What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience of using Userzoom to our operations. It helped us a lot as a small manufacturing unit to directly interact with the users and to note their experience as well. Userzoom is also an affordable option for those who are very cost centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, it has very limited features and availability of options that can make it even bigger. It does not provide feature like, if you wish to add user by your own you won't able to add it and have to contact team in that case. Which might me a headache and time consuming process in some cases. However if you are conducting interviews straight to the exact number of users, that it won't create any problem for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help in a best way, when a company or individual is going to introduce any product to the Market and after going through the insights of userzoom he/she can be confident with the product they are launching or introducing to the Market. They can also forecast it's demand and scalability.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a test. The form is a pleasure to fill out, full of smart UI, and reviewing, sharing, tracking tests, (and of course the instant easy access to a huge panel) is a GAME CHANGER for UXR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things come to mind: the pricing model is a bit prohibitive. I'd love us to create a more inclusive UXR community in our company where a lot more people feel empowered to go do research and create better products. But we can only afford a few 'specialists' seats to create the tests. The other thing is not so much about disliking, but the video editor has A LOT of room for improvement, even though it's a good start. Being able to auto-generate clips from flags in the transcript, better clip management in the list below (if I have multiple videos from a test, they're all bundled together so I can't search them easily by the actual participant), the ability to skip forwards as well as backwards when clip creating. I also find that having a sound level bar as well as the video is useful to create clips, as I can identify at a glance when people have stopped talking, making it faster to throw an end marker in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big one is participant sourcing. Previously I had to curate a list and manually reach out, juggling Calendly invites, etc. It was SO time-consuming. I love the ability to launch my test, go home, then come back in the morning and have a stack of videos to watch through (or a calendar padded out with interview appointments).

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a startup, and while we had a number of choices for user testing, UserZoom was the most affordable and flexible option. We're able to run unmoderated tests for all our products as well as record and coordinate user interviews. The ability to speed up video playback and create clips is crucial for telling our user's story.
What do you dislike about the product?
UserZoom Go is lightweight, so it doesn't include some of the fancier features like transcription for the base cost. I also wish it were easier to add additional users to an ongoing study without contacting support directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserZoom Go allows us to launch studies on demand. The flexible script writing lets us grab insights within a day and then dive deeper over the week as we review videos. This is crucial to our start-up timetable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the system. The fact it only takes a day to set a test up, launch it and watch all the video's is just so nice. Also with the onboarding, they helped me set up it up just right for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automated system doesn't do it's job well. This make it so that a test can fail. This happens maybe 1 out of 10 times and usually is refundable if the need arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to get close to the users and launch our games as soon as possible. If we can get insights on how potential users would play our game, this helps immensely on the launching features without doubts and improved.

What do you like best about the product?
After researching many different usability platforms, I went with UserZoom because it was affordable and had the basic moderated and unmoderated tools I needed. I also knew I could get access to additional tools as my research needs and team grew. It allows you to record, flag/tag specific parts in the session, and create and share clips with my team and stakeholders. This tool has enabled me to introduce UX research backed by user data to my company and our product. The customer support team is also accommodating and responds quickly when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about the platform since it's easy to use and has helped me bring my research to the next level. The one thing that would improve my experience is if they could include branching logic in their screener questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserZoom has been an essential tool allowing us to test our product and new features before building them. This has resulted in building the right thing from the beginning and saving dev time.
