What do you like best about the product?
I like Purple because it's user-friendly, makes it easy to log in, and lets you select from several languages. It gave us insight into how to utilize our spaces and assisted us in enhancing our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our one and only major issue was with customer assistance. It is impossible to connect and find a solution to our concerns. It could be so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing WiFi to our customers, we gain more knowledge about them to know their needs better. We can also use its marketing tool to connect with customers anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of installation and usage globally, along with customer engagement and analysis. Moreover, the ease of access in multiple languages makes it unique. Ease of logging in is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overlay access to internet services through purple makes it ideal for building analytics; however, it would be better if it also had competitive data from a similar area for building research on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease in usage and seamless connectivity always adds better customer experience, which in turn helps build analytics over it to potential clients and expand the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how FAQs and customer feedback are already in place. There is also an option to connect with sleep experts which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offer customers to get a real-time feel of the product by introducing some trial period.

The basic needs to set up your own space and how to visualize it is essentially addressed by purple and how helpful the technology is helping in increasing the comfort of mattresses.
