You can do everything needed from pdf filler from create odit to sign or send to be signed to file , email etc it's very easy to understand and use as well as affordable

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and became a valuable tool to fill in PDF's that required data entry. I especially liked the e-sign feature which allowed me to not only work on the document in the platform but to send the completed doc for signature. I was able to route the signing in the preferred order and automatically received an email notification once signed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although using the product is pretty intuitive, there were a couple of occasions I wanted guidance and it was not to be had. The online click-for-help feature didn't yield anyone. I waited for up to 20 minutes without an update on my hold time or order of the queue. There was nobody live to help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esign for contracts and acknowledgment documents, and completing data entry for forms received. It was a challenge to print, complete data entry, scan in documents and email back to interested parties. This service helped to create more professional final products. The ability to house my completed and signed documents in my dashboard was helpful to keep track of what was still pending and what was completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how airSlate's pdfFiller streamlines and simplifies my transaction coordination process! The editing tools are incredibly helpful for quickly inserting text, automatically filling in data forms or correcting errors. I'm also grateful for the ability to merge and split documents, as well as rearrange and delete pages, with just a few clicks. MagicFiller has also saved me a lot of time by automatically inserting text fields into even complex documents. I can also easily search large PDF collections in seconds using this intuitive platform - giving me unparalleled control over document organisation both locally and across a network of users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the navigation in airSlate's pdfFiller. Its complex folder system and inability to send a personalised message when resending documents makes it difficult to use effectively for multiple service providers. There is also no way to create subfolders or categorise stored data, which can be confusing for users trying to find specific files on their mobile devices.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With airSlate's pdfFiller, I no longer have to waste time manually creating and distributing PDFs. With the pre-designed templates available, I can quickly create documents using the personalised editing tools provided without stress or hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it was to open any PDF document and complete the fields. This was important where the usual text option in Adobe could not be used. It enabled me to complete important documents which required professional standards. While I had limited use each month a paid subscription was really worth it. The support team was really quick in responding to questions and the online chat was also very good. Definetely have no hesitation in providing this review

Didn't find any issues at all with pdfFiller. It was simple and easy to import documents, amend them and export them.

A bit tedious when it comes to editing the document. you would have to edit it in a word format and then proceed again with converting it to PDF format. It's a little bit too many clicks for my liking

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.

One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download

I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.

I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.

PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send links to clients for fillable forms is priceless. Affordable, fairly easy to use for clients once the forms are all setup. Great notification process.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isn't great honestly. It can be a bit clunky when making edits to existing forms, but once you get the hang of it, you're usually fine. I've had to mess around a lot with it to get those forms but it also stores the responses nicely (we don't use that feature honestly - we just PDFFiller email us a copy.

We use this for our all our welcome forms, HIPPA acceptance and other financial agreements. It has helped eliminate all our paper in office which is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
pdfFiller allows my school to efficiently collect and keep track of important enrollment and medical documents that are sent to us by our students' parents. It also makes creating and editing new fillable PDF documents on the fly relatively easy. It's a well-designed app/program and I'm glad we're able to use it for our e-filing purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't require you to mark as read literally every single uploaded file in an envelope in order for the entire envelope to be marked as read, if that makes sense. This leads to me being unable to tell which files are truly newly uploaded and which are old. I'm always looking for a "Mark All as Read" button that would clear all the orange dots and give me a clean slate for newly uploaded docs. Maybe there is an option for this that I haven't seen yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of our parents having a quick and easy way to transmit important and necessary medical/financial/enrollment documents to us. It saves us a lot of physical leg work trying to get the required documents from the parents. It also saves us a lot of time filing and organizing the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible.

We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

This PDF Filler has been so helpful when invoicing my vendors. So easy to use and save revised. I love the options to save, send, doc u sign. Very easy to give examples to others on how to use it.

I wish the filler matched the font. I need to change it so that it all looks the same. Nothing else really bothers me with this program, I have been using it for a year now.

What do you like best about the product?
The editing PDF feature as it is extremely simple to use and fast to edit my pdfs. I also appreciate the simple layout of the document manager meaning I can see all my previous work.

THe Fonts change, meaning that I must edit more than I would like, if the matching of fonts for fields altered would be spot on then I would have zero complaints

PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.

I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.

I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.

What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off.

Love the ease and efficiency of it. I have used it for so many different things and will continue to do so. I use it for both personal and business and don't feel I'm wasting paper since documents are saved all in one place.

It has the ability to convert from pdf to word. the pricing is reasonable, and the tool does not have a limit on how many documents you can convert. It solves my purpose.

The word formats are wonky when integrated with certain other software. The conversion is not intuitive. I always have to tell myself what steps to take in order for my documents to go through.

What do you like best about the product?
I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

What do you like best about the product?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program. Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller. It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved. Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the actual program extremely easy to use, but when i did happen to need support, the guy, Ray, I was connected to was happy to fulfill my every request and in less than 5 minutes had me back to my project. And my issue was requesting my already processed payment for a whole year subscription be returned and only run for a month. I was prepared to argue and be given every excuse out there just to be let go with a bad taste in my mouth and not helped. Boy was I wrong! Ray was super helpful and more than happy to process my request. I was pleasantly surprised. You just don't find customer service reps like this anymore and it's a shame. I was extremely pleased!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in the Google search it claims to be a free PDF editor but when you get finished with whatever you are working on, mine was 48 pages, before you can save or print the document you are asked to purchase a 1-year subscription.

The program is easy to use, affordable, and customer support is top-notch. What more could you ask for??

I used pdfFiller to edit divorce papers I downloaded from the court clerk's website in another city in my state. I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
For $79 a year, this is an incredible value. It allows you to easily edit and sign any pdf. I really like the signature feature that allows you to store different signatures and initials so you can use them to sign legal documents or anything really. I like having my bosses signature at the ready when our documents need to be signed.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little hard to maneuver around in the document storage section. It could be laid out better to make it easier to find or delete things that you no longer need.

You will use it and you will love it. It is an inexpensive alternative that is easy to use and easy to administer.

One of the biggest problems with pdfs is that they are not easy to edit. pdfFiller takes all that guesswork out of the equation. You can fill in the necessary information on any document, not just pdfs. For example, when filling out applications that you need to sign, you can use your stored signature and create a pdf from a Word document. You can fill in any information into a pdf including your signature, date, application information. We used this extensively during contract season. We receive and negotiate a lot of government contracts that need signatures from many different parties. It saves so much time and back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.

Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.

I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

I love pdffiller because it saves me time and effort. I don't have to worry about having a physical printer or printing supplies, I can complete worksheets and forms without frustrations with formatting and I don't have to search for plug ins, download random file viewer apps or file conversion extensions. It's the best one stop shop for editing anything PDF.

The user interface isn't the most inviting. There are A LOT of options and not all are named in a way that reflects their function or how the features differ from one another. There's a learning curve to being proficient with the features and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is easily the most significant advantage of working with pdf filler. Not being a very tech-savvy person, I was initially quite worried as I have had issues in the past, but pdf filler is so simple to use I was thrilled to be able to log in and get to work right away.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one shortfall I haven't been able to address is to have the erase feature default to the 'eraser' option as I find it easier to work with, so I have one extra button to click when I need to use this function, but this is a minor issue in comparison to all the other great features and things you can do when using it.

Well worth the money! Strongly recommend this product to any business or even personal or student user.

PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer.

My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back.

Minor issue. Site does mnot remember me, even after checking "remember me" on sign-in. Also, it appears I can only save a doc in pdf form, which is limiting, if true. Oh. Creating fillable fields doesn't seem to allow me to export/save for that use. It may be user error, of course.

I really like the fact that i could encrypt some of my files for further protection and its added to a folder. you can also create a template and save it so you can use it later

You have to be knowledgeable to use the advanced features, but they do have quick guides that help you figure out how to work them. Unlike other applications where you can search inside the app for files you have on your device; you'd have to update them individually.
