What do you like best about the product?
The tool works great and has good quality data in general. The integrations just work and are easy enough to set up. We use it with Salesforce and it's great to get rid of spreadsheets. You can use it as an overlay with LinkedIn or Sales Navi (LinkedIn Premium) or just use Lusha's own prospect search which is fine as well. The SSO enabling was also a breeze and our IT guy complimented how well it worked out of the blue with a few clicks. Good job Lusha peeps, keep it up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lusha have their own industries and company size labelling. This is painful if your company uses its own standard or the LinkedIn standard. Lusha can fix this issue by providing a way to map it out. Otherwise you're almodt forced to jse their labelling and nomenclature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost effortless lead mining and enrichment for our SDR and BDR teams! From an admin/implementation perspective it's the ease of setting it up and running and enabling users to be successful with it.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impressive aspects of Lusha is its ability to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. With just a few clicks, I can access my prospects' direct phone numbers, email addresses, and even social media profiles. This feature alone saves me countless hours that would otherwise be spent on manual research. Lusha's vast database ensures that I have access to a wide range of contacts, allowing me to reach out to the right people at the right time. The user interface of the Lusha platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with other tools and platforms. The Chrome extension is convenient, as it provides instant contact information while I'm browsing websites or LinkedIn profiles. It's a true time-saver and significantly enhances my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Most Disliked thing I don't like most about Lusha is that It gives very few Credits to enroll the prospects. They should exceed the limit. Otherwise its fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lusha is solving the most complex problem of Direct Dials, which can be readily available on the Lusha Platform. Secondly, the interface of Lusha is very easy to understand, making work easy & ongoing.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
We got the 1 year, premium, 'unlimited' plan for Lusha for 5 users. The sales rep said that we have unlimited leads and said they have the best and most up-to date data. 1. The data quality is terrible - we get anywhere between 10-40% bounces on the emails For lists in Europe and Asia, we have seen 30% red (invalid) emails 2. Phone numbers - 2/10 numbers are wrong or outdated 3. The filters are limited compared to ZoomInfo and Apollo 4. We do not have 'unlimited' leads as promised. They have a 'fair use policy' which is never clearly defined. They cut off users if the 'fair use' is exceeded 5. They don't have basic functionality - the lists you download have the list date instead of name. You cannot rename a list. You cannot filter out saved leads from a search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got Lusha to help our sales team prospect better and faster. However, they have artificial limits which end up wasting the teams time. The data quality is poor and sales reps waste time with bad phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
I think currently Lusha is the best Database tool out there. The accuracy of it is unmatched, I think 99% of the times, the data is up to date with the right designation, company and phone numbers. Plus the integration options with SF and LinkedIn is pretty handy. I like their dashboard as well, pretty friendly and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve on a couple of more filters for Company and Contact search on their portal. For example, updated industries such as Event Services. Also, the intent tab can still do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us relevant database with accurate contact numbers and designations. Plus the bulk download and upload options is pretty handy. We've improved our C-Level outreach thanks to Lusha.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Lusha for a while now, started as a trial account user and later upgraded to paid user Using it to source contact details for prospecting and also identifying firms based on filters
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to ZoomInfo Sales, but the appearance is simple but not attractive My experience is both are useful as few contact details not found in one source can be found in other and vice versa

To identify and source contact details of the prospects and to source list of acounts using their technology interests Using it as an alternative tool to ZoomInfo
