What do you like best about the product?
The interface is reasurringly consistent and easy to get to know. Love the choice - but not too many choices!- of views. Beng able to see each post, to each platform on a visual timeline easily wihtin my laptop screen really helps all those unconscious judegments -"are there too many posts today? or 'hmm Ive used that picture too many times'. Our tiny tiny team running an important heritage visitor site doesnt have the time, nor inclination, to delve deep into analytics and long term insights, but Hootsuite enables you to find out just enough of how your doing, without 'over techinicalising ' it. Boosting posts is also sooooooo much easier than on 'other' platforms and the 'boost all posts' is absolutely ideal for our level of operation. Just waiting for Threads to be added now ..
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike. Grammarly really annoys me and would like to turn it off permanantly - but havent had time to see if its possible. the AI option was fun to try- but not enough to pay for it yet Wish the planner had a quicker way of creating placeholder posts All the other irritations come from the orginating platforms changing their processes- but Hootsuite always communicates that really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our heritage charity is dependent on building visitors and users via, literally hundreds of, events and activities. Marketing and social media is only one part of our 'team's roles, so having an easy to learn, reliable and visually helpful tool like Hootsuite enables us to make our tiny voice make a really big noise .

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling all our posts has never been easier with Hootsuite! I have been using Hootsuite since 2015 and it has only gotten better since. I appreciate the addition of the AI tool. The analytics are also easy to comprehend and share with stakeholders!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag IG accounts within Hootsuite is a major downside. 100% of the time, I need to edit the post once it's been posted just to tag relevant users. Being able to tag a collaborator for IG posts would be a godsend as well! Customer success agents could use some improvement as far as timeliness with their responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping my efficiency and workflow with the newly launched OwlyWriter AI tool. What would cost me 1 hour of work drafting copy now only takes me up to 15 minutes to repurpose past successful content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides the ability to edit copy for different channels. I love how easily you can reschedule posts and republish old posts. It also allows the use of AI to help generate content. I like that it provides training videos that are easy to understand, allowing for easier learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be high. There is a limit on the number of accounts that can be connected on the free platform. Sometimes it doesn't show posts in specific sections, such as mentions. We had some issues with scheduled posts not sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps increase our efficiency by allowing us to schedule many posts at once. It allows us to schedule ahead and not have to worry about posting daily. It also allows you to duplicate posts to reuse them week after week. It allows us to track your analytics and see what's working.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it very easy to schedule posts across multiple channels. I love the overall calendar view so I can make sure all our colleagues' posts are properly scheduled. I also love the inbox as it makes it easier to answer messages instead of going onto the channels directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike are the errors that occur when the sites update. There were a few periods of time where we were unable to schedule posts due to site updates and it was very frustrating. The other thing I don't like is that when you approve posts from the app, you are unable to see if the posts are geotargeted or not. The geotargeting is extremely vital for many pages and it is necessary to see on mobile. Because of this, I need to bring my computer when I travel and approve posts from my web browser. Approving apps on mobile is ineffective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves needing to log in directly on to the social media channels. It also solves managing our 13 brands' pages. We have a better view of every marketing campaign now and we are also able to measure results, which is very important.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is such a great tool and is constantly updated with new features following the biggest market trends. Not so long after the booming of chat GPT, they implemented an AI feature that is very useful inside Hootsuite itself. I really like the fact that it's an always-changing tool that is really caring for improving the working life of marketers and also, Hootsuite is very open to feedback from users. Hootsuite uses customers' feedback to improve the service they offer and is such a great thing to see that our voice is being heard. Also, our success manager is very keen to listen and support and he's always there to help us .
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest the things I don't like of Hootsuite are mainly due to social media channels API that don't make it possible for us to have certain functionalities inside the tool directly, but I know this is not Hootsuite's fault. So nothing negative to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a big company with many channels and many marketers. Using Hootsuite it helps us keeping our passwords and channels save, tracking the social media activity, plan posts in advance and also create reports in a very fast and easy way.
