model so no licensing just required to put corporate card and just re-up based on your budget. If you are looking for more sophisticated gifting programs they do have a fulfillment program for any item you want to include in a custom program. We found they have a pretty broad standard offering out of box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for additional ways to engage leads with more personalization, we had invested in several other initiatives like video and found it to be effective so we wanted to include a direct mail and gift offering in our sales cadences. The results were even better with including the rocket notes offering in our outreach efforts. Currently we have been building out other use cases for Customer on-boarding, retention and in our contract renewal processes. Early results and feedback from clients is they love it. The reporting works directly in our Salesforce CRM so we can see an measure the effectiveness of our gifting across leads, accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we set up campaigns to go out to new customers AND set up a reactivation campaign and the response has been staggerting
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything, in the future I hope our competition does not figure this out. ;)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth a try for sure. Might take a little to set up but worth it. My suggestion is to use it to build karma and not just try to sell in a card and gift. We messed this up at first, we started sending cards with logos and sales copy and had WAY better success when we didn't sell but said THANK YOU.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve a couple. Reactivation of clients who we have not talked to in over a year and we seem to be getting a lot more word of mouth referrals from people who we have sent cards and gifts to. Plus an added thing we did not plan on was the number of people who actually take the time to post a picture with the water bottles we send out on social media. extra benefit we had not accounted for.
