What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Apollo for months now, and the results are definitely better than any other software. I find it incredibly useful to have not just the phone and email but also the LinkedIn profile, which is incredibly handy when you find leads you want to contact directly. No lead goes to waste because you can either add them to a sequence, phone them, or contact them directly on social channels. The other thing I use quite a lot is the Management Level filter so that I can target only decision-makers. Considering all the options and features, I find it very affordable, especially comparing the number of exports per month with other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little slow at times when you manage high amounts of leads searches, but it doesn't affect the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find thousands of leads in a few minutes, save them on lists and navigate to select the most targeted once before exporting, saving a lot of time and keeping my outreach really targeted.

What do you like best about the product?
Apollo has consistently delivered essential information whenever I've needed it. Since day one at my previous company, I relied on Apollo, especially in our B2B industry. It consistently provided crucial information from our prospects, and I achieved numerous successful leads with its assistance. Even in my current role at a different company, I continue to rely on Apollo for its invaluable support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the prospects either do not have an email address or lack a direct phone number. While they may possess a phone number, it is often a general number associated with their headquarters. In such cases, I need to obtain the specific contact number of the prospect's current workplace or within my target region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email address of the prospects and their phone number if the company is operating in just one country. It helps me because these information are important in validating the success leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to install the Chrome extension and it pops up automatically when I'm researching leads for my business. Once a lead is found, Apollo.io easily grabs the information I need - email addresses, job titles and other contact details such as phone numbers or website addresses. It makes prospecting easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always return the correct email addresses or give access to the details for the decision-makers in a company. I tend to target Marketing and Sales managers with my pitches and these people aren't always found in the business details that Appollo.io digs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right person to reach out to with a pitch for my writing services is a huge step in the right direction for my business growth and development. Apollo makes that much easier and faster. I no longer waste time with laborious website research into companies and their team structures, Appolo does this for me and I find it's about 80% accurate with the details it digs up for me.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for a lead that is important for you to sell your product or manage your campaign, most of the time I was looking at multiple lead search engines. However, if you do not find a lead in Apollo, it is nearly impossible to find with other search engines. That means for me, spending less time to search a lead with at least 3 different engines. I am only using Apollo to find leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if I made bulk imports to my contacts to Apollo.io The process leads me to find contacts (lead's mail) one by one. This is time consuming. What is the point of bulk import if I am not using Apollo as a CRM system?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to find leads. As I said, the lead finding is a time consuming process. If I am finding more leads in less time, it is a great benefit for me. It nearly doubled my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that no matter which contact Im looking for, the global data is always bang on available at any time of the day. This helps me manage my work around my team mates work schedules and deliver on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get so addicted to using Apollo's free credits that its really sad when you want to use it more but there are no free credits available. I think you can have more videos that will help people learn how to Use Apollo faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Business devpt manager and I have to reach out to a lot of leads in Dubai and US. Earlier I used to look for leads in LinkedIn's Sales Navigator to pull leads but sometimes the data was incorrect.Also, collating it in excel takes a lot of time. In Apollo, I can just look for leads based on company, add to a list, export them and create my tracker. And send them emails. Also I love the automated follow ups.
