What do you like best about the product?
Sharpspring has given an additional in our digital marketing campaigns. Using the Sharpspring CRM has given us more visibility on the performance of our campaigns at a granular level, while assisting the sales team with lead management
What do you dislike about the product?
You need a bit of time to learn the platform, but once you master it, you'll see what a great tool it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital marketing agency sending leads which in turn be converted into sales to our clients is our priority, with the Sharpsring CRM we are now able to monitor the performance of each of our leads at a granular level and turn efforts into improving the quality of the leads. Our clients have experienced an average of 55% increase in revenue from digital campaigns although their marketing budget decreased by about 20% since we started using the Sharpspring CRM. As a result, our CBR Marketing agency has won an award for the best revenue-generating campaign in the 2021 National New Gen awards 2021.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharpspring has created a vacuum in my business for the better. Marketing as a service only gets to its final stage once you have a powerful way to leverage the data in your client's businesses to their advantage. We could never do this for our clients until we found Sharpsring. They gave us an easy, straightforward and enjoyable way to offer automated marketing over and above our regular lead-generating offerings - all while making a positive dent in our cash flow from the additional licences we sell. In short - Zebrand is already greatly profiting financially from the experience, as are our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a few more APIs available out of the box would have been nice, but it has not altered our love for Sharpspring at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now get detailed information on all the points where our clients have interacted with our business. They've also added an entirely new way to upscale our offerings and bring these benefits to our client base - while improving our bottom line.

I find SharpSpring's pricing structure very appealing because of their commitment to providing comprehensive solutions at an affordable price. This allows mid-sized companies that may not have access to the large resources required for a full-featured automation platform à la other competitive options, to easily implement it into their workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to effectively grow my client base with SharpSpring, whether I manage it in-house or hire outside help.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you send an email campaign, the reporting features give you just the right details. Constant Contact is so easy to integrate with our existing database software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting system for a campaign is hard to understand at first without any previous experience. With practice and training and utilizing templates, it becomes much more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant Contact helps our organization have personal yet professional emails. Utilizing the integration with our existing software, we have saved hours and hours on sending email campaigns. The people in our database have even taken notice of the higher quality and consistency of our emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform allows us to generate emails and marketing plans easily and quickly for the changing retail environment. We are able to quickly adapt our marketing strategy to allow for rapid announcements of new products and items that are pertinent to our clients and our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downside to the platform is the access to premium pictures. The program is costly enough without having to pay for additional pictures at $5 each to have the ability to assemble a professional appearing e-mail or newsletter. The plans should cover the premium pictures and some of the additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our business to reach current and new customers and alert them to business updates, changes, and additions, as well as new inventory and stock available.
