What do you like best about the product?
Mavrck allows my company to localize our influencer marketing. We love working with the Mavrck team and love how easy the platform is to use. We've used a lot of different influencer services and this by far has been the best user experience and overall experience with influencer marketing. The nice part is we run multiple campaigns at once and everything is all in one place to have an overarching 360 view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all influencers are on Mavrck, just like any other platform, but with a simple link share you can easily add your off platform contacts into Mavrck! I'd recommend Mavrck simplifies the platform a bit more from the influencer side of things, from feedback we have received, but I also heard there was an update and it has improved their experience already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working to resolve the inbound messages within Mavrck and how each user sees them in platform. There has already been improvements in a very short time! It is really important to me to work with a company that cares about their clients needs and their willingness to make upgrades and hear user feedback is truly an invaluable service.

What do you like best about the product?
Mavrck makes organizing influencer campaigns easier. It is broken down into a user-friendly workflow. I love how the team is able to manage campaigns on different platforms to reach different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how story metrics from Instagram are manually uploaded and Tik Tok and a few other metrics. It would be much more reliable on the reporting side if everything were automated. It would be nice to see different formats available for campaigns, i.e., lives, story takeovers, etc. I don't like - on the influencer side - how many influencers do not abide by the brief guidelines. Getting influencers to produce content more aligned with our guidelines right off the bat, which are disclosed at the start of the campaigns, would expedite the draft review process for more efficiency. Finding ways on the Mavrck side to communicate and make expectations as clear as possible would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mavrck solves issues like influencer sourcing, campaign workflows and influencer compensation. Working in the past with other brands on Infleuncer marketing, this was all completed manually. Mavrck helps to streamline processes to provide more efficiency and timeliness.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that running multiple campaigns at once is really easy. Also, having our Mavrck team synced with a fulfillment team to get products or merch to influencers is helpful. The best part of our Mavrck experience is definitely our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike about Mavrck! They usually make updates based on users' wants, so it's always getting better. I do wish that the reporting was a little easier to read. Sometimes when you look at a long date range, you have to scroll for a while, and it's easy to lose your place. Also, it would be good to sum these totals on the sheets without having to export to an xl sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of different uses for Mavrck, including content creators and UGC for our social channels and content for paid media usage. We also really like it to manage influencers, both big and small, to drive engagement and awareness around our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Mavrck has been beneficial in initiating campaigns to help our brand acquire influencer and content creator content that can help our brand grow amongst our target and untapped audience. It has an easy-to-use interface that lays out campaigns in an efficient way and can also help to track analytics and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One con is the content feature on the side panel; it makes it hard to find specific content in a pinch. However, when time is allotted, it is nice to have all campaign content in a specific area outside its designated campaign. Additionally, when sorting through influencers at the beginning of a campaign, it is hard to go back and see which influencers you green-lighted to help finalize your decisions. If there was a filter option for the green vs the red marked influencers, that would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Mavrck rep is always quick to ping our influencers who are late on submitting drafts or final edits by a set deadline. Additionally, they help us in trouble shooting any tech or glitch issues we might have. Laslty, from a content management perspective is helping us to improve our search for influencer and content creators that best fit our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
-I love the size of the network along with the simplicity of the onboarding too both the platform and creators/INFLs In the world where creator/INFL content is king, MAVRCK is a very necessary tool to achieve marketing success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is the transition/learning curve for the team to understand the brand/nuances that we look for when reviewing creator content. After a couple campaigns launched it wasn't as much of an issue as the MAVRCK team adjusted quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MAVRCK solved the problem of the quanity and quality of creator content / UGC videos that we can run on paid social media channels. Along with that the simplicity of the contracts baked in helped us save time negotiating usage rights/pricing which eliminated a lot of headaches. The rapid pace of creatives that we can test has been amazing.
