What do you like best about the product?
As an admin for my company, I really appreciated the user experience with Rattle. It is easy to onboard and start utilizing the product. The features are great, I highly recommend the tool for Slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Slack user settings are changed once Rattle owns creating messages with complex workflows or dealrooms, but once you understand the tool you can create work arounds. There isn't much I dislike about Rattle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealrooms have allowed us to create a consistent place for all internal stakeholders to have conversations about Opportunities and Accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Rattle makes it super simple to create workflows that allow me be alerted on and to stay on top of all the moving pieces of data happening in Salesforce via slack which is where I spend most of my day working on my laptop and on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience using rattle could use improvement when configuring new workflows or modifying exist from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of data within Salesforce and collaboration along the team of that data within slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast to learn and be able to start using. It has a lot of cool capabilities when it comes to both alerting users in slack or updates that are happening and also the ability to be able to update those SFDC records directly in Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found a few limitations when it comes to what can be triggered from SFDC and how its triggered. Sometimes these updates look like they should be creating Rattle alerts in slack but they arent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send out communication quicker (real time!) to reps and to managers alike. We like using the update feature to be able to approve quotes directly in slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure - love being able to think of something and implement in less than 10 minutes. Depth of Configurability - there are very few limitations in getting a notification spun up - they have thought of so many use cases. Responsive Notifications - Buttons in slack make it so easy for sales (and CSM, and Relationship Managers, and Ops) to take ACTION. It may only save a few clicks / seconds, but with the convenience of the buttons I've found that people actually TAKE the action we want them to... where dashboards, chatter posts etc. seemed to fall short. The Company & Employees - Just an incredible group of people! Extremely responsive, helpful, professional... ideal company to partner with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is indeed a relatively young company. That means they do not have EVERY feature you could possibly want. But to their credit, when I hit limitations, they often already have it on the roadmap - and importantly - they DELIVER on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any sales-centric company, the "Sales Operations" is critical to our success. We need quality data, up to date, and we need to make it "second nature" for our employees to keep stuff up to date. We also need to provide timely notifications when things in Salesforce are or aren't happening... an upcoming renewal that doesn't have a quote created, a new NPS score submitted to an account, a customer signed up for our knowledge management platform... we keep pushing relavent and timely information to our users so THEY can make the best decisions!

What do you like best about the product?
I think we can all agree that Salesforce isn't the most user-friendly CRM ... Rattle is making updating pipeline, getting info to my teammates, and keeping my boss updated much easier. Excited to have Rattle implemented before we bring on a new cohort of Reps so we can see the efficiencies at scale
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but tech always comes with both a learning curve, and continually product improvements. The Rattle CS team is awesome and always helping us make the most of our subscription, and taking our product feedback head on to make Rattle an even better experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- allowing our VP of sales to have clean updated data for investor meetings is crucial - making it easier for reps to update SF so that we can help our CS partners to succeed - ensuring we don't drop any balls on moving a deal along so that we can speed up deal cycles
