What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use.... I've been able to effectively create and keep my business documents updated. My need to reach out to Customer Service has been "few and far between". But when I do need assistance they've been wonderful. My last experience with Marco Chisari was great and he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a downside.... the Product works great / Customer Service is wonderful / and the price is reasonable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an easy way to reach a clear business arraingement with Customers that are typically elderly, and not technically savvy. Legal Esign offers a perfect platform for this hurdle.

From the very first moment I contacted Legalesign to be able to intergrate their service through our chosen CRM, they have been fast, efficiant and go above and beyond to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible. The main hurdle that Legalesign helps us to overcome is the speed in which we can onboard our agency workers. The fact that Legalesign can help our prospective AW's do this remotely is a huge bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
Legalesign's software is intuitive, flexible, secure and easy to use. But what really sets them apart is their fantastic customer service and compettive pricing. They are both responsive and super helpful demonstrating a real care for their customers. When we integrated Legalesign with a couple of third party solutions as part of business workflows, both Suppliers came back to us commenting on how great Leaglesign were to work with and one has even recommended them on to other customers of theirs.

I have yet to encounter any problems with using Legalesign as they have met all of of our needs.

Legalesign has facilitated the eletronic signing primarily of contracts, both procurement/business related as well as employee contracts, but also consent, participation, and other forms or sign-off required as part of staging a major event.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use. The email notification is very useful when a document is signed as it saves on chekcing the dashboard / status all the time. Also the customer service from the support team is excellant, can assist with an immediately which prevent any delays in the day to day requirements.

There isn't anything in particular I dislike as it serves our company requirements well and serves a a purpose. The only dislike would be if an incorrect email address as be entered you get notified, perhaps this is a feature that I am not aware ff.

Firstly not having to send paper copies out in the mail or via email which benefits greatly given the speed and the effeicent to save the required documents once they have been signed.

What do you like best about the product?
I spent some time trying to find an e-signature platform that provided an e-witness facility but didn't need me to pay for users I didn't need! This was a great find and I have used the platform for simple sign ups where I would have just asked the client to print/ scan and sent back and also for complex transactions. Any difficulties so far have been my own user errors and clients have not said anything negative etc..

What do you dislike about the product?
I had used an incorrect email once and was not notified.

Legalsign is helping me to get a faster turnaround on simple matters like client care letters and also with transactions, make sure that clients sign up correctly and do not have the hassle of coming in to see me or printing and scannitn the many documents for a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
The software allows you to create all kinds of documents requiring signature quickly and with ease. We have had lots of positive feedback from our customers to say how easy it is to now sign our documents. The support team are fantastic and act on any suggestions to improve the system which is great.

I mentioned to the support team today that it would be really useful to have a document counter available on the account so I can keep track of how many documents we have sent against our monthly allowance. They agreed this is a good idea and are going to try and look at implementing this feature on the site.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Legalesign is a great product and they offer very reasonable pricing compared to other names in the market! They also offer different packages for different size companies which is something I have found competitors cannot offer.

We no longer have to keep paper copies of our signed documents and everything is easily accessible from the site. Our customers are also signing and returning these documents a lot quicker than before we started using the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The main reason for signing up to Legalesign, was their excellent certification process for electonic signatures. In a post-pandemic world, legislation for electronic signatures and remote verification has been widely expanded, however it was disappointing to discover that the leading e-sign companies (Adobe, Docusign, etc.) did not cater for simple issues like adding a wtiness or forwarding signature responsability. It was refreshing to see these options available on Legalesign, as well as an exelltent support team to walk you through each feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform UX could be more use friendly, and possibly more aesthetic. Signing on mobile was difficult, once accessed the doc, the desktop view can be small and signing with your finger is too small on most devices. Working on large documents can take a long time. It would be great if Signatories and Witnesses could be added in advance, along with their details (name, address) and therefore drag and drop without updating each time.

The application is easy to navigate. It's customiseable, so the messaging can be tied to our Group culture and communication style. Easy, simple and quick system to use. Very helpful to have the option to change the signer and approver details, as this often needs to be done and is a lot quicker than removing and re-uploading the document. Customer service (Nicholas Morris) was very quick to respond to my online inquiry and offer his help. He also increased our firm's maximum file upload without us having to ask, which will be a great help.

Having the 'signer' and 'sender' fields is confusing for people new to the system. It would be better to have the signer fields alone.

What do you like best about the product?
Legaesign integration with Salesforce is the best part. I and my colleagues use it every day and it makes our job easier and much faster. All the forms match the fields in Salesforce and these fields are filled in automatically once the document is completed. On top, the support I got while we did the integration was amazing. No delays with answers on point.

What do you dislike about the product?
The design of the software as well as the multiple signatures from one email (the feature is not available yet). The two subjects do not affect our work as we did manage to get used to the layout of this software and found a way around the signatures. I am sure these will change in the near future.

If you are looking for a secure software to send documents to your clients, Legalesign is for sure the perfect product. You will also receive quick and accurate support when necessary. To make it even better, you can integrate into Salesforce and your manual work will reduce.

Legalesign helped us have less manual work by having the integration with Salesforce. A plus would also be the fact that we do fewer errors and our customers/clients take responsibility for what they write in the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The continued use of Legalesign for Contract /Agreement signing saves 'so much time obtaining completed documentation. The complete process from start to finish is excellent, with users being very 'friendly' with it, the saving doesn't stop with 'time alone as with today's increasing costs of postage /couriers this makes for a considerable potential saving. Also, Security is paramount, and the risk of 'lost/misplaced documentation is removed. The website /portal is comprehensive and offers various options covering all required 'signing' processes. The Support provision is 'second to none with prompt and informative support available at all times. The help and assistance available alone are worth signing up to Legalesign. They are extremely 'patient' and helpful even in the event of 'anyone daunted by IT and website use. 'The Legalesign portal provides the best options for more 'Complex Work Patterns'

What do you dislike about the product?
What may appear to be a negative is, in fact, a positive aspect. The comprehensive range of options does take some 'getting used to, 'but the benefits override the complexities of the web portal and enable a wide range of options that anybody may need for various signing processes and documents. The fact that the web portal is 'Complex' is beneficial as its potential is 'increased.'

Time-saving is the first problem solved ...along with savings against costs of printing and postage. Also, any issues with delays are solved adequately. Issues around 'Audit Reporting' are removed and allow excellent demonstrable benefits of 'recording of the processes.

Great to have preconfigured templates so we can easily send out our sales contracts, interface is simple and easy to use and its sped up our contract completion time as we no longer need to print, scan, sign and email.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good and user-friendly website, with great customer service and technical support. We are a completely paperless business now, whereby legal e sign plays an important part, especially made possible as documents can be signed remotely.

What do you dislike about the product?
With more businesses becoming paperless it would be useful for the size of the files to be increased and the number of documents uploaded in one go to also be increased. Also uploading documents in a specific order requires to be uploaded one at a time instead of pulling several in one go and it being ordered alphabetically (or how it is ordered in file explorer). So that aspect can be tedious especially as the month-end comes I have up to 800 documents to upload for authorisation.

The benefits are as said before, working as a paperless office and having documents signed either by colleagues working remotely or can be sent to clients for signing saving on paper printing and postage.

What do you like best about the product?
Legalesign is great for long and complex documents that require a number of signers and witnesses. I love that you can also set up templates and send to numerous people and save various different documents that are teed up and ready to go into an envelope for checking by another party before sending. Legalesign is the perfect tool for any law firm that undertakes a lot of document signing work. It's far superior to the likes of Docusign and Signable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send large documents out for signing and witnessing on behalf of clients. The dashboard then allows us to track the signatures and chase those who haven't signed. The tagging system is also good for tagging documents - this means we are able to search for them later on. Nicholas Morris was also super helpful in his demonstration to me and showed me many things to make my life easier. I didn't realise you could have up to 99 signatures on a document and most recently that you can now be an approver of documents which will allow me to add the date at the end once the document has been signed. This means I won't need to download and upload into Adobe PDF for dating.

We tried many well-known services, and none provided us with the flexibility or support we needed. Legalesign is different, very different. Legalesign was very flexible for our various brands’ needs. The set-up process and intuitive nature of the programming have been a tremendous asset to our company. Legalesign has allowed us to simplify the onboarding process for our franchisees, and we have extended its use to all of our development deals. If there are any problems, the Helpdesk has always been outstanding. To say that they are very responsive is a vast understatement. They responded immediately and were all extremely knowledgeable, experienced, patient, helpful, and generally friendly people. Their competitors provide little to no additional support. One competitor even referred us repeatedly to one of their web pages for answers (which unfortunately was not updated to match their current program). Finally, the witness verification process with Legalesign is the only system we would trust. In fact, that was the final determining factor when we started with Legalesign. In some test runs, we were able to circumvent the verification measures used by some well-known services. As the company's Legal Department, it was unacceptable to have a program that created agreements that we may not be able to enforce. We highly recommend Legalesign to any professional service or business firm.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we dislike about Legalesign. There was a learning curve when we started using the program, but the program is very intuitive and the Helpdesk is amazing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legalesign helped us to resolve three problems. First, many of our agreements were being sent by overnight courier. Legalesign has dramatically reduced our costs. Second, many of our agreements were not being executed in a timely fashion. Legalesign has reduced the turnaround time on agreements by well over one week. Finally, we were not obtaining all of the necessary signatures on agreements and sometimes had to wait for months until they were all provided. Legalesign ensures that we have all of the signatures before the agreements can be processed.

What do you like best about the product?
We where recommended Legalesign by our software company. We had looked into other e- sign companies who where more expensive. Right from my first telephone call with Andreea, I knew we had made the right decision. Andreea offered us a trial and some one to one training before we even signed up. With all new products we have had some teething problems, mainly due to my lack of IT skills. But Nicholas and Andreea where always available to help me and I never waited more than an hour for a response. Highly recommend this friendly company.

The coding, not Legalesign fault, just can be tricky to get your head round. But Andreea did offer a service where our documents could be loaded by them.

Onboarding was made simple as Nick helped us choose the most suitable package for our business, and the support from Andreaa is consistently great with most (if not all) queries answered within 24 hours. The software itself is very simple to use and makes sending and tracking documents really easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes, however as is the case with any software, there are one or two features that would be useful which aren't currently available. Having multiple signer experiences is a great feature, however for some signer roles (for example that of an Approver), subject lines aren't yet customisable. It would be ideal if subject lines were always customisable regardless of the signer experience or signer role. I have fed this back and the customer success team did recently add it onto their feature suggestion list, so hopefully it'll be implemented in the future!

What do you like best about the product?
We are a firm of solicitors and have been looking for an e-signing product for some time. This UK-based company ticks all the boxes and we welcome the opportunity to recommend them. It does everything a law firm needs from electronic signing perspective to include the witnessing of documents and all at a very competitive price. The UK based support are knowledgeable and easily contactable. None of the call back procedures /set up you get with DocuSign where you have to wait for a call back and when you do get it you are away from your desk.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am afraid there are no downsides. If I have to pick something, you cannot contact them 24 hours a day. I think they close at 6 PM but then so do we!

What do you like best about the product?
We tested many products to find something that did everything that we needed, and Legalesign is exactly what we were looking for. We can bulk send, mail merge, attach extra files and send a personalised message in addition to getting a documents signed. Andreea could not have been more helpful or patient. We received prompt responses to every question, even before we signed up, and a check up to make sure we had everything we needed once we got started.

I would have liked a bulk send preview but we tested with a couple of complimentary send credits

If you are not 100% sure if this is the product for you, speak to the team. It was not immediately obvious that certain features were available, but this is a very clever product and it can do more than it seems initially

Previously we had to manually merge, print, stuff and label envelopes and drive to the post office – we then had to rely on customers having a scanner or being willing to post back signed contracts at their cost. What do you like best about the product?
We chose Legalesign as it allowed us to collect witnesses signatures digitally where platforms like Docusign have previously failed us. It's also very helpful that they're UK based and have ISO27001 compliance. Having 2FA security on login is also great for peace of mind.

It can be a little fiddly to setup documents when you try for the first time, but the learning curve isn't too steep and once you've understood the commands it's a much more full-featured and flexible solution than the alternatives.

From the initial contact right through to today, Nick and the support team have been super helpful: quick with responses, friendly, and always following up. It's certainly saved us time in getting documents signed, stored securely and in a more environmentally friendly way!

The software is amazing and easy to use and has a full audit trial including location signed from. And if there is ever a problem the support and training department is AMAZING also. Nicholas Morris went beyond the call of duty during my testing stage because he even helped me outside of office hours just to get an important document sent. First question was "How likely is it that you would recommend Legalesign to a friend or colleague?" Well, I already have and she has signed up also.
