What do you like best about the product?
I have been using eveyoneSochial to promote and advocate for TELUS. As a team member who strongly believes in the values of my organization, it's amazing tohave a tool that has uplifted my social media presence so positively and with such ease. I absolutely recommend this app to every team member whenever I get a chance. It's a game-changer when it comes to spreading the message and mission of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love better understant how I can create some amazing content to share myself, perhaps having a little bit more guidance or pre-aproved templates and images in the compose section to help create content would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, we can post with confidence, knowing that our message is clear and impactful, without spending hours trying to create or proofread our content.

What do you like best about the product?
EveryoneSocial is an amazing employee advocacy tool that allows us to push content to our employees and empower them to share content. In our B2B environement, our employees want to share company content but often don't know what to say or post. EveryoneSocial allows us to aggregate content for employees and we're even able to provide multiple copy options so we have a variety of keywords, phrases, and text to go along with each post. With the always changing social media algorithms (for us, particutlarly on LinkedIn), we're able to expand our reach well beyond our followers with our employee advocactes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part of EveryoneSocial is ensuring employees are sharing content. The challenges are less about the tool itself and more about the internal plans and time to continuously encourage employees to share content. We often see the same core group of employees sharing content from EveryoneSocial and while we host monthly contests to encourage others to particpate, it's a challenge to get casual social media users to participate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before EveryoneSocial, we were emailing out text for employees to copy and paste into social media posts. This was highly ineffective and resulted in very few shares.

What do you like best about the product?
- Leaderboards help me to keep posting more regularly. - Having shareable content ready to go is useful when I am strapped for time and don't know what to post about. - Can easily share content for others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes points don't tally up correctly which, for someone in sales, defeats the point as we are a competitive bunch. - Cannot tag individual people on posts meaning you have to edit the post once it's on the social site. - Cannot post in LinkedIn groups. That would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ES makes it easier for people to post content. Specifically, for salespeople, it makes sharing industry-specific content easier. Gamification helps people post more regularly as well.

What do you like best about the product?
EveryoneSocial makes it easy for employees to share company news with their networks using suggested post copy at the click of a button. With their unique points system, you can also take it one step further and create a competition, which we did around a major company announcement. This way, we could track and reward employee engagement, and incentivize external sharing to further spread our news. EveryoneSocial is a great tool for any internal and external comms team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay-per-seat platform makes it tricky to make available to your entire employee base on a budget. To utilize the platform to its fullest, you should plan to budget accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EveryoneSocial helped us reach untapped networks utilizing our own employees that previously either didn't share company news frequently or didn't know the best way to communicate an announcement. EveryoneSocial helps us to provide structure to those who want it, or simply a gentle reminder for those who don't.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find content and share from within the platform. I also really like that there can be multiple ready-made captions and that it gives you the option to personalize them yourself if you prefer. Additionally, I like that anyone can post something they find interesting for colleagues to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work closely with the social team and it can be difficult for them to get employees to use the tool. We've seen that there is only a small percentage of people who log in and share a post using EveryoneSocial. So while EveryoneSocial is great, you'll have to work hard on an internal plan to get as many employees as possible to use it frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a large company and EveryoneSocial allows me to see what we're doing at a global scale. Employees can be focused on a specific project, but EveryoneSocial allows anyone to post something that employees can share - a new product launch, a new survey, awards, videos, etc.
