I admit that I picked Mailmmunch due to its really good pricing, compared to other services. But not only are they good in pricing, their services AND their support are GREAT(!)

I live in a different time zone, so support can take a while (not their fault) And to be picky, when you get a response from a client the Emails could look a bit cleaner. (It's a lot of dots and things that looks a bit messy) Besides that it's a great service :)

Of course I love that it's FREE. But getting 125 new subscribers to our email list in less than a year is sweet! Not something we have been able to accomplish with paid ads or any social media campaigns so far. Also the easy to use format!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and it looks great. The pop up window jiggles a little bit and that feature makes people actually look at the pop-up window before automatically closing it. I also like that you can add a video from YouTube to play right after people enter their email and name to encourage people too look into all their folders to confirm the email. It is easy to integrate Mailmunch with other email services. It was easier to integrate Mailmunch with my website/blog than to integrate Convertkit forms to wordpress.org. Since then I have switched to GetResponse as an email provider but I have had such good results with Mailmunch that I just kept the pop up window.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few templates you can use for the pop up window in the free version. That's about it. Everything else I like.

Get an API key from your email marketing service before you start the signup process with Mailmunch. It will make things easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their pop up windows have increased my sign up rate. When I first installed it, my optins doubled. The pop up window in Mailmunch is more attractive than the native pop up windows of the email service I was using when I first joined. I also like you can have dedicated landing pages where you can direct people from a link on blog posts. Some people close a pop up window too soon and then regret it. Having a link on my blog posts that people can click on and then be directed to a landing page to opt in solves this problem. Mailmunch sends me a notification when an email address has been rejected and tells me the reason. This has solved the mystery of figuring out why the number of optins was more than the number of additions to may mailing list. It isn't always due to people not confirming. I also like that I can add an image to the pop up window so it's more attractive and makes people think before they close the box. People find pop-up boxes annoying. I do too, but the reality is that they do increase sign ups enormously.

currently i am only able to broadcast emails to people who fills in the mailmunch forms in my website . What i also need is an option to upload my email list and broadcast to them also. I assume that mailmunch is offering this feature also . But where i can get this feature is a little bit confusing. I suggest mailmunch to make it more transperent to customers the difference between able to send emails only to form signups and able to send emails to uploaded email list while ordering for the gold package. I also donot like the email templates containing the mailmunch logo even after i become a paid user. Every time i have to manually delete the mailmunch logo which is not good. But overall mailmunch is an excellent result giving tool which i have found after searching for many such softwares. I was a free user of mailmunch for a long period of time. After long time of testing it free i was truly convinced about it and then only i become a gold (annual) member. And i am happy now also that my money was not wasted.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and does not need much effort to understand how to build a beautiful looking newsletter from scratch. I have been using mailchimp for a lot of years, so moving to mailmunch was very effortless. The interface reminds me a lot of the wordpress interface, which is great since I use wordpress as well. When a lot of the applications I use have the same UI it makes the whole process much smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit too simple looking. It's great, for the UX, but it does not inspire me when I am using the application itself. Would do great with some small tweaks to the UI to make it more stylish.

What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to grow a subscriber list on my website. The pop-up feature as customers navigated around my website was brilliant and easy to set up. I found that before using mail munch that my visitors often bypassed my contact section or the subscribe box at the bottom of the page, so although I was getting visitors, I was not getting enough people subscribing. Now I have multiplied my list by almost 10 fold and I would never have been able to do this without the help of mail munch

I found that the pop-up sometimes would stop working. Like after a few days of having it on my site, it was no longer appearing. The support team was more than helpful and fast to respond and rectify the problem. I was back on track in no time and my subscribers continued to grow.

I have been able to keep an eye on how many people subscribe to my website and capture email addresses to know who they are visiting my website. I am a Podcast, so we like to know who our listeners are, and this has helped us extensively here.

What do you like best about the product?
Mailmunch allowed me to easily build a great looking interactive landing page for my website on WordPress without having coding/html experience. When I had some questions their support team was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. If you're managing a WordPress site I highly recommend their plug in. Another great feature that I appreciate is that it is compatible and works well with other plugins and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a Wix site and have added a newsletter form to my landing page. Since I added the form I have had a constant stream of new subscribers and have increased the total subscribers to my newsletter by 25% in just 2 months. I love the way I can keep tabs through the mobile app which also gives me the total numbers for my email campaigns and I have all my email stats at hand whenever I want to check them. Mailmunch also integrates beautifully with my original MailChimp account. I heartily recommend adding Mailmunch to your website. It's invaluable.

I really love that MailMunch just WORKS. I tried at least a dozen other plugins for the same purpose -- including some very expensive and well-known options -- and found most of them were complicated and hard to use, and none of them worked (technical issues). MailMunch worked beautifully and easily right "out of the box." And yet, for as easy as it is to use, it's pretty powerful and versatile.

The templates aren't always configured exactly the way I'd like, and I found I couldn't embed a mini-survey I wanted to embed in a pop-up.

Mailmunch allows me to create different types of opt-in forms for my website, from a full landing page to a small embed at the end of an articles. I can like that I can sync the user list with another application and that I can integrate it with Zapier - a powerful tool that can do almost anything automatically. I like that I can do all these things for free.

What do you dislike about the product?
The zapier integration is a little finicky (not being sure when the link is made) and there doesn't seem to be a way to link a current zap to an integration, I always have to build the zap from scratch. I would love be able to easily find the zaps from within Mailmunch integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user interface is quite simple and intuitive to use, what I like the most about Mailmuch is its efficiency when it comes to answering any questions or concerns that may arise, in fact even the same day. What do you like best about the product?
Mailmunch is extremely easy to use for non-technical people. No directions are needed. You simply follow the prompts to set up the experience you want for visitors to your website. It's a simple set up that takes you through each step to create a pop-up for your website. You can easily customize the appearance of pop-ups and create custom auto-responders. The auto-responders are great for sending thank you emails for new subscribers. You can even add gifs to personalize the message.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can only have one pop-up at a time, but it would be nice to have multiple. Also, I have to hunt for the download CSV option. It's not clearly placed. It would be nice to be able to export subscribers of a certain date range so I don't have to export every single subscriber. We use iContact for email, which MailMunch does not integrate with. It would be nice if more options were available for free accounts; or, offer a discount for non-profits who cannot afford to purchase the other plan options.

MailMunch is extremely easy to use! The pop-ups you can build make your website look professional while also enabling you to get insights and communicate with customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have obtained thousands of subscribers to add to our e-newsletter. It's quick to set up a pop-up and then the work is done! We are always looking for ways to connect with our followers/supporters, and MailMunch enables us to do that. We collect their emails and then add them to our list serv. The pop-ups we create with MailMunch make our website look professional even though we are non-technical users.

What do you like best about the product?
Actually something good. I tried out the other "Free" apps out there like Beekeeting's popup and Privy and guess what? They're completely non user friendly and extremely limited that they pretty much force you to buy their plan if you want any customization at all. You know what this did? It's extremely versatile and noobie friendly. It lets you get most of the options the other apps say or hint they give when they don't. You don't get anything like making a customer get a coupon once their email is provided, but you can still customize it to hint at it. And I think you can even add multiple images to a popup and add social link buttons with images and hyperlinking your social media to those. You can also say something like "subscribe for coupon" and then provide the coupon on the thank you page. As far as I know so far using it, you can get most things the other paids offer for free with this if you're creative enough.

I like the broadcast. It’s very user friendly and you can get information to your subscribers quickly and it looks very professional. Also contains an “unsubscribe” button in every email. I’m not too tech savvy, so having a user friendly program is a must.

I would like better bundles for payment options. I need the capability to send to target groups (not always to the full subscriber list. I upgraded, but wanted more in my package I’m paying for.

Quick easy way to capture emails on your website. Easy to use & flexible design options plus it's free and integrates with shopify. Can display an image, coupon or video before and/or after email submission. I used an image with subscribe button and coupon offer in text. Once submitted, a thank you message appears along with our YouTube video which shows the product benefits.

There are some features that require monthly subscription. And I believe there is a limit on the number of subscribers before you have to switch to monthly plan.

Used it on a client's site to increase email signups. They had a email signup box way down on bottom of site. Mailmunch triggers a colorful popup so people can register. And once registered Mailmunch allows you to send an automated email reply with coupon which has a very nice conversion rate. Easy to setup, easy to design and easy to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using MailMunch on my personal blog and now my agency blog for the past 3 years. I love the flexibility, you can use it to reate content upgrades in your articles, sidebar, top bar or setup an exit-intent popup, and it integrates with Mailchimp. So if you're just starting out and need a free solution, those 2 go great together. :)

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with it so far. I've only been using the free version, so I can't comment on the paid plans.
