What do you like best about the product?
Fivestars is a very neat little rewards program that we use at our company. It is easy for customers to manage their points and see what kinds of rewards they can redeem with those points. The purple color scheme is also very sleek looking (and a huge plus for me as it's my personal favorite color).

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a rewards program, there's nothing to dislike here. Unlike other rewards programs that might harass you through phone calls or too many emails, Fivestars is very classy and simple. The only thing that I can think of that could use improvement is that there's no real way to integrate it fully into our system to use them simultaneously so sometimes things are missed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you like rewards programs that don't hound you everyday? Fivestars is a very classy program that respects its clientele and is super user friendly. Give it a shot!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers get one point for every dollar they spend through Fivestars, so they very much enjoy it. We encourage all of our regular customers to sign up for it as it doesn't cost them anything and it only benefits them in the long run. It's very easy to add or deduct points from customer profiles when needed.

I did not dislike anything, I received an email that I received a gift card from my employer and went on the site and accepted.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to companies, it was easy to use and I would say the employer would find it easier as well to send by email rather than send something out to employees by mail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not encounter any problems with the site, the benefit was being able to access so many options for my gift card

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this system because it allows me to maintain and in turn earn the loyalty of my clients through promotions and services for all those who come to have our VIP membership, this system is only available in mobile application and has a great interface that is very Easy to use. With this system I can have a much more direct connection with my clients, being able to give in detail the duration of my promotions, as well as the time of offers in my business. It also has many other things that can help to win many more customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like certain things of this system, for example one of them is that sometimes I do not want to open the page or I load extremely slow the application on my mobile device and the second the slow response of the customer service team. I hope you can resolve these details soon.

Honestly this system has been able to adapt to the rhythm of my business, leaving us all amazed. I definitely recommend this system a lot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system I have been able to get a better organization regarding the time of promotions and offers, in turn it has allowed my business to increase sales while keeping customers happy and pending our offers. We have been able to establish coupons with this system and be able to send them to customers for future purchases. In summary, I can say that this system has given an incredible oxygenation to the relationships with my clients, this effect has even been so positive that I have gained a greater number of new clients breaking sales records month after month.

What do you like best about the product?
Fivestars has a very sleek and visually appealing design that our staff and clients absolutely love! It's very easy to enter in a customers points on the checkout side. It's also very easy for the customer to enter their phone number to see what kinds of rewards they're eligible for with the points they have available

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real problem I've encountered with Fivestars is that there's no history of previous point additions. For example, someone could come in and claim their points weren't added to Fivestar three days ago at checkout and there isn't any real easy way to confirm that

You can't really go wrong, it's a rewards program so for every dollar you spend, you get a little something back in return! Who wouldn't want that?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a rewards program, so it encourages clients to keep coming back to use our facility! Whether the points get them free pictures of their pet for the day or a few dollars off of their reservation, Fivestars is something we suggest all of our customers to sign up for.

Very few POS integrations, so it's hard to reward much of anything except visits. Also, your customer base is shared with your competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Fivestars only requires typing in my phone number at checkout...no more missing out on points because I forgot my loyalty number or punch card! The reward offers that pop up on my phone at random times from some of the restaurants I "follow" on the app are great (occasionally, but usually aren't so great that they convince me to make a trip to the business)!

What do you dislike about the product?
Most businesses' rewards systems are slow in accumulating points. I get a lot of offers from nearby businesses that I linked into my app, but the promos usually aren't worth a trip. It seems like there are many loyalty apps, and I wish there was a streamlined way to organize all of them, so that they don't take up more app space on my phone.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no harm in downloading the app, but don't expect generous rewards. You will need to visit most businesses on the app many times before you rack up enough points to redeem a reward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fivestars helps build customer loyalty and encourages customers to try new menu items for which they sometimes receive offers. The most beneficial aspects for me is that I can see how close I am to a reward at any time (without going into the store) and the app also eliminates the need for the customer to remember their loyalty/punch card. Checkout with Fivestars is very easy and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily see all of my awards for each store , and list/keep track of each customers rewards.It shows maps as well so that you can easily see the businesses surrounding yours too. The app automatically shows you what deals are in the users area, which is very eye catching.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loads slowly when I'm connected to wifi. Other than that, no dislikes as an app user and as someone who uses the app for business/work related issues.

I think that fivestars is a slightly underrated app, with so many businesses already having their own app that shows rewards and extra discounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really just better organization , specifically incorporating more apps into our business . We also had an issue where customers were wanting to see what deals we had going at the time, so this made it easier to just list them out for them . Also, maps are useful for showing exactly where you're located

Fivestars helps businesses and individuals save money. It's an easy platform to use because you just have to tell the business your phone number when it's time to pay.

Fivestars saves me money when I go out to eat. I get points for all my purchases and can use my points to get money off my next purchases. Fivestars also sends coupons good toward future purchases, such as 15% off and $5 off a $25 purchase. This helps to save money when using the business card for purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
As a consumer, carrying around punch cards is not practical. Five stars has a way where using your phone number, your points are logged digitally, you can track and don't have to worry about keeping the punch card.

I've ran into instances where the system will be down and then I didn't get my points that day.

While not a business owner using Fivestars I can say from a consumer standpoint it solves that issue of customers forgetting their punch cards.

You have the in app option to search places or categories within you’re vacinity or anywhere close by! This search brings up available discounts, deals, coupons, and shows you the location of those places on the map.

The only thing that takes a minute to get used to is the app opening straight to the map instead of a home screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can run a promotion day-of and bring people in on a slow day. If it’s raining or slow for some other reason, I send a “flash sale” text message out and it truly saves the day!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any complaints. The only issues I’ve ever had have been quickly and easily solved by their tech supprort team, so I have nothing to dislike.
