What do you like best about the product?
I like how configurable Pepperi is to cater to the needs of our Sales and IT staff go. Being in the IT dept, I can mainly speak for Pepperi's ability to integrate with three different programs, back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the support hours and response time were slower, but Pepperi has since improved the level of response. Also, the development engineers assigned to our account live in Ukraine so Pepperi has been able to continue a high level of support, even with lower engineering bandwidth due to that crisis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pepperi offers more features than our previous ordering platform. Those features include allocations and approval queues that cover various triggers. With these approval queues, the process is more automated, therefore labor can be distributed to other areas.

What do you like best about the product?
With this system is very easy and speed place an order.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing but the graphics could be improved. I think there should be more alignment between the web version and for ipad.

it is a valid software, updates are frequent and always documented. I recommend it to everybody

to date no one. we have increased our turnover. Every time I encounter a problem I write to support and they are always quick to answer and solve problems

What do you like best about the product?
Pepperi fills the gap between the traditional ERP and the field sales teams, it allow order taking on the fly, allows sales reps to travel without sample or other expensive items - great for luxury and fashing retailers
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with non-traditional/local solutions might be a challenge for bidirectional integration, getting the items, sending the order etc. performance issues can occur when handling large catalogs with sizes/colors

Accessing the product catalog from a dynamic visual record catalog saves time for the sales reps and the back office. improve the productivity of the sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
Over the last 18 years, I have implemented dozens of systems for over 150 companies with everything from salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, Hubspot, Magento POS, Shopify POS, WooCommerce POS, Square POS, Channel Advisor, Skubana, Celigo, etc, etc. But Pepperi has been by far the easiest integration and best to work and sales reps have loved. Most of reps were against change and technology in general, but once they saw the demo and started using it, they loved it could not imagine life without Pepperi. Most importantly dedicated project manager has been amazing!!! She is awesome, very organized, knows everything about the system, but upfront when she does not with no fluff. She works through each step of the integration very methodically and always there when we need her. She has been a pleasure to work with. Everybody on our team agrees that implementing Pepperi has been the single best thing we have do increase sales, save time, provided a better customer experience. In Summary, Pepperi is an amazing solution and every B2B business in world should have this solution. Anything else is just a waste of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pepperi is not an entry-level pricing for very smaller businesses, but that makes sense being is more advanced and flexible solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Give Reps the ability to see if real-time inventory updates and when it will be back in stock. 2. Take orders quickly with scanner and automatically going to netsuite. 3. Able to do advanced bundles, kits and displays 4. Able to create new accounts quickly and easily. 5. Able to put into tradeshow mode and provide special tradeshow promotions. 6. Works offline if the rep does not have internet. 7. Able to easily prospect new accounts. The Rep can see on a map all their accounts and prospects close to them when they are on the road. They can easily filter by different types of accounts, dollar amounts. 8. Dashboards - Wow, the data the reps and sales managers and CEO and VPs will have will scale our business.
