What do you like best about the product?
A couple of times a year I need to send out surveys to my customer base. I have found Survey Monkey to be one of the easiest to use of the options out there.The ability to collect payments and create something that LOOKS like it belongs with my business is really helpful. I have used others where you can just tell that it isn't as polished and that is not the case here. I can use it for a variety of things from signup for upcoming classes to collecting feedback on the website. Lots of features for most anything you can think of.

What do you dislike about the product?
So for me, the one downside would be the pricing. I am a small business, and only send a couple of surveys a year, so for me spending almost $500 a year seems a bit steep. I would love to see a way to be on the free plan but to add features a la carte. A lot of the features I don't need, and would be willing to pay on a case by case basis for things like accepting payments or uploading files because I just don't use them that often. There is just a huge jump in price from the free plan for a lot of features I don't use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me I need a professional looking survey for my customers when I am seeking feedback on a design or providing customer service. I like that it integrates well with my branding, and is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SurveyMonkey is the ease of use, we can use it very easily because of a very friendly User Interface. It's a very good platform with almost no time lag or connectivity issues, whenever I used it, there is a very smooth process for all the surveys (maker/receiver/submitter). Another important thing is customization, we can edit the surveys to be made & we can do things by customizing them acc. to our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost Nothing & everything, because everything is quite excellent, but not perfect. And Nothing needs to be improved in a hurry or small time interval, as there are several updations which had been done in the past as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I use survey monkey while filling out the surveys, it had helped me in good understanding different aspects of a particular product. I created some online forms/surveys & build them quite impressively through SurveyMonkey.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most was how easy it was for me to build marketing research questionnaires and analyze customer experience data. The tool is designed in a very intuitive way, which made everything very simple and fast. The free version allows you to create usable surveys and properly try the product which is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
It will be good if they can support near realtime syncing with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, AirTable kind of tools. At the moment all data needs to be exported and uploaded to respective tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, my experience with SurveyMonkey was great. I was able to create, edit, and distribute my survey in minutes. In addition, it let's you promote (with share functionality) and analyze survey results. I would highly recommend using SurveyMonkey.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used SurveyMonkey both in my professional setting and non profit I work with and love the ease of use, customizations, and data insights we get. The new PowerPoint results downloads are awesome for presenting the data, and the skip logic and results filtering are very robust. Your only risk is paralysis by analysis with all the data you can get to!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there is anything I can think of. We haven't explored the ability to create an API for automatic export and import into our CRM, so I guess that's the only thing I think we are lacking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get to exactly the level of customer insights we want and input that data into our CRM for review. We can also do quarterly summaries for executive level reviews of results and opportunity analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of very good templates to use to help build a survey. I like the customizable features such as adding a logo and the redirect after a survey has concluded. The sharing options are very good too. The platform allows you to share on a number of platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to analyze needs to be improved, especially when trying to compare different variables among different surveys. It would also be nice to groups surveys and then be able to make comparisons between groups if you are a mobile worker, the new location tacking limitation is horrible and really decreases the availability of the use. The cost has also gotten to be more than the product is woth.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily using it for course and faculty evaluations to analyze instructor performance and course design. It helps to provide information on areas for improvement and to identify faculty that are doing a good job or need development. The downside is that I cannot compare data across courses.

There isn't any one particular thing about SurveyMonkey that I don't like but while the functionality has many, many options, SurveyMonkey's user experience and look and feel could provide a bit more customizable options.

By using Surveymonkey, I am able to get anonymous feedback from my staff easily and effortlessly. What do you like best about the product?
I really like Survey Monkey's customisable design. It's easy to use and allows me to create surveys without having to start from scratch each time. This platform allows for a variety of data collection purposes, including post-presentation comments, health and wellness questionnaires, or group surveys. What's more, because participants can respond anonymously if they wish, there is less pressure on them to provide critical information that could be useful in more ways than one.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not particularly like the restrictions placed on Survey Monkey users in the free version. For example, there is a limit to both the length of surveys and the number of responses that can be received, which often results in skewed or biased data because it stops at 100 responses. Customisation options are also limited, with only a few templates to choose from and not too many additional additions allowed.

What do you like best about the product?
After consulting with our clients, we rely on Survey Monkey to gather feedback on the services they receive. Among the many features I appreciate are the customisable template options and the variety of logic puzzles. My favourite feature has to be the 'choose your own adventure' quiz - depending on how a customer answers a question, there are different predetermined paths or pages for them, which not only allows us to collect responses from customers, but also makes them feel heard. In addition, having customised company logos also helps to build confidence in brand recognition.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the free version of Surveymonkey only contains 10 questions and does not include access to some of the features available in the paid versions. The inability for users on a tight budget to ask more questions or explore the data using Excel can be a barrier for companies looking to save money while still gathering vital feedback from customers.

I'm able to quickly and easily conduct survey research on a scale that was previously unavailable. Not only does it provide a wealth of detailed insight, but Survey Monkey also saves me time by automating the distribution, tracking and data analysis processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is my favorite part of SurveyMonkey along with the ocean of options that are available when creating personalized surveys. I've personally loved the HR surveys.

I guess this is where I would touch upon the pricing for Individual subscription. It is not bad but definitely a layman trying to get some surveys done might not know the value that you provide for the Rs. 899 that you charge monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
Is is so flexibile and a must have tool for any marketer. I have used it to collect data/feedback. I have used it as an RSVP too. I have used it as a purchase tool. I also have had questions and needed help. Contact their support and got a call within...no joke...minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not going to lie - there are some more user friendly and website friendly forms/surveys out there. I personally love formstack, google forms etc. But once you get a handle on it, it is a very effective tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really think the payment portal needs some improvement for integrations. Though once it set up, it became an easy solution for smaller events. Not all of our ticketed options need to go through the bigger ticket merchants - Ticketmaster/Axs etc.

SurveyMonkey is an excellent and easy-to-use platform for creating and sending Surveys. It offers a wide range of features and customisation options. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, and the response data is easy to analyse and visualise. SurveyMonkey is the best choice for Surveys and Feedback.

Nothing to dislike about SurveyMonkey, But one thing I would suggest. SurveyMonkey has almost all the features that we need to create the Survey. Just it does not have a Matrix for Binary Data like Rows and Columns for Images so that we can choose images in terms of choices.

I use SurveyMonkey for creating Survey and feedback forms. It offers a wide range of pre-defined Survey Templates. So we don't have to create surveys from scratch; we can modify those templates and use them as per our needs. It has the best dashboard and reports to view and analyse the survey responses.

Even during my college, i did not use SurveyMonkey extensively as unlike Google forms it was not free and many features it had were way too expensive. If only they had a good student plan, it would have been better.

With my last survey tool, Google forms i faced a lot of problem in customising the forms, changing layouts, but SurveyMonkey solved the problem and it solved it way good. The ux is too good and thats why I always received more responses to my surveys than with Google forms

Additionally, the ability to generate Portable document files ( pdf ) and Powerpoint reports swiftly from our survey data and reports , addresses the need for instant reporting, which is crucial for my department.

Even though the free plan offers "unlimited" responses, YOU ONLY GET TO SEE THE FIRST 10. If you want to see more than 10, you must upgrade (my least expensive option was $99). Why have a free plan that is completely useless?

I needed a platform for the public to vote at our annual competition. The survey I created looked great and displayed nicely. If only it were free, as they claimed - unlimited responses on the "free plan" are useless without access to them. I only run 1-2 surveys per year, so their pricing is too expensive for such light use. I would have found someone else if SurveyMonkey hadn't deceptively differentiated between unlimited responses and ACCESS to the unlimited responses. My survey results are held hostage until I pay the extortion.

Capturing employee feedback from corporate events. We can take the information gathered and then improve our corporate events. From the food and transportation to the information provided by the speakers we are able to improve using this feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
In a lot of ways, SurveyMonkey really set the standard for me in survey creation. I started using it as a psych undergrad student, continued as a research assistant, further used it as an admin assistant at a high school, and would continue to use it now if I had to send anonymous surveys to clients of mine. I've never had an issue with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were some things that SurveyMonkey didn't do well when I was looking for highly specific functions as a research assistant, but for my day-to-day and professional use now (as a psychotherapist), I don't have any complaints. I haven't used it with clients, but I'd be curious - if I did - about encryption and IP address tracking opt-out.

SurveyMonkey has been an extraordinary tool for me to make new surveys fast without any problem. It is very easy to use and has many ways to customize and configure surveys to meet my requirements. The best part is that I can quickly analyze the survey data to understand my results.

The one disadvantage I have found is that the surveys in some cases require a significant time to load and sometimes a survey page freezes. I additionally wish that there were more choices for modifying the look and feel of the survey that we create using this software.

SurveyMonkey has an incredible amount of functionality to ask questions the way you want them and to assemble the data in multiple formats. Multiple choice, freeform data entry, radial dials etc are available.

I do wish I had the ability to integrate with my HCM System so I could have the data in an employee profile or with a specific group. For example, this specific group of new hires rated certain criteria a particular way.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the app since 2018 and always found that the app runs smoothly. I've hardly ever had any issues. I like how if you don't qualify for a survey, they will compensate you a little (at least ten cents) for answering. Registration was easy to do and notifications were clear to see and navigation/receiving of rewards was genuine.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit longer of a window to catch Survey at times, as I'm not always able to submit a survey right away. It would also be great to see more diversity of interests assigned to me on a more social level now and then. For as long as it takes to get to $5, it would be nice if the minimum was lowered to payout. Either that or perhaps get to a point where one is getting more surveys in order to reach it. There have been times that it seems to just go on and on and surveys have a dry spell.

I like that my organization can craft templates and that those templates can be modified to suit each survey. My favorite feature is the reminders -I like that reminders can be present to send at specified times or can be used only if needed, and that can be determined at any point. I also appreciate that an email is received when a survey is completed.

My least favorite part of SurveyMonkey is that it is not at all intuitive. My company has set template, which should make it pretty simple, but even with that being the case, I have to click around a lot to find what I want and where I want to be. I am unafraid of technology, and clicking around does not bother me, but, others in our organization are initiated by the "experimental" feel of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is very user-friendly. You have to know what you want to collect opinions on, but Survey Monkey pretty much does all of the work for you beyond that. It's also great that the survey answers are anonymous, it promotes better participation that way, I think. I like that there is still an option to create Surveys for free with the Basic Plan. It helps immensely just with basic opinions around the office.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows you to ask ten survey questions, so depending on what you are collecting opinions on; this can be a drawback. I think the next plan is $26 a month, so quite a bit to just get a few more questions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my understanding, they are changing the formatting, at least in the BASIC Plan, which would make it slightly less time-consuming to actually create and send out a survey. It doesn't take like now if you're familiar, but if you're not yet, I think they're trying to streamline the process a little bit.

Survey Monkey is one of the easiest survey platforms to use. I appreciate the ease of setting up a survey to send, the ability to see responses quickly (and as they roll in) and I don't have to have people sign into an email account like google forms.

Sometimes, as a user of SurveyMonkey (like when I'm filling out a Survey) I am able to submit answers more than once, which is unhelpful when I'm using the platform for a prize giveaway or something like that where I only want one entry per person. It's also a little expensive for the functionality.

I currently use SurveyMonkey at work internally to set up employee parties, book clubs, and other extracurricular activities to gauge interest. We use survey monkey as a tool to find out about our customer's experience after a consultation. It is super easy to custom build but also comes with handy template options depending on your needs. I really like the logic questions. Allows for a choose your own adventure survey. If they had a good experience it takes them down a different path of answers than if they had a bad experience. It also allows for separate ending pages depending on their answers. This helps our customers feel like their feedback was heard. You can add your company logo to help with branding and trust.

You might have to map out your questions and answers, particularly when it comes to the logic questions. The sky really is the limit with how simple or complex you want your survey to be. I highly recommend doing tons of tests and selecting different result possibilities so that you know the end user will have the best experience. Simple is sometimes better!!!

The templates right out of the box are extremely helpful in getting your survey up and running right away. I really like how you can filter the survey responses to quickly find issues in your company. For example: "Was your design consultant on time?" So - I spent about 45 minutes creating a survey -- and when I went to save - I was alerted that I had 7 paid features - to use the survey ... I was informed that I had to upgrade. Honestly -- what a piece of garbage -- I wasted 45 minutes. I will never use Survey Monkey again. I recommend everyone use Google Forms -- not many bells and whistles, BUT not a scam where you develop a survey and then have to upgrade to use it. I will never recommend Survey Monkey.

The most helpful aspect of survey monkey is the ease of use. In just a few minutes one is able to create and dispurse custom surveys to multiple recipients. Similar services I have used in the past are not nearly as ergonomic.

The only downside of survey monkey that I have found is that if you use multiple browsers, survey monkey allows the same computer to create numerous responses. This could be fixed with MAC address ID perhaps.

Aside from the free version being pretty good overall with regards to any additional tagged baggage, the tool is really easy to use. With a great way of asking questions, followed by being able to see participation, I've really liked my interactions using the tool. I've used both SurveyMonkey and Zoom Forms and each work pretty good.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is very basic and can be made more interesting by adding vectors and animations with vivid colour visuals. For short surveys its ok but for multinpages surveys feels kinda boring and you are not interested in continuing anymore.

Generally in our firm after there is any training or senior leader connect the organising team needs input about the session so they create surveys in surveymonkey and share across, For anonymous surveys like employee opinion surveys too this comes handy

SurveyMonkey is one of the easiest and most straightforward programs I've used to make surveys and polls. I've used SurveyMonkey not only at my current and previous jobs but also in college. It's very simple to use and easy to send out pills or surveys, results are easy to read, and it's an easy user experience for both the creator and the receiver of the poll or survey.

I haven't really run into many issues or problems when using SurveyMonkey, I've always found it pretty easy to use for both the content creator and the receivers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user friendly. The setup process for your survey is relatively fool proof and there are numerous options for how you wish to set up. I have used this to help with both business and personal reasons.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if you could embed your surveys in a wider variety of platforms. For instance I have not been able to embed it on a website for a permanent duration of time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Monkey helps me to obtain data that can be difficult to talk about. For instance, if I have to gain the opinions of board members, take votes, or make difficult decisions and want the input of those involved, this allows me to do so without putting anyone in an akward position.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveyMonkey is so easy to use and intuitive. Over the past few years, it has built in a lot of great features to help build surveys. It is easy to use, easy to interact with, and really quick to build.

What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use it for, it's great. My biggest complaint would be the number of users that can be signed in at once. There is a huge gap between allowing 2 or 3 users and then bumping it up to 4. I wish there was an option to add another user for like $10 a month.

We use SurveyMonkey for a number of initiatives including Voice-of-the-Customer research, internal satisfaction surveys, gathering client success metrics like NPS, CSAT, etc., and general inquiry from our target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked it because it was quickly accessible. SurveyMonkey has always been reliable in the creation and the deployment of survey questions. The data from previous and present surveys were also secure and could be easily retrieved. My students have also had no complaints so far about the use of SurveyMonkey. It was easy for them to access the link.

Sometimes, there is a limit to the number of questions that can be created, as well as the options available.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the program is great. Beginners should have no problem figuring out how to use this program. Survey results are great to compare and contrast answers. Breakdown of each survey question is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use this in a classroom for a real-time survey of student understanding/perception. Using SurveyMonkey in real-time allows me to gauge how well students are internalizing concepts and helps determine how time should be spent.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do use the free version of SurveyMonkey. Some features are behind a paywall. For instance, I am only allowed to ask a limited number of questions. Adding more questions to the free version or allowing for better formatting would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveyMonkey is allowing me to gauge student understanding of concepts in class on the fly, while allowing them to remain anonymous. Student confidence has increased as well as their understanding of the material thanks to SurveyMonkey. I also utilize SurveyMonkey when polling guests at our public facility.
