It´s very easy to share content with your colleagues. The "Mobile First" design and the BOYD approach makes it very easy even to reach the blue collar worker of your company. With such an intranet you enlarge the digitalparticipation of all company members.

It is not recommended to implement an premises installation. The releas cycle is way far behind then the cloud releases. Improvements are also needed on the partner side. Some partners don´t have the background to give the customer the support they need.

The thing I like best about Haiilo is its easy use and deployment. The design is also very user-friendly and inviting, making it great for users and system administrators. Additionally, the scoreboard feature highlighting top performers and the ability to customize a daily summary are both exceptional elements that add to the overall quality of the service. Our community has seen an increase in passion from our ambassadors since we began using this technique, and we're able to deliver valuable reports to our stakeholders due to the simplicity of the analytics. I wouldn't say I like how the platform is still in development and how flaws or features may preclude a comprehensive analysis or comprehension. It's annoying how Smarp is continuously improving features, introducing new features, and planning the next tool expansion because these issues are rarely left unresolved for an extended period.

There are several things to mention: - Starting with the easy installation, rollout, deployment and customizing of the system. - Easy to use; no training needed esp. for beginners in IT-Tools. Who knows to use a smart phone APP well also be able to handle Haiilo Home - All the functions are people oriented - In 2021 we were part in the development of the analytics tool and learned about the people behind the scenes. Impressive people with an open minded speech and connection. - The support at Haiilo (formerly Coyo) ist skilled, friendly and very responsive. This helps a lot in customizing the system.

So far it was not as easy to connect to M365. Based on the new Ad-Ons, esp. the integration in MS-Teams this will be past!

Haiilo Home delivers (selected) qualified information to all people within the company. Besides this standard it enables ALL people to start a discussion, to connect with other people - also besides hierarchies! In this way and by time it builds a platform for all people to connect and share stories and more - a digital home for employees. Haiilo Home also helps in trainings and learning contents to secure knowledege and individual learnings. To be used by choice it´s also a technical and organizational base to learn and develop in the companies culture.

The look & feel is great, the User Interface is clean, it is all clear and easy to access and makes it efficient. Finally, it is a plus that it is an all-in tool with the section news + resources + gamification.

The speed the issues are resolved and the lack of visibility over the pipeline of enhancements. I would create a squad with the clients that can push the tool forward in order to share ideas on how to use the tool better or put enhancements in common for the future.

I have tested 13 internal comms tools available on the market. Smarp is by far the best option I could get. Simple, powerful, easy to use and to admin.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like the timeline. In my opinion, it is so important that you are up to date with the activities in your company. Only in that case, you can get involved as a employee and operate with that feedback as a company. The engagement of employees is one of the most important facts in internal communication and in a company as well. And engagement is also driven by communities - So Communities is the second fact here. They are so easy to handle in Haiilo Home and gives another chance to communicate and collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there are more reactions under the articels than only the like button. I think more reactions also have the consequence of more feedback because so you have more opportunities of giving quick individual and authentic answers - that would be one step more people-oriented.

Haiilo Home solves a problem of an easy-to-use intranet. The barrier to entry for employees is very low because the construction is so intuitive. If I have that first impression, I'm in the intranet with pleasure. So the outcome is even higher - because I have a higher reach of articles and a higher engagement.

Smarp made sharing of posts on social media so easy for busy people on go. For lazy people, you can just share with 1 click of button. I also enjoy the stats behind each post and it motivates to out perform your colleagues. I just hope that admins can provide prizes to the top performers.

only small downside is that when the admin rejects a proposed post, there is no automatic notification informing why it was rejected. otherwise, I dont see any other disadvantages.
