What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Spotio is that it is super easy to use and to teach. I've been using Spotio for over 3 years, and have taught and trained many reps on it as well. It's effective, efficient & applicable to small and larger sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to Spotio is that there are small things that could be touched up. 1- it would be nice to be able to pull an excel list from "overdue tasks" per rep. Also, it would be nice to be able to see all the reps calls and texts in fullness - not just part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spotio solves the problem of loosing track of leads. It's effective and easy - everyone can just log the lead and put the information in. Nothing gets lost and no appointments are missed because it's all right there. It keeps reps accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like entering my leads in a smart way and be able to update their status and add activities with notes. So far it's been working great for me and allows me to move my leads to be followed up by BDR intervention to solidify and create f2f appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the entire UI changed overnight where we we still learning the basics of using Spotio during the launch stage. I preferred to have the new UI delayed a bit until everyone gets comfortable using all features of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had issues keeping the leads in a centralized place and the ability to enter and update information on the spot without waiting until the end of day to add to my database.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Spotio has to be the calendar! It makes it so easy to schedule appointments. It's super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside from my experience is that Spotio is nearly impossible to use without internet. I've already gotten lost while knocking in large areas lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The map prevents me from getting lost. The calendar prevents me from missing appointments. The daily lead helps me keep track of my goal of 70+ doors a day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different features how I can plan what I'm doing when and where and can see my future appointments highlight what stage each merchant is at and when the deal is closed I love how it's easy to use and quick it's super easy keeping organized highly recommended it can be hard keeping up with thousands of business cards with this its super easy!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is that even possible I think it's user friendly simple easy and is very efficient I can route my day and appointments and it's all right there !!! Highly recommended!

Keeping up with where I go when and what stage each merchant is at I love how I can keep up with appointments and can back and look what what certain merchants said . Love it !!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can track my employee's time in the field and see real-time results. Additionally, I like the ease of use for my in-the-field agents. Quick and simple training time turnarounds. Easy enough that some of my older, non-technical employees quickly understood how to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how, as a manager, when I edit a deal, the deal becomes my deal and not my employees. The numbers move to me. I have to actually have the employee do the editing in order to keep the deal under their profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is holding my employees accountable for the number of doors knocked. We are also tracking donation details for our non-profit outreach as well as uncovering people that would like to receive our newsletters.
