What do you like best about the product?
Brevo, ex Sendinblue, est une plateforme que nous utilisons en particulier pour nos campagnes d'e-mailing en BtoC et en BtoB. La prise en main est très facile, l'interface est intuitive et le service client est très réactif. De plus, les statistiques sont faciles à lire et à exporter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Je trouve que c'est une plateforme complète. Malgré tout, si je peux suggérer un point d'amélioration, c'est de mettre un peu plus en avant les coordonnées de leur service client qui ne sont pas évidentes à trouver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
La plateforme Brevo nous aide surtout à rester en contact avec nos clients BtoC et BtoB. De plus, ayant déjà travaillé avec d'autres plateformes, je trouve que le taux de délivrabilité des campagnes est plus que satisfaisant.

What do you like best about the product?
Brevo Marketing Platform offers a free plan with a limited number of daily email sends but unlimited contacts, which is very useful for me. The setup was really easy. Adding contacts to the platform was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic email template does not meet my expectations. While opening the basic email on mobile devices, it shows black background. I expect better from Brevo regarding this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brevo provides multiple pricing plans. They also have a free plan for beginners, which might be sufficient for many like me(as I do not need to send many emails). Brevo lets beginners try and use their email marketing platforms, and they send emails smartly to avoid emails landing in the spam. After starting a campaign, I get to track the emails, like how many people opened the email, how many people clicked on the links and how many people unsubscribed from the emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The very helpful and effective application for digital marketing and management of marketing content and posts. The features in this are awesome, helps in generating and increasing leads for your business, the AI tools help in this process. It can be said to be the simplest and easy to understand application, at the same time affordable for all users and organisation, manages to track and analyse the market requirements. It also make it easy and helpful for the enterprise and organisations in creating and uploading the feedback forms or sending via email automation, for collecting and getting the customers requirements and working on it to improve our productivity. The automation tools in this help to operate all your social media handles from this one location itself, and creats a proper analytical report for it. The beneficail thing of Brevo Marketing Platform is it already has inbuilt templates designs and campaign layout for quick and easy advertising.Which saves a lot of time in uploading of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many templates already imported or are available on this platform for easy advertising content creation but they are not able to be uploaded on all the marketing platforms, as some of the templates have limitation in uploading on some of the platforms or websites. This is only one disadvantage I have notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tools in this platform had helped us a lot in creating the most attractive and unique content for advertisements. Keeping us fully tracked about all our social media uploads and tracking the viewers and customers details. Its the brillent application keeping us connected to our customers and helping us to keep a good business and organisation relation with them. HElping us to build a strong and beneficial relation with all by engaging customers with daily marketing content by automation.

Outil aux tarifs raisonnables, qui propose de multiples fonctionnalités pour créer des newsletters. Le Service client réactif et à l'écoute, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous l'utilions régulièrement, pour nos emailings et envoi d'informations aux adhérents, et en sommes satisfaits.

Les tutos en ligne pour apprendre à utiliser l'outil ne sont pas toujours très explicites. Un temps d'adaptation est nécessaire pour la gestion des contacts, et la construction des modèles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nous avons rencontré des soucis de facturation (mauvais abonnement facturé) , de gestion des contacts et de clé API. Le service nous a aidés du mieux qu'il a pu à chaque fois, mais certains "langages" (exemple : clé API, automation...) ne sont pas à la portée de tous (attention aux petites structures qui n'ont pas de service informatique et doivent se débrouiller seules).

What do you like best about the product?
Brevo is not only just an email marketing platform but it also helps when a lead is in the pipeline and till it is converted to a customer. It lets you create efficient drip email campaigns with a lot of templates to choose from and also set up a pipeline for you to track stages of your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brevo is not a complete marketing platform as it is most useful tool for email marketing but apart from that there are many social platforms that a marketer needs as a complete package and those platforms are missing. There should be some option of content calendar for emails as well as for other channels and posting integrations as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing to a potential lead means a lot of personalization and a friendly tone, also replying a lead is very important on time. Brevo helps to create personalized email campaigns that can be used as a flow so that replies also can be automated and personalized. It helps when you have a massive amount of emails to send and follow up. It automates all this to save time on sending and replying emails to the leads.
