What do you like best about the product?
The Saleswing team is very supportive. Quick response. Actively looking for solutions to meet our complex business case. Whenever I have issues/questions, I contact the support and get a response at their earliest convenience. When we have complex problems that SalesWings could not solve, the support team will ask the product team to add the features to fit our business use. I strongly recommend Saleswings which provides business-rich data and great insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a B2B company, having a comprehensive and accurate lead scoring tool has a massive impact on lead nurturing initiatives. Saleswings offers very granular tagging so that we can obtain as much information as we'd like on our leads in order to personalize our touchpoints and deliver them at the right times (which is crucial in sales in 2022). We also love the Salesforce integration so that all insights are all in one place, offering our full team quick and easy access to a lead's interests. Additionally, our CSM at Saleswings is Pauline, and she's been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and eager to support our business needs. Overall, we are very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current dislikes. I think it's important to note that a lead scoring tool is only as valuable as you make it out to be. SW can properly score and tag leads based on actions and it can be extremely useful, but it's up to you to set it up in a way that will benefit your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage Saleswings to nurture our leads depending on their interests and actions taken on our website. Saleswings makes it easy to stay on top of leads who are more active, as well as trying to reengage those who are less so.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and set up. Getting support and help is easy. The dashboard provides a quick overview, and the integration with Marketing Cloud works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an option for automatic expiration of tags. But I can understand on our consultant that this is on the drawing board. It will really lift the product a lot, and ensure relevant data.

What do you like best about the product?
Next level integrations and easy to use features enable us to track all of our web visitor's behaviors and route only the warmest leads to sales. The predictive lead scoring is simple but powerful, making it easy to implement and quick to provide ROI. Sales team members love the lead quality and additional visibility. Not to mention, the support is stellar and the tool is constantly being updated with new and requested features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Saleswings requires individual user licenses which can quickly add up for a large sales team. However, this price is still close to one tenth the cost of some competitors. You will need to decide whether or not you want to manage your lead scoring and web visitor tracking with a 3rd party solution like Saleswings or use an all-in-one marketing automation solution. In the case of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which is sorely missing essential B2B features, Saleswings is the top option to build a complete marketing tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saleswings fills an important gap in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B focused marketing. Saleswings provides plug and play predictive lead scoring, web tracking and company insights at a fraction of the cost of many competitor offerings, making it a must have for SFMC users. Overall we're saving money, routing our leads more intelligently and keeping our sales team happy.
