What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use both as an administrator and for those that you are requesting signatures from. Setting up an account is simple and efficient making collecting signatures fairly streamlined and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of integrations available, but the functionality of utilizing the forms functions did not align with our needs from an HR perspective in trying to utilize this function to create forms for the organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Signeasy when we went remote during the pandemic and it has been a helpful tool to enable us to continue to allow staff to utilize hybrid schedules. Additionally, we have expanded our community based staff significantly over the last few years and Signeasy has been indispensable in that effort.

The unlimited templates and ease of use. I like the fact we can share templates across the board with the tea. I also like the data insights. Helps me remember why i went paperless

Some glitches that come up but are addressed later. Nothing i dont like, i do wish we could create bundled documents or items like multiple templates into one packet.

Paperless era due to COVID. Helping us hire more efficiently and less paper work for our HR department. I can locate documents in one centralized location vs. paper being misplaced or lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized and intuitive. I feel like it didn't take me too long to play around and figure things out on my own! I have not used other digital document providers but I feel like Signeasy has everything I need!

What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to figure out how to make myself a signer without sending the document to myself through my personal email address. I also wish there was a way to send the same document out to a list of people without having to send out individual requests. All of that being said, there may be these functions and I have just not figured them out yet!

For the grant that I manage, I am required to chair a task force and have active members. I am currently using Signeasy to send Partnership Agreements to our community partners so we can easily show our funders that we have support from our stakeholders!

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Signeasy, the signing processes are fast, easy (for both the user and the signer) and pleasant. Thanks to Signeasy, the process is equally easy, no matter how many documents or signers are. It's also easy to keep track of the signing process and the documents' order. And best of all: it allows you to change the signers' email without voiding the process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two things that could be better: 1) when you have to go back from adding fields, the message for signers disappears so you have to write it again; and, 2) when you add another document is hard to know which is the new one

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signeasy saves us: 1) all the time that it would take to coordinate a meeting with all the signers or to receive a signed copy from each of them; and 2) the need of having to print and archive the signed documents (which is excellent both for the office and for the environment)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to add my documents and the signing fields. It's so easy, I was able to train all of the office staff how to use it in less than an hour!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more features offered with the lower packages. As an office of only 4, we only require 1 login, and some of the features on the higher packages would be nice, but we can't justify the extra costs. Also, it's been very difficult to log in lately, I enter the correct password and user name several times and the screen keeps resetting to the log in. I have to reset my cookies and history every time I want to log into the program.

A lot of our customers don't have the means to print out our documents and sign and return to us (no printer or no scanner). And then there are the ones that can't even sign in the correct areas! Signeasy allows us to make the fields and send them to the customers, and our customers don't have to download any special program; they just sign and go. So much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Signeasy is so simple that even our lease tech savvy vendors can use the software program. there are no special technology skills necessary to use the program, either as a signer or as someone that is issuing documents for signature. The cost by comparison to other signing programs is minimal and it massively speeds up contract reviewing time and the execution process since vendors no longer need to print and scan. It's greener and it also allows us to receive the fully executed document back instead of just a signature page.

No downsides - we are very satisfied with the program

it significantly speeds of contract review/execution. it allows us to receive signed forms back faster than traditional methods. It's greener, wastes less paper and allows us to receive a full contract back instead of just a signature page.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is helpful and responds pretty swiftly via email. The monthly subscription is pretty decent for one user.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I send documents to be signed and completed, sometimes the signer lets me know that SignEasy kicked them out of completing the documents, then I have to often resend it. I also don't like that I have to input one-signer's email for each document that I send. I would like to send a list of documents and only have to enter their email and name once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I added a new seat to my account, but I was unaware that it would cost another $40 to add a chair, the pricing list when I added the extra seat didn't give me that price. So, I am working on getting this problem fixed as of now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Signeasy has a Google Drive/Sheets/Doc interface that I can email directly from and request signatures on sent pdf copies. I can also drag/drop with ease. I like the color coding of signers and the ability to duplicate fields on following pages.

Not having the ability to download my contacts from iOS (at least on desktop) I also dislike that I cannot go backward to edit introductions, receipients, etc. If I go back - I lose EVERYTHING - there is probably a workaround or BKM for avoiding this - but I shouldn't have to think about it.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Signeasy for in-person model release forms for our creative agency. It was easy to set up a template and complete signing off of an iPad. We were then able to connect our Signeasy account to DropBox using Zapier to store all of the releases seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing when sending documents for signing electronically from the iPad or mobile app. The request goes out to the individual but tracking if they've signed it or not can be confusing.

We needed a program for in-person signing primarily, for those purposes the program works great! We input the user through the template and they receive a copy to their email.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in a digital, electronic world. Most people do not want to, or simply cannot, print manual forms anymore to fill out and return. Filling out forms electronically and just clicking a button to send information to the people who need it to fullfill customer needs, especially when it's information needed before they are able to close on the purchase or sale of a home, makes it so much more convenient in our already hectic world. It saves the customers time and effort, which in turn gets the service provider the information they need to do the job quicker! Its a win-win for everyone!

Since ALL boxes must be filled in before a customer is allowed to proceed with with filling out a form is a small inconvenience. There are lots of areas that will be non-applicable to customer, and if they dont think to type N/A, the software wont let them complete and send the form. I believe if they were able to leave the form blank if its non applicable, they should be allowed to leave it blank and move on.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and efficient to use. Staff have to register an account, but it is fairly quick. It is very helpful for collecting staff signatures remotely and easy to send reminders. The system will send you an e mail when all the signatures are collected. It serves its purpose well.

The form tool could use some functionality updates such that it could be better utilized for our purposes. There are some limitations of the functionality, but as far as collecting signatures, it does the job very effectively.

The inability to create one PDF file when downloading the documents (when sending multiple pdf's to be signed). If there are multiple PDF files, the download does not create 1 single PDF file when downloading along with the certificate.

I love how clean their UI is. It doesn't require training. You can start using it right out of the box. I was able to create professional-looking templates and share them with my team without hesitation. They asked for feedback and created updates within a short time including much of what I suggested as new features.

At first, there seemed to be several technical issues causing confusion for my team. But their support staff quickly helped me identify these issues and resolve them. (Most of which were user errors.)

I find the best thing about sign easy is the ease of uploading documents straight from google drive and the signing fields are super easy to include. Cheaper than most competition but I don't notice any lack of quality from this, if anything it's more straight forward than others. Great for our non-profit without a huge budget.

Uploading from google docs doesn't work well on the app, which is a typical apple thing but it can be annoying as i work in the office on an IPad, I would save sign easy work for at home when I had my desktop for ease of use.

Signeasy is simple to use, integrates with my company's HRIS (Freshteam), and is more affordable than its better known competitors. It generates digital signature certificates and tracks all signees' data in an easily searchable way.

No paper chase. Everything is done electronically and tracked electronically.

It does not allow a "team" to share documents within the program. Each member, signeasy is individualized. The ability to share would be helpful in some instances. Signeasy allows the saving of templates specific to a document that might get reused. In our utilization, every document uses the same 4 or 5 fields to send the documents for signature. If we could save a template of fields usable on any document, that would be a tremendous time saver in our application.

What do you like best about the product?
Signeasy's platform is easy to understand and use. I love that I get to see all documents sent by me and the ones that are sent to me, that way not only is Signeasy the tool to send documents but helps in keeping them all organized. I also like the feature of two-factor authenticator, helps give us more security at sending the documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to not have to choose before uploading the document whether it's being signed by me or being sent to others! It's happened to me that I'm signing the document but because I uploaded it and did not choose the "I'm signing" option, it automatically chooses sending and I have to upload it again and choose the "I'm signing" option.

As a business, we have to send daily a lot of documents to be signed. If we were signing them on paper first, it would be chaotically so much printed paper; second, our archive would have to be huge and searching documents would not be as easy as control + F; and third, having to recollect the signatures would take us at least triple the time. I like that you can connect your contact list to Signeasy for easy submissions. The dashboard is nicely laid out as well.

I find it very frustrating that if there is an issue with a page or signature field, you have to start all over again from scratch. It takes a lot of time to manually re-enter all the fields. And yes, there is an option to automatically put each field on every page, but if the page orientation or sizes (e.g. photo of a receipt) is different, the signature field will be off the page and you won't be able to see it to sign or move. I have reached out to customer service and have been told essentially it is how it is. About 50% of the time I have trouble uploading the files to be approved.

What do you like best about the product?
Signeasy has all of the components I need without a lot of confusion. They have good customer service and were willing to work with me on some special needs I had.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that can be a little tricky is in creating a new form to be signed, if you don't look at it closely, you could end up assigning fields to the wrong person. Also, I haven't figured out how to get the forms to come to and from Google Drive although I know there should be a way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with our HR software, and sends me email notifications once the documents have been signed. I also like the option to either create fields or to just send the document.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see what other members of my team send as an admin account. This way I could access signed documents that others have sent with the account.

We aid small ENPOs with Human Resource support, so we send out a lot of documents. Having an unlimited amount of sends is great and it also simplifies the process for other employers that may not be very tech savvy.

It is so intuitive and simple to use. No training was required and it has made the signature process easy and efficient. I feel that it distinguishes itself from the competition in this way.

What do you like best about the product?
A simple way to get signatures for documents. Easy and intuitive ways to add spaces for signatures, dates, check marks and more for both the signer and the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides to sign easy would be how I can't seem to find a way to add a password or verification for the signer's end. I want to add a simple keyword to verify the signer even if they click the link in the email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the issue of having to print out a document, having to physically either go to the person or have them meet with me to sign the form, and rescanning it for my online record keeping. Signeasy helps keep it all digital and speeds up the process for the signer.

Not overly complicated with a ton of useless features. Has the basic needs and simple workflows without skimping on end user experience. For the price, it blows the competitors out of the water.

Would like to see options for creating forms with treed if this, then require this to be filled out. And possibly an option to attach images or documents. Otherwise, I can't say much negatively about Sign Easy.

The interface is really very intuitive. Even users that aren't technically adept have been able to jump into the service and use it quickly with minimal support.

We have adapted signeasy to serve as an invoice processing instead of just contractual signoff tool. The rigidity of contracts hinders the attempts at correcting items however it is mandatory for the service's primary purpose.

Signeasy is making it much easier for us to process invoices for payment to outside vendors as well as getting simple contracts signed off. Signeasy tracks the items and statuses making it easy to see if you need to follow up on any items before they reach a critically point.

What do you like best about the product?
The process that sign easy has helps to make things as simple as it can be. It outlines plainly where to edit for certain signers and provides an efficient way to fill out a form or sign a document.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was a little bit of a learning curve with how you were to sign a document. Understanding it now isn't a problem, but to new users, when you have to click send now to then sign a document can be a little nerve wracking if the docuemnt has already been sent before the signing order was sent.

Sign easy benefits me through the draft documents that can be saved and then submitted to a small team for signatures. They provide the tools needed to make something that in the past took me 20 minutes to do, less than 5.

The "reminders" option can be used to send the counterparties a fresh link to the respective contracts. The storage of the Agreements is very reliable (in all stages of the Contract-Lifecycle).

Frequent lagging issues; Multiple (more than 2) users using SignEasy from within the same Company and account may lead to further lagging.
