What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the GatorMail system is easy to use and the creative tool works well. The workflow management is intuative and the support from the team during set up has been second to none.

What do you dislike about the product?
GatorLeads could be more useful and specific in the data provided and its accuracy. We have also had problems integrating with our CRM which has caused delays in campaign activation and lead scoring.

We were looking for an intuative but simple marketing automation tool to deliver emails to prospect and existing customers. We had experience of a previous tool which was technologically over complicated and this was a breath of fresh air. We have seen a vast improvement in our email open rate and have been able to understand customers journey steps through our site due to GatorLeads.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. We still have weekly calls with him to talk about the ways we are currently using the tools, and brainstorm ideas for the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things that make using Spotler a challenge. We'd like to see an integration between our ERP and Spotler. So far we have to do the things we want manually. Additionally, Spotler looks at email marketing on a personal scale, using consumer data to carry on your email marketing programs to consumers. With our previous tool we had simply done bulk emails to large lists. We are transitioning our thinking from the old to the new.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email program has become much more robust and a bit more personalized. We want to become even more personalized, but the transition takes time. As we have become used to how pure360 and Squeezely work, we've become more efficient in email marketing. Additionally we have been able to personalize sections of our website using real-time data, resulting in increased revenue and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using this platform for over 5 years and I find the system is great for design, dynamic content and the system integrates with Apteco products very well. Pure also allows me to send SMS, all on the same platform. Pure 360 also includes Litmus which is a great creative tool for checking how emails serve across different email domains. I am also looking forward to using Spottler’s additional products. I’ve also noticed improved support now that Pure are part of the Spottler group.

What do you like best about the product?
Best software for email marketing to increase your business digitally. The best thing i like about spotler is that if you send an email via spotler then the email will not be saved in spam folder at receiver ends. The whole team of spotler is so supportive, whenever you are stuck with any issue while using spotler or gou have any issue in setting up your account on spotler software you can contact the supporting team to resolve your issue, they are available everytime. It helps you to target the correct audience. There are several amazing tools available to create and design your email and templates.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite in Spotler is GatorLeads/Mail/Survey/Social and I can easily spot my website visitors and what are they looking at. Their support team is the greatest asset to this wonderful marketing automation platform.

Spotler may get a little intimidating to start with, for certain individuals who may not find this very user-friendly (that does not include me). To be perfectly honest, this is almost a perfect tool which is getting fine-tuned with every update.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the Spotler email marketing package for a few months now and we are happy with the email platform so far. The onboarding and training have been outstanding. They make sure that you're happy with using the email platform and have given us 10 hours of training. They even set up our first campaign for us. The reporting has good detail in terms of being able to filter per email/ campaign. The emails have an easy drag and drop editor and Spotler also designed our first templates for us which we were quickly able to implement within our campaigns. Dynamic content has also proved useful for personalisation, where multiple fields can be set as criteria.

What do you dislike about the product?
Follow up email logic can take a while to setup but that was because we didn't purchase the workflow add on which I believe can be purchased. Lead scoring isn't as accurate as we have in other email platforms.

Spotler helps us reach out to new prospects which we otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

What do you like best about the product?
Spotler has massively improved the way we handle our B2B leads - before, we had to do many things manually with limited information available to help the Sales team understand the leads and their behavior. We love that we can openly see the interactions and the follow-up actions through Gator Leads. We anticipate the data can only improve the more we use Spotler and look forward to seeing the measurable results. The onboarding process guide you though every step of the way!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that it is not as user friendly as some packages, however it is not so complicated its difficult to pick up. The benefits you receive for using Spotler over multiple packages or more expensive software suites far outweigh the negatives for us. The helpful onboarding team were always available as well to help out if you needed it!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you have a decent level of understanding flow charts and how different modules interact then I would highly recommend - it just isn't a basic beginner software!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being B2B we needed something that gives tangible evidence of conversion rather than manually sifting through click-through reports. Spotler does this but much more - with us being able to follow a lead through Gator Leads and nurture through Gator Mail, we are finding it much easier to be more targetted in our approach - whether that is a prospect lead or an existing customer we are working with to grow. The reporting allows our Sales team to get real time feedback if a lead is doing something they need to be alert of - whether that is clicking a hot link on an email, visiting a flagged page on our website or filling in a form on a landing page. Spotler does it all in one suite and we can see the data improving over time which is great.

No manual needed as the platform speaks for itself. It's clear that the focus of this platform is user friendliness as you don't have to go through useless steps to create an email or email campaign. With everything they release, UX is key and this is why I would recommend this platform.

The deliverability of marketing mailings is very high with Spotler in comparison with other email service providers. As deliverability is an important element for success, this is a huge benefit. It's very easy to design new email templates as well, which is important as you need to stand out with attractive emails. In the end working with Spotler feels efficient for a busy marketeer.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is great and with the option to email, phone, or online chat you can usually get a swift response to most queries. The introduction of the drag and drop email editor was a game changer and has saved us so much in HTML development and testing costs and time. I have had experience of many other ESP's and regularly review the competition, but have always ended up coming back to Communigator. Some other ESP's tie their systems down too much which then makes it difficult when wanting to do slightly more sophisticated things with your campaigns. Campaign stats are very good and the automatic implemetation of UTM codes is a real time saver. We use Spotler for our own marketing and also on the behalf of our clients. We particularly like one of the newer features - SmartForms - this has made it so easy for us to provide out clients with web capture code that they can pop onto their website, but the data is managed withing Spotler... neat!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social and survey elements were more integrated with the main platform. Sometimes first line support takes some time getting back to us, but they always do eventually. On occasions we have had some issues that required bug fixes and have had to wait several months for the fixes to be implimented into the release plan and had to find workaround in the meantime for these

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation using their Workflow apploication is great. and with one of our clients we have taken their entire training function to an online booking system utilising the Gator Events functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I signed up to Spotler (then Communigator) in January 2020, just prior to the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the whole process to be done remotely, which was managed by Elliott Palmer, who provided a brilliant service throughout trying circumstances. I really liked how it was managed and the ability to record training sessions has meant I can go back and review any questions I have or any areas I was struggling with. Elliott was always willing to help with any questions I had throughout the process and helped me set up all my initial campaigns and processes without a hitch.

We've been using Gator Mail from Spotler for about 9 years now. It is a really fantastic marketing automation tool that has all the enterprise features to run automated email nurture campaigns. We have been hugely impressed by the level of integration support we have received. It links to our CRM perfectly which enables me to run remarketing campaigns and triggered campaigns that run over a period of time.

I dont really have any dislikes. Up until last month I wanted a way to deliver faster campaigns however Gator Mail has released a new drag and drop simple campaign tool which is fab!

Using Spotler as your email marketing automation software has a few advantages. Firstly, the software is very user-friendly. Secondly, unlike other email marketing software, emails send via Spotler rarely end up in the spam folder. But most importantly, Spotler has an excellent customer support team. Their telephone accessibility is great, and you always get to speak to someone accurate, skilled and friendly. Besides, the staff members in Spotler’s support team always pro-actively think along and take their time to help you out, which is very helpful!

The only disadvantage I could think of is the fact that the startup costs can be quite expensive. I’m talking about letting Spotler create a premium template for your emails. However, Spotler recently launched a template editor which is free of charge.

Customer service is easily accessible, the contact at the beginning is also pleasant. In addition, there is an onboarding for the use of the program, so you immediately know what the program can do and how you can get started quickly.

Customer service does not always provide the right answers. You notice that they have less knowledge of the matter. Many different contact persons, for each part you need someone else. The design of the newsletter is standard, for example no exciting elements can be added.

Spotler enables to do what I do best efficiently and effectively... marketing my business. It covers all the key communication channels and they all correspond to each other. And the lead scoring embedded throughout makes identifying MQLs (and backing them up!) so simple. And the fact I know I have an account manager, James, to back up or question any campaigns or ideas I have, and that there is a support team at the end of the phone or email for any technical problems is so reassuring when you are time and resource poor.

We use a lesser known CRM system, Pipedrive, which doesn't integrate directly so we've had to invest in a separate integration. Despite this, James and the technical team are supporting the integration and assisting the best they can.

What do you like best about the product?
Spotler is a very intuitive tool, which makes it possible to work independently and quickly set up new campaigns. You can create different segmentations, add interest fields or create forms without much effort. If you have problems, you can always contact support. No question is too crazy and they always think along until a solution is found. Since I have been working with the platform for 5 years, I have also seen that many steps have been made within the system. A great example of this is the template editor, which gives a lot more creative freedom. They listen carefully to the needs of the users and use this to further optimise the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, connecting Spotler with external systems is quite difficult. I would like to see Spotler supporting the customer more to get the most out of a connection with an external partner, instead of acting more as a facilitator. I also miss a good dashboard and the possibility to make analyses within the account.

As a company we have been using Spotler for years, but I've personally been using it for a around two years now since I joined. I am the main user of the Gator products and I think they're excellent. Easy to use whilst having a vast range of things you can do with each one, perfect to suit your specific business needs. Our account manager, James, is always very quick to assist us if we ever have any questions and always goes out of his way to help. He and the rest of the team are extremely friendly and great to work with. Plus, if there are ever any issues, the Spotler support team are always super quick to help you out.

You can't use streams or analytics on GatorSocial without paying extra despite these features being available in much cheaper plans on other social media scheduling sites.

It's so easy and simple to navigate and role out, but the capabilities are far from simple. Have used other SAAS products for email marketing IP identification etc that are clunky and not so intuitive.

The only thing I can say is that although there are several products, it would be good if they all operated out of one. Sometimes there's a little back and forth in different products but that's for the more complex campaigns.

The workflow of Spotler is excellent. Even if you don't use the system regularly, you can find your way around easily.

Nothing particular. Once we couldn't send a mailing because there was a Vimeo link in it that apparently caused a spamming issue. The mailing wasn't approved and we had to call the service desk who quickly helped us out. But it would have been more convenient if the cause of the disapproval was mentioned right away.

So far so good - the on-boarding by Monica and her team has been very successful despite been thrown a few curve balls from our side. Ease of use; Started 20 years ago it started like a ms word mail merge and it developed with the always changing world of email marketing to be the best there is.
