What do you like best about the product?
The ability to record short videos, keep track of the progress with the relationships, share whats been done with additions to the workspace, and have one central hub for all information/documents/chats. I really enjoy the integration with HubSpot. It easily builds the workspaces with the click of a button and allows me to track any progress within the app. Regular checkins with my account rep for new ideas and tips is a great offering from Proteus.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm not using it more. Also, I would like to see it in an app at some point and may increase the usage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My clients have loved this. They have a single point to store all information, can easily share access and information with other stakeholders, and makes a great first, second, third ... impression.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a warm entry into a conversation/relationship. If I can show a short video of myself before I meet someone, it expedites the engagement once in person or on Zoom as if it's not the first time you meet someone. It also prolongs the engagement with a followup post/note/video. Additionally, it separates from emails for information in one, clean storage file/area/portal.

What do you like best about the product?
For complex business to business sales, I have found Proteus Engage as really helpful software. It has helped me in creating a link between a sales representative and a buying group In B2B sales long-term relationship was what I was looking for and Proteus Engage facilitated me in creating such a relationship with my clients making the complex business deals quite simple. It helped in imparting training to my other team members .Above all I admired its sensitive content hidden part. It is a diverse software and it very easily got mixed up according to our business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way and step to follow to get a login into it to check inbox is very something I found really annoying and extra as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole working of Proteus engage is very good and useful. It has helped me a lot by converting our complex business deals into something very convenient. I like its all features from tracking to representing our products to our clients. Its speed, efficiency, and pricing are all very good. It has also helped us in presenting our content to our clients individually and consistently, thus leaving a good impression on the minds of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how prospects can easily send a link to other members of their team. The result is customers help to identify the people in an organization who need to be involved in decisions. Additionally, as new members join the discussion, they can get caught up with previous communications, keeping everyone current.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Proteus. As with any tool, the more you use it the more value it creates. I don't think I would be using it as much if I didn't have some help. We have a marketing person on our team who supports the sales team by uploading content and continues to send info to customers. We also have a weekly meeting with the ProteusEngage team which has been a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProteusEngage is keeping out team consistently communicating with prospects and key customers. It is easy for us to not only share ideas across our team, but more importantly implement those ideas. A couple of weeks ago, one member of the sales team said he wanted to send out a story to his customers. We all decided that was a good idea and there was really no extra work to do it for everyone. I had a prospect that I was worried had gone quiet. They reached out immediately to let me know they liked that I was keeping in touch and they hadn't forgot about me either. Phew, I could quit worrying. :->

What do you like best about the product?
Using ProteusEngage has made my life easy by making enhancing my business to business (B2B) sales experience. It has helped me in creating a long-term and trustworthy relation in this buying-selling process with my clients. I really admire its ability to get fit in in almost all kinds of industries. By customizing it I transformed it all into what I needed keeping in view my business demands. It also proved itself in a way that it showed and present consistent and authentic content for my clients and made it easy to track when my clients engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to me, it can be made a bit better by advancing and bettering its functionality By adding a hovering invite button in it and along with few other features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really admire the whole functioning of the ProteusEngage and it has made communication with clients so easy and personal in a way that I didn’t even realize that I am not having a one on one conversation with my potential clients. Secondly, It has given a boost to my business and I think it is the best platform to enhance buyer enablement. It has aided my team too to make strong and effective communication with clients.

Hard to find any dislikes. The ProteusEnage team continues to build new features and identifies needs of their clients before we can realize them ourselves.
