What do you like best about the product?
Social Horse Power were very quick to respond to my questions via email. It is a large tool, so there is a learning curve and my account manager had to help me learn things she had previously trained me on. BUt she was always patient and answered all questions no matter how small. The employees loved how easy it was use on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
This business is still in the beginning stages of growth. But we used that to our advantage and let them know suggestions and what would work better. The account manager sent all of our suggestions to the team to figure out how to incorporate in the future. Our company decided to discontinue use halfway through the contract due to company strategy but not anything SocialHP was doing wrong. The timing was not the best on our end but we enjoyed using it while we had permission from our leadership team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SHP is helping our business get awareness in the local and specific industries by helping our employees post creative and eye-catching posts. The posts perform well and we are able to get more eyes than before on our content. Employee advocacy is a huge one and getting people interested in working for us through others' experience. The other huge thing was just getting the word out about our company. We have been in the local industry for a while but not many people knew exactly what we did but SocialHP helped us get the word out on what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
If an organization doesn't have a comparable tool and they need to boost the visibility of social media activity, this is a great product. That includes both likes and shares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobile app is getting rebooted but for the time being it didn't meet all of our needs in terms of functionality and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attempting to get staff engagement on social media content. More interaction ultimately means more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
SocialHP is a great tool to help get employees engaged with our company's social content. SocialHP makes it easy for even the non-tech-savvy at the firm to easily like and share posts to their social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some updates made to better support different types of posts, such as document posts (LinkedIn), as well as improving the functionality of video posts. These types of posts get the most engagement, therefore, firms are beginning to use them more frequently. Having no option to select the video frame nor upload a video thumbnail, it a miss. It is important to our brand that we are promoting content that is on-brand visually and portrays our people in the best light (not an unflattering mid-sentence thumbnail that is currently the only option in SocialHP).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SocialHP is enabling greater employee engagement with our firm's social posts. This is leading to more viewers of our content, more followers of our page and greater engagement from our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
SocialHP makes it easy to distribute preapproved copy and graphics to employees, taking the guesswork out of sharing company content. Scheduling posts in advance reduces the workload for employees, and the calendar view simplifies the process. Finally, employees never lose their own voice; they can edit copy to add their perspectives and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing copy from the calendar view is a two-step process. Employees drop content onto a day, but then must click to open a popup to edit copy or posting time. By default, the LinkedIn copy is shown when clicking on the calendar post unless you manually switch to another platform in the left-hand navigation. This is in contrast to the content feed view, which allows users to flip through their platforms and edit each from the same pop-up window.

SocialHP makes it easy for employees to boost our social presence and share relevant thought leadership content with our customers and prospects, without being social media experts.
