What do you like best about the product?
I've been looking for a CRM system for 1-1,5 years. I gave a try to many options, but they did not fit to my needs. It just turned out, that I rather need an emailing software which has CRM functions as well, rather than a CRM tool, where I can send out emails from, as approx 80% of my job is emailing. I needed a tool where I can easily track my ongoing cases by status, so I always know which one is pending on me and I don't have to constantly open mails what I don't need. Report creation, Webforms and automatisation are just big plus for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflow functions are hard to create, because every workflow needs a trigger to run, hat cannot be just an incoming e-mail. But the team was very helpful and gave me all the necessary info to find a workaround, and they were extremely fast if I needed something. Usually I received a detailed, step by step answer within the particular day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now my incoming cases I handle are more structured, so hopefully I won't loose anymore a customer just because his / her email got to the bottom of the outlook list, as I've received too many new mails. Customer satisfaction can be also raised by the tool, and now we can work as a team with my assistants. Everybody is using their own company email addresses for emailing, but we still see every details in the CRM tool :)

What do you like best about the product?
With Nethunt we are much more organised, and all the information is gathered in one place. Not only we manage our contacts and campaigns easily, but also the company projects and all the employees tasks. Thanks to Nethunt there are no misunderstandings and everyone is well informed at a very affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment there's anything we dislike. Their support has been very useful with any doubts/comments we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) We are much more organised thanks to the tasks section, now we know what to do and when. 2) We had a massive database of clients and contacts and little by little we are organising it and making easier to manage thanks to Nethunt. 3) Our campaigns are really easy to create, manage and follow.

What do you like best about the product?
- Lead Capture (linkedin + gmail integration) is top class. Which leads me to that we can have very good and clean data in our CRM. - Automated workflows (could be even better, but its good): I use workflows to automate de-duplication of contacts and companies, which leads me to have good data in the crm. - Integration to Linkedin: this saves me a lot of time when entering data. - Integration to Gcal + gmail : this saves me a lot of time tracking activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It should allow for "open in a new window" of deals, so I can faster go through all leads and write them, with fewer clicks. Or, find me an other UX for that. - IF I add contact via linkedin, and then contact writes me on email, I should be able to automatically map the two. Which is not the case today. - I like the integration to Looker Studio, its really smart move. But, NH should provide some standard templates for my CRM analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small tour company integrating CRM and Gmail together in one interface is critical - NetHunt does this at a value conscious price point. NetHunt has allowed us to collaborate more effectively as a team and helps us to save time with email templates, flexible layout pipelines and tasks attached to specific emails. NetHunt is a key software that helps us keep on top of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we cannot split email threads which is a little cumbersome.

Helps us move the sales process forward.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used NetHunt for much more than just CRM. The flexibility of NetHunt's workflows has helped us get many company processes off the ground. Setting up no-code automation with minimal effort has helped us experiment quickly, which is vital to any startup. Their customer support team is also always quick to respond and help out with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is less expensive than other CRM options it is still a relatively expensive product compared to other third-party products we use in our software stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the many contact we have with our sales team and automated email reminders for some of our operational and sales processes. Therefor processes are executed in a timely manner.
