What do you like best about the product?
ContactPigeon includes various automation tools in it for better and smooth and work expereince for users in digital marketing and sales automation. The best and advantageous feature of ContactPigeon is targeting and capturing the viewers and there details in the application and generating the automated report about the details. This software enables users to collaborate with there teams and integrate with multiple platforms so smoothly. It can be said that the processing and working of the application is much smoother and efficient. No lags or slow processing is seen with multi site viewing. ContactPigeon is the best and effective solution for all the organisation in increasing there marketing and sales on multiple digital platforms. The email advertising and campaigning work gets to be so easy with this software, as there are automated tools which completes and handles all the procedure of email content creation. And helps in sending and mailing multiple mails. Makes it easy for to to send and creat automated emails and ads for reaching more and more customers. The best application which helps in managing and tracking all the campaigning platforms and dashboards for you and provides you report of every action on your advertisements and posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The images imported and uploaded on this platform from your system of web pages, the size of the picture is changed and even the quality of photo is effected. Other than this I have not experiecned any issue in the processing, workflow and working of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The markeitng tools of this application helped and made it easy for our team to send automated emails. After we had started using ContactPigeon software we are able to keep track on all the social medias and advertising posts, getting all the details of the viewers and the audience. Making it possible for us to reach and engage more and more customer. And increasing our sales and campaign trafficing on our posts.

What do you like best about the product?
From our experience, ContactPigeon’s tool is considered to be one of the most valuable platforms for boosting sales and more on the market. To be honest, we must say that our most profitable channel is definitely the on-site pop-ups, especially the ones for cart abandonment. We get the chance to recover our lost sales and at the same time build a strong customer base.

It has been a game changer for us, so nothing negative here to include.

What do you like best about the product?
We are really impressed by the range of features that this platform has given us. There are multiple effective communication channels that we have added to our strategy like pop-ups and push notifications. We can send personalized messages, increasing our customer retention and at the same time conversions. What we like most about it, though, is the fact that the team is constantly providing tailored solutions to any of our requests!

What do you like best about the product?
The past 2 years have been very fruitful since we decided to have ContactPigeon’s tool to our strategy. What I really enjoy about this platform is the fact that I have many capabilities enabled with all the features that are provided. For example, I can send, on a scheduled basis, newsletters so as to keep our audience engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
This customer engagement solution allows you to combine multiple channels like email and automations and try new things. With the right strategy, we have literally thrived in our business goals, keeping track of our campaigns. We also use a lot the push notifications channel, pretty much on a daily basis, and the results are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can’t say that we have noticed any huge dislikes so far. All good!
