What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Uplead has been very positive. After about a month of working closely with the software, I can say that I am very pleased with the quality of the contacts in Uplead's Database. Not only are the contacts screened to ensure accuracy, but they also give you all the information you need to know about the company itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have noticed upon using Uplead has been the accuracy of the position or employment of a contact. For example, it may say contact A works for a certain company, upon further research of their LinkedIn profile they might be working for another company or retiring. It is a very subtle issue and it is something that can be worked around with a little extra research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem our company was facing was finding new reliable and accurate leads. Using the search criteria that Uplead offers makes it easy to find the right people to present our service offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this website. I used competitor sites in the past, as that's what was available when I was employed under someone else. Once I branched off on my own, I couldn't afford some of the ones I had used, so I researched companies and came across this one. I am so happy that I did - I love it. It helps me with many leads, and I rarely have any bounce back on emails. Very helpful when looking for prospects and tracking down business owners in my line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about this company, honestly. It has played a role in me being more successful. Maybe a more affordable unlimited leads program for small business owners like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay organized when looking for new prospects and having a place to keep track of those I have found and contacted. I also like how you can send them straight to various locations, such as an EXL spreadsheet or CRM program, or save them to UpLead.

What do you like best about the product?
Uplead is a great solution for generating quick lists of leads for all our different marketing campaigns. With its wide variety of search filters, you can really drill down to get leads for the exact demographic or persona you are looking for. I like being able to use my saved searches and quickly modify them to pull leads for specific geographical areas or pull leads based on different company sizes or revenue. We use a CRM that is not on their integration list and the CSVfiles Uplead generates for download work perfectly importing into what we do use. Also, when downloading leads using the valid-only selection, they are actually almost 100% valid. The product is nicely priced and keeps our pipeline full of potential prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, for what we are using this for, I've had no problems with and it delivers as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to generate new business with cold leads. We have benefited from UpLead by having access to a wealth of data on each lead we curate from the system. It keeps our salespeople busy.

It would be great if there were more flexible pricing options or more affordable plans for users with lower volume needs. Nonetheless, the value and quality of the leads provided by UpLead still make it a worthwhile investment for businesses seeking reliable lead-generation services.

UpLead is solving the problem of bad data and inefficient lead generation processes. I can focus on engaging with real prospects, increasing the efficiency of my sales and marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Just basically what it is there for. E mails - Cell Numbers(sometimes) and Phone. In addition the search engine seems really great but still trying to figure some of it out

The onboarding did not go well.I had problems getting going and I did not fel the sales person asked the right questions about how much or many credits we need> But overall good

It is great to have the power of the search engines, I like the intent feature, and obviouslly getting e-mails and direct phone numbers are great
