What do you like best about the product?
Klarity is a very accurate platform designed by DemandScience. It really helps our team of Appointment Setters find the most accurate information for leads and contacts. Having the ability to look up prospects and get intelligence on the companies they are prosecting into is gold, as anyone who has done cold-calling can attest to. We highly recommend Klarity as a platform for prospecting sales and it has increased the effectiveness of our team's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes. The team at DemandScience is extremely supportive for any questions or help needed in order to maximize effectiveness using this platform. I know they are working hard to add more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klarity gives us lots of insight into the companies and allows us to identify the best contacts/prospects for our appointment setters. With so many companies having automated their telephone systems, having a name is paramount to getting past the gatekeepers, even the electronic ones. Our appointment setters greatest hurdle is overcome by having the ability to find contacts using Klarity.

What do you like best about the product?
Klarity has been an invaluable and versatile tool for our Growth Marketing team. We have been able to use it in a variety of ways including database building, pulling in specific segments to run campaigns to, and identifying target audiences for us to run in both content syndication and display with DemandScience. The account intelligence and intent data that it provides allow us to be more actionable and targeted across various programs. Most importantly, the team is fantastic to work with and always proactive in helping us achieve the best results possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion would be to be able to bucket companies in the technology install field. Larger companies have multiple lines of products which can get overwhelming. The ability to do broader targeting there would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us improve our database and build around more of our ICP. Additionally, the intent data and account intelligence has been helpful in providing our team with critical buying signals.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product I've come across so far. I Would recommend this platform to all of my friends and colleagues. it's smarter software decisions is amazingly great, I don't think they have any competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. How can I say anything negative after knowing that it has nothing to mention, I mean come on, this is the great product I have come across so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In every way I could ever wanted to. I attended their G2 x GTM Partners CMO Consult webinar a few days back, and it went very well. No wonder why they are growing.

Klarity's platform is clear and easy to use. I like the way you can drill down to be specific in results and search broaded insights that lead to more info
What do you dislike about the product?
None, it had everything that ZoomInfo did, except the annoying aggressive sales people ZoomInfo has. I much prefer Klarity

What do you like best about the product?
I like the buyer intent database you provide, which helped me reach out to the specific department and designation prospects for our business. The platform is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is what you people need to work on, as far as other competitors the pricing is a bit higher side, but the platform UI/UX is very user friendly and easy to operate
