What do you like best about the product?
I like automation for sharing consistent company posts on social media (Twitter and LinkedIn in my case) and great analytics to see the impact of posts on people following me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no point to dislike. All works as I expected.

The excellent tool to manage social media feeds to a broad audience, including private feeds of company employers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is to share information about company activities on social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) and to track scope and audience of shared communication. Thanks to service I'm able to see geography access of poeple who track my posts and how many of them are clickable. Posts are published automatically based on company feed.

Reporting is bit light on insights and capability.

It is easy to use and administer, and would absolutely purchase again.

Brand awareness has been on the low end this strategies allows us leverage our employees professional networks, far beyond our traditional marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was very simple to set up and produced immediate results we were looking for, especially on LinkedIn. Our team adopted it and started using it immediately. The auto-share has truly enabled many of our team members who would not have utilized social media otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no issues from individual users in using the tool. Sometimes, our marketing team will have product feature requests. The support team resolves it or adds them to the roadmap. That may take a little while to get those implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media ads can get very expensive and short-lived success. We are building strong, long-term followers and brand fans through everyday reach. None of us has the time to promote our brands on social media consistently in our busy schedules. MarketBeam helps solve those problems.

What do you like best about the product?
MarketBeam goes beyond social media for your company. I can post directly for my "influencers" (aka Co-Ceos, Practice Managers, etc). I can also notify the rest of the team of when to like, share, or reshare certain posts. It's allows me to be in control instead of continually reminding people to be active on LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be spacing issues with tagging companies and individuals. However, MarketBeam is very responsive to the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting directly to influencer pages instead of asking them to do it for me or receiving their log in.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and immediate results. Simply get employees connected and you are off. At my last company, we saw 40X+ increase in social activity as a result of MarketBeam. In my current company, we are seeing 12-15X in just month two!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little buggy at sign-up. This is likely a function of both the LinkedIn connector and MarketBeam code. But all the problems get resolved and support is responsive/
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do it. Employees are generally receptive (don't require it but give them the option to participate and 90% will) and the economic value is huge. It also ensures prospects are very familiar with your company.

Getting SOV in social is tough if you are a B2B challenger brand. MB leverages the networks of employees and investors to level the playing field versus the biggest spending brands. Employees often MEAN TO SHARE company posts, but don't get around to it. MB solves this problem.
