What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to leverage the network I've built since long before I became an employee of my current organization to help spread the message about the work we are doing and the impact that work is having in the lives of our clients. Being able to schedule in advance across various platforms makes it super simple to only have to touch once a week. I keep a placeholder on my calendar on Mondays to go in and schedule my PostBeyonds and that's all the effort it takes to help my company reach other professionals like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I created a Facebook page to share my PostBeyonds to, but I cannot seem to figure out how to make the integration work. It still wants to post to my personal Facebook story and newsfeed. If I could figure this out easily and on my own, without needing any kind of tech support this would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing can be very costly and targeting just the right audience is an art, for sure. By leveraging employee networks so seamlessly, I feel like my connections are also benefitting from the great content my company puts out beyond just one person posting it and then everyone else sharing it from that one person. It helps me curate content and gives me the option to add accessibility such as CamelCase hashtags and Image descriptions for screen readers so that I can practice what's sacred to me even while sharing work-related materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Success/Support. Sarah was a joy to work with. She's so passionate about the success of her client's programs. She'd always share new ideas and insights to help support me. The platform is easy to use and took a lot of pain points away for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, the platform has bugs. I mainly share video content but had a lot of trouble with these uploading even when they were the right file size etc. Other competitors are more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made employee sharing easier. An all-in-one tool that we could track the success of our employee's social sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the service is! Most of time I don't post because it takes too much time or I am unsure about company updates. Postbeyond allows me to quickly view updates and choose stories I and my followers are intrested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I like everything. The only suggestion I have is auto post feature or a notification when new posts are available. Sometimes I forget to check for new stories or features to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time! Allows me to keep customers up to date, makes me look like an expert in my field, updates me and educates me on parts of the big data I don't understand well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PostBeyond had a leaderboard that can show how much I have engaged and how much my posts have engagements. It motivates me to use the app. I can now feel like I can gage my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kind of dislike the UI of the Profile section while editing. It was hard to navigate where to change my photo and also how to add additional socials. I wish more socials can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PostBeyond is solving the problem of lacking knowledge of new company information. Using it allows me to know a lot about the company and share it with my peers who may find interest in the news.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use and allows more time in my day. I appreciate being able to share different thoughts with companies. I have not worked with competitors but I can assure you that post beyond is one of the most helpful platforms for social sharing. Being able to schedule posts at the beginning of the week allows more time to steer the business and spend time with my people. The articles within post beyond are relatable to my industry and connect with my network easily. Being able to share content across multiple platforms with the ease of use is what makes PostBeyond one of the best platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part the platform is working well. I think overall the platform has worked well and benefited the company. If I had any suggestions on improvements it would be to continue to add new content to share with our network. Also where I would like to see improvement is the utilization of more social media platforms to get out to our networks, continue to drive social media content with new and upcoming platforms is going to be super important in the coming future. Utilization of reminders to get content out to our network would be helpful as well, we all have alot going on in our days - this would help with being consistent in our approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows articles to share with my network without having to dig through websites to find them which increases productivity. Networking within all social media platforms has helped increase the visibility of companies. The sales cycle has changed over the past 10 years making it important to leverage additional resources to gain buy-in from new and existing customers. The utilization of post beyond allows our teams to leverage social media in a way we may not have been able to in the past. As mentioned above, the importance of driving influence through social media is going to be crucial in the coming year. The intuitiveness of the platform is only going to help the organization with this. Additionally, my favorite part is being able to share with multiple social media platforms to acheive the same result.
