What do you like best about the product?
MMC helped me improve with territory planning and overall execution in the field. The mobile and desktop experience are so easy to use from wherever I'm at. My favorite part of the platform is that it includes a bi directional integration with my CRM Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they built mileage tracking into the platform then it would literally have every aspect of what I need in the day of a life of an outside sales rep. They do a great job of building what users ask for so hopefully it's in the near term roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had no idea what my total addressable market was until I started using MMC. I was spending hours a week doing admin work and now I would say I have most of those hours back to be in the field serving my customers and targeting new prospects. It provides any rep at any level of tech sophistication with a really intuitive and straightforward workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing where the team is at all times, seeing when we last inspected a site or had an issue in a face-to-face meeting. We use it to create routes in Mobile Shredding, and Janitorial Inspections and to cluster new service requests from our existing footprint. we cover the entire state from High Point to Cape May NJ, and seeing where a truck is, or where an agent is when a ticket comes in is essential to our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a 95% Government shop so we are not using the lead search at the moment, this is not to say it is a dislike or a bad service, we just were not able to us this will keeping up with essential services during the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New contacts, backup contacts.. we service over 500 sites in NJ and there was a lot of attrition during Covid, MMC helped us keep up.

What do you like best about the product?
The route planning and easy check in capabilities have been a major help to me. In the last 10 years of b2b field prospecting I have gone from shoebox, base, outfield, badger, geo pointe, map anything, and MMC IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES IT ALL!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish sales force integration could be more granular. I have workflows setup in sales force but if we could do parent child relationship association in MMC and have it update onto sales force that would be nice. Also duplicate check and adding geo location. Accounts could be done a bit better based on other apps I've used. Few too many steps to add a new account using geo location. Also offline is not great. However. These are far outweighed by the benefits in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Note keeping time savings. I can add follow-ups and keep track krwho what and when WAY easier than. A desktop CRM, wish deals was better laid out on iOS all though
