What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to review vetted and already drafted posts ready for each of the major social media platforms. I can add text to the intro to personalize it or use the pre-populated text. I have the option to select which social media platforms of mine I want to post to. I love the option to schedule a posting time so when I have time, I review, select and draft multiple posts and schedule each for a different day of the week. The whole process of promoting your company couldn't be easier!

What do you dislike about the product?
That I need to login each time - I have so many accounts and so many passwords already for various work applications and then add my personal applications (banking, social media, email accounts, shopping sites, etc) to that it's one more headache to try and remember yet another login and password. I wish I could login just once on each device (phone, work computer, personal computer) and not have to login again. Or even better to ensure security would be an option to use fingerprint or face ID.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely a huge time-saver. I wouldn't have time to vet content and draft my own posts for social media as often as what I can post on DSMN8. The platform makes it so easy to take just a few minutes a day or week to put together a number of posts to ensure I have regular content on my LinkedIn.

I love that I am able to decide the images and the copy that I want to use for each post and it seemlessly integrates with the social media channels that I use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I actually wish that there was more content that I can post. Not every post needs to be an image, or video. It can actually just be copy too. I also dislike that the social media outlets to post are limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of cohesion between what is going on with the company and what each employee is posting. I believe we get more engagement and information to the masses and employees when we post in unison, and comment and like all Abbott social media post from different divisions. This creates organic growth and puts employees in the know-how of what is going on with Abbott. News travels faster on social media then on TV and youtube.

What do you like best about the product?
I like DSMN8 because it is very easy to use and also creates high value for the company and also for my posts - therefore for my LinkedIn profile. I once used another platform in one of my previous jobs but it was confused and not that nice the interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
For now there´s nothing I dislike. I would just like the platform to recomend us the best times to post, I can see sometimes it suggests the same time, I would like it to be more spreaded out.

DSMN8 keeps my profile active (as I´m a recuiter this is quite important) but also the company I work for with very interesting articles. DSMN8 makes it sounds less commercial and more informative to my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to schedule all of your postings across all of your social media platforms from one site. The calendar functionality allows you to easily see your postings and the viewer stats behind it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike within DSMN8. It has great functionality that covers all of my social media posting needs, all in one easy to use platform.

The upside of using DSMN8 is that is easy to use. Everybody can use the software and it's easy to connect to your linkedin profile. This make the use accesable and user friendly

There are downsides of DSMN8. Because its so easy to use you have to make sure you personlize the post on linkedin because all youre collega's are posting the same.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that there is multiple suggestions of photos and posts so that not all of my coworkers and I are sharing the exact same posts just same content but unique posts. I really enjoy being able to easily just suggest posts and have others in the company reshare it. I like being to like posts through there and resharing posts through the platform as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make posts with more than 1 photo and also change the order of the photos. Allowing me to add more content to my posts would make them more popular I believe.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that DSMN8 is increasing our company branding. It is also bringing a lot more traction to my Linkedin page as well as my coworkers' which is in turn bringing us more hires at NXP. Since I personally work in talent acquisition, having more followers, applicants, and increasing brand awareness are all crucical parts to make my job successful.

timing posts so i can line up a weeks worth of content to be put out every day in an extremely easy to use way! i assumed something like this would be so much more complex that it is. I can log in at the beginning of the week and thats it. my week of content is done

nothing, its a great tool for expanding my network! i am still fairly new to this tool soi have very few criticms. it would be nice to arrange content for the next 2 weeks maybe instead of just 1

DSMN8 is a very convenient tool to help you share company approved content on social media platforms. I get regular updates on content via email and with a click of a button I'm able to share the content with my professional social network. The multiple examples for personal thoughts also makes sharing very easy.

Not much to dislike really as I haven't used comparable tools that would help me weigh up the cons . It might help if I receive tips to get more eyes on my posts.

It is very easy to use the DSMN8 platform - easy to create/propose content, easy to share to various platforms (I am only using LinkedIN) and it also has a scheduler so that you don't have to bother with logging in at a good moment to share a post (you can schedule it for a certain time beforehand).

I have been using the DSMN8 web application/tool for aproximatively 1 month. So far, I have not encountered any issues or other aspects that I can say I dislike about DSMN8.

The dashboard/homepage is very navigatable, and the system is very intuitive. Those who haven't used any social media platform before (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) will easily navigate the different internal pages. I think my experience as an employee user is very dependent on how well my company's DSMN8 admins know and use the tool. When they have messed things up, it has interrupted post automation and other things.

It is asy to use, and really intiutive. It displays a variety of items to select from in a single page. Allows the specifications of areas of interest. In that way the information is of value to the user.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of the sharing automation feature. When I have some free time, I love viewing my feed to find new content that I can program to share the next day. It suits my lifetime

I don't enjoy using the platform, mainly because of the not-very-friendly user experience. It is not very inspiring the way new feed content is shared. Filters are not intuitive to use, and I don't feel like the platform knows me any better (I have been using it for almost two years now).

I liked the fact that all I had to do was log in and click a few buttons. next thing I know I'm getting content for my linked In page. Very easy. This helps with my exposure to clients and prospects.

I realized I was not having content posted so I went into our team site. There I saw where My subscription had run out. I don't know why that happened but had to relog in and looks to be working now.

DSMN8 provides an interface that is easy to understand and very intuitive, the websites load fast and the desin is very appealing. I like most that it sticks to this "old" Facebook style which provides good functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would the the AI (if there is one) to be more efficient in displaying "my topics" on top. E.g., I am mostly interested in healthcare and science information and news, yet, other "big topics and posts" are usually populating the top of my page.

Having a platform on which latest news can be shared across the entire firm. This keeps e-mail boxes clean and eases the access compared to intranet pages. I really like that all employees have access to it.

What do you like best about the product?
The DSMN8 is the best tool for the one Tool for all our social media posts. It was really helpful to enhance the campaign for our customers. Compared to other tools, it is so secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post is not getting logged in to our social media accounts. i,e; IF wanted to post the message to LinkedIn and facebook, it is posted only on LinkedIn not on facebook. There will be a minor bug to fix the issue.

Every once in a while my settings aren't saved and I have to re-apply filters upon login, but this may not be a product shortcoming - very well could be a configuration limitation in our organization.

I like exciting content and the possibility of impacting a bigger audience. It's great to know every post positively impacts the company, and you can program your posts. It's a fantastic tool. I don't have to invest a lot of time in that.

One of the upsides is the company content provided. I have experienced quite a bit of success posting content provided to post on LinkedIn. These posts are vetted by my company and are 100% approved to share. I can always add comments on top of posts and have experienced quite a bit of success.

I like the auto-posting but prefer an e-mail with the post; you can click yes or no to send it. It would also be nice to have content created for my local market.
