What do you like best about the product?
+MadKudu integrates with our existing tech stack, powering our existing workflows +The scoring model is very agile. It can support SMB or Enterprise. Mixes the best of AI with the flexibility to do what is best for you business. +Very talented and thoughtful enablement, and CS teams. Great people at the company. +In over a year, many feature requests have come to fruition.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It takes time to read the decision trees used in scoring. -Deploying new models can be exhilarating, and a little scary!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used MadKudu at 2 companies. Both times the team has been excellent. I really enjoy working with the people there and learning from them. At my previous company, we were able to shift a sizable amount of our workforce to an outbound sales motion because of how accurate the score was in predicting not only the best leads but also the worst. It saved us ~2M in headcount and made us a more efficient business. This was in an enterprise environment with multiple products. MadKudu is Enterprise ready and can handle nuance. Currently starting over with MadKudu at another company, and I am excited to see what I can learn about our lead quality and how to grow the business. With every company come unique challenges but MadKudu surrounds me with a team that ensures I will be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can see the analysis on how my different leads are performing. This is incredibly helpful for our targeting. What really makes MadKudu stand apart is how I can see inside the typical blackbox (6sense) and can manipulate the scoring models as needed to ensure we have unique scoring for different regions and segments. This ability to tweak and test gives me so much more confidence in the resulting segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the testing is difficult but the product team has been making improvements there. I find it difficult to trust some of the performance analyses because it can contradict our internal data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MadKudu is solving for our lead qualifications. It allows me to put unique qualifiers into the model and to help support unique regions as needed. This is beneficial so that I can have one tool that supports all sides of our pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
You get a better heartbeat on your accounts and pipeline by looking at the activities and insights MadKudu provides. Dealing with thousands of accounts can be challenging and stressful at times but with Madkudu you can cut through the BS and get the information you want from the prospects who are actually interested and engaging with your product/service.
What do you dislike about the product?
A live dashboard connected to my CRM to be able to access the top prospects all in one place. Sometimes it can be time-consuming going account by account to see whose been active recently. THe madkudu emails help but a live updated dashboard would be extremely helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out which accounts and prospects are actively engaging with my products. Allows me to pro-actively reach out to warmer lead types which leads to more engaged prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, MadKudu helps me target who I should spending my time with in a very easy fashion. While I trust what MadKudu provides, it's up to your org on how they want to provide that data to you - which can be frustrating if they are only exposing MadKudu's insights with an embedded widget within the CRM rather than provide access filter and review within MadKudu's portal itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything. If you're working a cold territory (like I am), then there may be times where you may think it doesn't work. However, for the few folks within my territory that have been 'active', then the insights seem to be spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping provide visibility into whether my 'leads' are real while providing true insight into what makes said lead an actual lead. This helps me with managing my time, who I spend my time with, and helps propel conversations into something more contextual rather than something that is pitch-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
MadKudu surfaces only the best prospects to our sales team, so they can focus on our highest value leads. MadKudu integrates with our existing tech stack, powering our existing workflows, making it a seamless connection. The support team at MadKudu is very helpful and quick to answer any questions that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to learning how to admin the tool, however the CSM and Support team are super helpful and knowledgable about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best of the best leads to send to next lead funnel stage. Ability to optimize lead scoring for our different BU and ICPs.
