What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Docusign to send out documents specifically on my department Order Forms and Scope of Work that collects, e-signature on a daily basis. What I really like about it is the notification functions wherein if I am the one who owns the document I will know if the order form has been opened and signed because the notification will come through to my email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Docusign is really doing its best for its purpose. However, there are times that notifications are not being received timely. There are instances that I won't get any notifications so I won't have visibility in knowing if my customer has laready received or viwed the document. But these is very rare.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, one of the issues is on how you will best monitor your sales progress. If I am still doing a manual sending of Order Forms and SOW's then I will have zero visibility on the status of my sales. This what Docusigns solves for every sales advocate, to ensure that all documents are kept and making sure that you have realtime notifications, being integrated to other tools we are using and by means of this, it saves my time and I am ahead with every sales I will need to close.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign is a very intuitive and well designed e-signing product. Our staff picked up the usage of it right away and it didn't require a ton of training. Clients are able to use the envelopes without issue and we rarely if ever hear complaints about confusion on how to e-sign. Lot of versatility and control within the product to get whatever you need e-signed sent out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. DocuSign is the leader of the e-sign space and they know it so they charge accordingly. For what the product does it is absurdly expensive. They also you thousands extra for security features like SSO, which in this day and age of needing to beef up security everywhere is very dissappointing this isn't just included. DocuSign is a very good product, just keep in mind you will be paying for it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign allows us to get signatures out to clients for important and time sensitive documents per our regulations. It's also handy when trying to line up a time for the client to come into a branch is hard to do. It keeps our workflows and processes working smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
We have staff & clients in several counties, and using DocuSign to have various forms and documents signed allows our staff to focus on work to be done without having to spend a lot of time traveling around, and use a lot of paper/ink printing out those forms and documents, and spend even more time scanning them back in. DocuSign is easy to use, intuitive, and the cost is reasonable. Creating templates for staff to use for common forms is also easy, helpful and a time saver for them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say 'dislike', but there are a few features that would be helpful. Such as, if the same person is set to sign on several pages, why do they have to go to each page? How about a way to say "sign all"? (and if there is a way I apologize, as clearly I don't know about it!)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign is saving us time - travel and scanning; and cost - no need for paper and ink. Especially handy if the person(s) who need to sign aren't local - no need to email papers, just send them via DocuSign and they are easy to sign & come right back. And their Power Forms option makes it easy for common, repetitive forms used by many staff (such as security documents for systems access).

What do you like best about the product?
I work with a lot of our members and sometimes I have to send quite a few documents for signature and approval. I love that I can create a teamplate and then just send it out based on the approval needs. I also like that I can copy or forward the document to another party without the need to download the document and resent.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything, an improvement could be to be able to edit the document if you make a mistake, or to be able to remove a page if we see there's a blank page or a page that is not needed once the template was created. Besides that, it works well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to send 15 - 20 different emails from my email server, I also do not have to download the document or rename it over and over to be able to select the feilds that the reciepient needs to complete. It is very easy to use and the templates feature really makes my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We needed to streamline our very time consuming processes we had in place for paper management. Prior to DocuSign, a form was created by hand and signatures were added as the individual form was passed from one approver to the next, there could be upwords of 100 documents needing approval at one time, each requiring 6 signatures. Not only this process but also the management of yearly contracts for 350+ staff. A single staff member would create all the contracts and then personally visit each building to obtain signatures from employees. The contracts were then signed by a Director and then signed by a Board Member. This took weeks to accomplish. Now, thanks to DocuSign, contracts are created in a day, emailed out, and signatures are obtained with a click of a button for all parties. DocuSign has saved time and effort for our very busy workplace.

What do you dislike about the product?
DocuSign does not integrate with our current software system to be able to house the signed contracts within a staff members individual electronic employment file. Unfortunately, we have some work still left to be done on housing an employees state mandated employment file digitally. This forces us to continue to print hard copies of all materials needed for an employment file and file them by hand. We understand that taking the process digital through DocuSign should elimiate the need to print hard copies, however that is not the case for our government agency. DocuSign would save us time by being able to print an entire batch of contracts with a click of a button. For example, a batch of 300+ contracts sent out at one time via bulk send will all need to be individually printed out. We currently have to print the individual contracts as they come in, which takes hours/days to complete. With the new Batch Feature through DocuSign, our agency would greatly benefit from a "Print Batch" option.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had entirely too much paperwork still being completed on an individual basis by hand. DocuSign has changed the way we do business, making our processes streamlined and effecient. We are able to complete tasks that would have taken up to a month before within a matter of minutes now. We still work hard every day to come up with more ways we can utilize DocuSign and change our way procedures for the better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how direct Docusign makes assigning signatures and data points in contracts. The product looks official when you see it, and of course, the name is well known. Your clients feel safe opening and signing when they receive something from Docusign. It can be quite easy to figure out as a beginner.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing has become so outrageous compared to its competitors. I never even thought to look at another product until this year. I have been using Docusign in my business for about 5 years+. I knew of other products, but I was comfortable and happy. Until the bill kept increasing and increasing and the sales calls were getting more obnoxious. I paid a sizable upgrade fee that doubled our bill (this was our second upgrade so that we could also have more users), and then received an email within 2 months saying I was trending to be out of envelopes and I should consider buying a bigger package. It really put a bad taste in my mouth that I had to almost triple my bill in just 1 years time. These envelopes are digital items, not physical copies. the fact that you pay for only so many is frustating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an industry where my clients are all remote. DocuSign allowed me to go from closing 5 deals per month, to 15 per month. Becuase people didn't have to drive to my city in order to conduct business. We started using this product pre pandemic, and so when everything shut down, we were sailing right along luckily. My industry is real estate adjacent, so most of my clients have already used DocuSign, so that was an added benefit. There is brand trust already established.

What do you like best about the product?
When we used docusign as a stand-alone system for onboarding, the bulk send feature was highly beneficial. Being able to send 100s of packets at one time was a major time saver and not having to complete all of these steps in-person on the first day is a big time-saver as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not in love with the Salesforce integration. We cannot bulk send without having an understanding of code and the support team was not able to help someone such as myself work through it. It still saves us time and having hte documents link to the employees virtual file is great, but I really wish we could send them all at once or through automation via Salesforce.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for employee onboarding and waiver collection. It saves a lot of time that we would otherwise have to spend printing and auditing each hiring packet individually. Knowing that all fields must be completed in order to complete is wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizationally DocuSign has been a blessing to our company, as it allows us to process documents for signatures, and accuracy, and reliably provide a copy of every document to each and every party that has an interest in the specific form being used. We have a real estate company and prior to DocuSign, we had cases and cases of boxes and spent hours organizing files, looking for a file, or worried about something missing in the files. That is no longer a problem, our records are complete, available, and easily shared across platforms

What do you dislike about the product?
One of our DocUSign tools is DocUSign Transaction Rooms, which uses a color system, made up of Red and Green tabs that allow us to easily see a file that is ready to be approved (Green) or not approved (Red), but on occasion, a user with a lower authority level will work on a document, which also appears as Green, and I would much rather see those documents colored with Yellow to differentiate and bring attention to me as the final signer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocUSign allows our company to work remotely and the ability to have a certified signature on a document speeds up our work load. The DocUSign Transaction Room program, stores the resulting work product for long terms, reducing the need to replicated the files, or convert them to paper and storage sites.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign is an extremely user-friendly as well as well-designed e-signing program. We can easily get the signature of our vendors and staff which are located at different places, which saves a lot of time and effort. What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great for sending documents electronically that require signatures. Great security - ensuring tamper-proof documents. The addition of the Procore Integration is really helpful. Appreciate that the connector updates the status and fills in some pertinent dates and inserts a link to the completed document.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the Procore connector allow for contract revisions using the copy feature in DocuSign, without losing the status and document link in Procore . Sometimes it changes modified envelopes to 'In Person' signing. Still unsure what causes that - it can only be discovered in the Mobile App, but at least I know where to look now!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign seems to be Working with Procore to clean up and minimize bugs with the Procore web connector integration. This connector aides in reducing time spent on one task.

What do you like best about the product?
Although I used what was called Adobe Sign (now called EchoSign) at the time, DocuSign was actually the first one in which I transitioned to using regularly. I liked EchoSign, but a lot of times for e-signatures DocuSign was on the news, promotional emails coming through, the one being talked about during webinars and virtual conferences, and on from there. DocuSign was then the go-to. It was easy to use, had arrows to guide me through the process of digital signatures, and was able to get emails of copies of signed documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although DocuSign is great, the one thing I didn't like about it was all the steps to get the e-signature completed. It's like Step 1, Step 2, Step 3a, Step 3b, Step 3c, Step 4, complete this last process, and then the e-signature is complete. That's too much. Yes DocuSign is a simple e-signature software product to use. With the backend systems I need to simplify what I do as a small-business owner, I'm at a point where I don't need simple processes being made complicated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign is great to use when you're not able to get signatures for contracts, proposals, and other documents in person. It was very helpful on the onset of the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about DocuSign was when I first joined my current company. It allows me to sign, send, and manage the job offer letter they send to me digitally. It is very convenient, secure, user-friendly, and able to track and secure the information I send to my recruiter.

Nothing so far because it's really convenient to sign the document. Hassle-free, and I'm at peace that the information I send is secure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign is beneficial to me both as a user or signatory and to my hiring manager. It saves me time and money on document transactions since it eliminates the need for me to print or scan actual papers; once signed, I only email them to HR. It allows for auto-electronic signing, which saves both of us time by eliminating the need to go to the office and sign the paperwork. It simplifies the document signing process and saves time and money over traditional paper-based approaches.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that it's pretty user-friendly for end users. Also, I've appreciated how when there are system issues for our end users-- it's usually not the DocuSign software that's the issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The new managed shared access feature for our needs in the insurance businesses. It's really tough to deal with this new feature because we have many users in-house that need to see other users' inboxes. Even tougher for our users out of house because they have even more needs to use it & I can't normally work with them too easily. i could at least look at closed users policies & add users faster to look at other's inboxes without bulk add in the old feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a range of troubleshooting problems at times but my main one is needing a user's freemium or another account associated with their email closed. Another is 'adding/reactivating user' errors. Honestly, if we could get a dedicated CSM or something internally equivalent to our account I believe we'd be able to get all of our problems solved quicker. That is my main problem is not having a rep that I'm pretty sure we pay for to be a phone call or email away at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily teach new users how to leverage this product is one of it's highlights! Self-guided education was supportive and allowed non-tech people to quickly build powerful automations and setting up conditional logic and custom routing is so easy! The storage and integrations with products like SmartSheet also make this invaluable for external reporting of statuses as well as document storage. being able to build easily accessible web powerforms are great too!

What do you dislike about the product?
The support systems at docusign is a bit odd and when searching for help you are often referred to community discussions and other non-vetted solutions. Would be nice if the editing of docs didn't have to happen primarily outside of the program (ex. MS Word) but that does protect against some unnapproved editing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation and personalization of of contracts forms is extremely helpful as it allows for just enough customization without needing much more than a basic undersdtanding of the field types. Also love the integrations with SmartSheet.

It not only lets us create envelopes with ease with a lot of options so we can get just the right format for the documents that we seek. It also allows the signing party to sign in a very intuitive way.

The signing fields that it offers have a "floaty feel" to them and it is hard to align them perfectly to the required spaces on the document. I wish for an option to be able to keep from adding a signee as a contact since it is most likely;y the only time he or she will sign.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has provided efficient document-signing and personalizations. I am grateful that it partnered with our grant-making management system Fluxx to develop an integration to allow us to upload signed documents once they have been fully-executed.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat difficult to navigate the various personalized customizations shortly after a new version has been rolled-out. I suspect that many companies and organizations have specific uses for DocuSign that is integrated to their internal processes, but it can be somewhat difficult to reset the procedures when there are updates to the site.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature so far is the integration with Fluxx, which automatically allows us to issue contracts and agreements to grantees and upload the final signed version to specific places in the platform. Before this, we would have to go directly to DocuSign and manually track which documents were in progress and which ones had been signed, then download the documents and upload them into Fluxx.

The Life Sciences Validator for Part 11 compliance that DocuSign features is a very valuable asset for a medical devices company who uses Docusign. Although other services provide some aspects of this compliance, DocuSign's implementation is the easiest.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the feature set is great for every day business use and life sciences compliance, the cost of DocuSign is high when compared to other similiar software tools. This solution could be prohibitive for a small start-up.

Compliant signatures are key in the life sciences and this is solved by DocuSign, especially for a remote/hybrid company. It allows for simple easy ways for all team members to provide compliant signatures from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign offers one of the best document-signing platforms. I was not fond of signing any document, but with DocuSign, it became fantastic. Other than the uniqueness of the electronic signature, the platform offers security with your signature.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I dislike with DocuSign. It is not a free or no version for personal use. DocuSign offers a 30-day trial, but beyond that, the platform will be unable. There are different plans, Personal, Standard, Business Pro and Realtors, each with various features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other than document signing, it offers file management with storage and collaboration. Since work-from-home is being implemented in most Companies and organizations, it is much easier to collaborate with team members in processing documents. I have previously worked as an Information Security Manager and am creating security policies for the organization. Once thepolicies are reviewed, we can easily place our signatures to have the policies official. No more physical signing and stamping.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about DocuSign is the ability to create employment contracts with customisable templates. You can also include special language that makes the recipient's requirements clear, and when documents need to be approved by senior management, the signature templates make it easy. You can also add your own validations, such as email, title or date, if required - or pre-built ones are ready to use! To save time when signing individual emails/files, the platform also allows you to group them into folders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers have expressed concern about the DocuSign registration process. They may think the registration is complete when it isn't. This creates unnecessary aggravation and waiting time for everyone involved. In addition, the signature interface within DocuSign cannot be fully customised to creative preferences; instead, users must accept the universal template when signing any document associated with their account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign saves me time and effort when it comes to obtaining digital signatures. By integrating it into the proposal process, contracts can be signed almost instantly, rather than having to mail or wait for a physical signature.

What do you like best about the product?
At my company, we use DocuSign to send out electronic sales agreements with our clients. I like that the software allows for quick and secure e-signatures, and it easily integrates with various systems and platforms. It sends out daily reminders to the signee to complete the document. You also get notifications when the signee has opened the document, allowing you to follow up promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
DocuSign can be glitchy at times, especially when introducing a new "template" of a business document to send. Customer service can also be hard to get a hold of.

At my company, we send out our partnership agreements to potential clients via DocuSign. In the fast past world of sales, we need to be able to close deals quickly to hit our quotas. DocuSign allows us to get the necessary documents to clients as soon as possible, and it's set up in a way where signees can easily complete them wherever they are.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign has so many different options, and they are all user friendly. I particularly love the batch sending because it saves me so much time overall, as well as the fact that it automatically detects the fields to fill in.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have a team account, I wish we could have shared access to the same documents across the multiple users, but that is not an option unfortunately. So we use the "Send a copy" feature instead.

We are using it primarily for approvals of contracts, amendments and anything else that is legal in nature. It makes signatures much faster, especially since we are a remote team.

What do you like best about the product?
All documents can be uploaded, signed, and organized in one place. It is very useful in keeping track of approval signatures and its progress. Also, it provdes a page showing the certification of signature validity.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky for "non-tech savvy" individuals. It may also take time to learn how to Bulk Send or create Templates. However, these are easily learnable and definitely beneficial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docusign has helped solve my issue with sharing approval documents with the rest of our team and management. It solves the inefficiency of having to ask teammates on the progress of documents and if/when documents are completed. It also saves on paper.

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is basic and gets the job done, although I'd prefer for it to be a bit more intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their unsatisfactory customer service experience and the unresolved account issue that my company has been facing. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, we have received little to no response or resolution, and this matter has been ongoing since April. To provide a brief overview, our company was contacted by a sales representative from DS, who aggressively pushed for an upgrade to the enterprise account with a two-year commitment. We were promised additional licenses and the same payment amount as our current plan. However, instead of upgrading our existing web account, a new account was opened without our consent or authorization. Since discovering this error, I have been in constant communication with the sales representative, seeking a resolution by requesting the web account to be upgraded and the new account to be closed. Unfortunately, the sales representative has ceased all communication and failed to address our concerns. Frustratingly, despite escalating the case to the regional manager, we have experienced significant delays and weeks pass by before we receive any response, which has resulted in substantial financial losses for our startup company. The lack of professionalism and urgency displayed by DS's customer service team is extremely disheartening. We have diligently followed all the necessary steps to resolve this matter, and yet, we find ourselves paying for two accounts without any tangible progress toward a resolution. This situation not only violates the trust we had in DS but also disrupts our business operations, as we have hundreds of documents and files tied to the original account.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently my company and I decided to review Signing platforms to see if DS was still working for us, as it is more on the expensive side. After reviewing over 10 other platforms, we found that, for our advanced usage, DS is 100% worth the price. You get what you pay for with DS and then some! In addition to having more features than any other platform, at the same time, it is very easy and intuitive to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it is a lot more expensive than your basic Signing platform. If you only have basic signature needs, it's probably not for you. If you want to do both in-person and remote signing and have all the options to create templates with advanced features then the price is totally worth it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to see more CRM integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy DocuSign makes signing documents - no more tedious scribbling or researching every detail. It offers great convenience by providing both a generic signature option and the ability to draw your own specific signature, and each is clearly marked for easy understanding. The recipient does not need to create an account; they simply receive an email with a link and complete the registration process as usual! My life has been made much easier by this feature in various scenarios.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been complaints that the registration process for DocuSign is confusing and sometimes requires people to redo their registration. Additionally, even though DocuSign signatures are customizable, all users must go through the same signature process regardless of their preferences or needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is no longer necessary for me to collect and process signatures. It's much easier to get approvals using DocuSign because I just need to send out a request for their electronic signature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how DocuSign simplifies document tracking. Digital document creation is incredibly beneficial because it eliminates outdated tasks such as scanning, printing, signing and faxing, which can be very tedious to complete manually. It was important for the creators of DocuSign to ensure that they created an interface that was easy for users to understand and that allowed them to complete the registration process with a clear understanding of the next steps. This focus on usability has been widely praised by those who have used it - making its usability unquestionable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that DocuSign requires too much time to make changes if mistakes are made. It would be great if there was a quicker way for signatories to return documents that require corrections without invalidating them completely. I have also been frustrated by having to switch servers and not being able to retrieve information from before - although this may just be an internal issue on our end.

With DocuSign, I no longer have to wait days for important contracts and forms. Instead, they can be securely signed in minutes - saving me time and hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most amazing particularities of the content service is its ability to automate documents. The platform supports the development of templates for the distribution stage of frequently used documents. It is also possible to set up workflows that ensure that the appropriate individuals review and approve the works before they are completed. This automation capability has saved me an endless number of man-hours and made the entire procedure more efficient. Despite this, the web offers excellent explanations and training resources, which guide users in their access to today. It can be costly, particularly for small businesses.

With DocuSign CLM's content distribution service, I have noticed significant benefits for the company. One of the main benefits is the ability to optimize material management procedures. It is now possible to manage contractual documents in a centralized location in an agile manner. This has generated greater efficiency and productivity within the team, since it is possible to quickly access and participate in documents without having to go through a manual process. Another benefit is the improved perception and control we have over the material we publish.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign allows me to seamlessly send documents from anywhere at any time as long as I have browser access. I have access to all signed documents in one repository which is great! It has been the perfect tool for me to collaborate both in person and remotely with colleagues. During COVID when everyone was working remotely, we found DocuSign to be indespensible in being able to forward documents for signature that we normally performed in person. This kept businesss initiatives moving forward and has become a part of our daily workflow.

I have a template that is sent annually to a group of individuals for signature, and I have not been able to successfully send the template to the group for signature. I have to send them individually, which is not as efficient as I would like to perform this.

Docusign saves me time with processing many different forms that I require in my job to be signed and authorized. I have set up a number of templates that allow me to quickly and easily fill in the specific details and then get the signatures I need. I am also able to see the status, sending an electronic reminder if needed to keep the workflow going, I also love that everything is stored for easy retrieval, which has eliminated my need for paper files.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience and ease of use that DocuSign offers. The intuitive graphical interface is great for quickly finding what I need, while being thorough in ensuring all signatures are collected as required. It's quick to switch between signatories and it allows me to securely store a copy with a free Docusign account so that other parties have easy access when revisions are made - they're even notified by email! This greatly streamlines processes such as mortgage applications, making them much more efficient overall.

I find it discouraging that DocuSign does not have an easy way to edit documents. I get frustrated when adding blank fields to a page because of the potential alignment issues that take time and effort to fix. The ability to change fonts would be great to have the ability to change fonts so that everything on my document(s) looks consistent rather than having mixed font sizes and fonts.

I think that Docusign should experiment with ways to make options more visible/intuitive for the recipients that don't have a lot of experience with it. I run into issues with recipients not understanding how to reassign signing authority or people not understanding how to correct envelopes (i.e., in order to remove tags). I often have to take screenshots and teach counterparties myself - quite a drag.

I appreciate the reliability and convenience of DocuSign's security protocols, from remote access to secure authentication mechanisms. It makes the transfer of important documents even easier by automating the document signing process for both parties involved in a transaction, ultimately resulting in faster business transactions with little or no risk of unwanted exposure. In addition, I find their customer service team extremely helpful when I need help understanding complex legal terminology within contracts or if there is an issue at any step of my workflow process.

I have found several issues with DocuSign that are cause for concern. Bugs in the software, such as the inability to upload new documents, remain unresolved and customer service is poor. In addition, while it can meet various needs by allowing individual customization of their product or services without student discounts, it can become very expensive considering how generic some features may be compared to the public market value.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is great. We've not really had any issues with the software functioning how we need it to. It has a lot of features and its easy to use. I think Docusign is considered the industry's go-to, although other options are popping up regularly. We have switched to PandaDoc and have found that they have many of the same features and is just as easy to use. I think for someone using the standard plans sold through their website, it's probably a great service. We used an enterprise level plan and had a horrible experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with the Support Team and Account Managers has been truly awful. They messed up our billing and then wanted to come to us and have us pay twice so that they can fix their accounting and mark the usage paid in the right quarter. The request was completely unprofessional. This was also after I had worked with two other account managers in a matter of 5 months. Our account manager changed so often that each time, I would have to explain what had previously happened because they came to us asking for payment for something already paid for. It seems that the departments do not communicate well, even though there are regular staffing changes. And when I worked with the Support Team, they would direct me to our Account Manager. I had only contacted the Support Team initially because our Account Manager told me to. As a Director level employee at my company, this is a tremendous waste of my time and the company's money.

When DocuSign was initially set up for our organization, it was integrated with Salesforce and worked well. However, this integration capability was suddenly revoked from us without any notification. By going through a process with support to try and fix the integration, it was discovered that this now requires an upgrade to their Business Pro plan plus a Salesforce Connect add-on. There seemed to be confusion between their support team and sales team as to which features were required, and overall, the communication from their team was unclear. We're highly disappointed with their customer support and lack of communication on changes in plans and pricing.

I reached out to support, letting them know I removed a user, but their "seat" was still on the account and that I was concerned, I would be charged. They told me the system would update automatically and not to worry about it. Of course, it didn't, and I was overcharged on my next bill. I reached back out to support, explained the problem, and asked for a partial refund and to remove the additional seat. They opened a ticket and said they removed the seat and that I would receive a refund within 10-14 business days. I reached back out 3 weeks later as I had not received the refund. The lady in support told me their finance department was backed up and that they hadn't begun processing my refund yet. I logged into my bank account today to see the monthly charge from Docusign, overcharged again. Not only have they not refunded me, but they didn't fix the problem and overcharged me again.

I absolutely love using DocuSign for document signing, quickly and conveniently. The best part is that when I am finished, the document is sent directly to my inbox so I can easily access it whenever I need or want to. This method allows me to sign important contracts without having to be available during certain business hours, as a reminder is sent if the document is not signed before the deadline. In addition, the click-by-click guidance on where signatures need to be placed helps eliminate any possible confusion that could lead to mistakes in something as important as converting verbal agreements into written, contractually binding forms.

I dislike how certain aspects of the DocuSign platform can seem intuitive, but end up being more complex. What do you like best about the product?
It does what it advertises and does it very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure changed and got much more expensive without much added value but overtime they have added a ton of advanced features. The sales reps are like used car salesmen and very pushy and I absolutely don't appreciate that.

Contracts are now centralized with a strong process of authorizations and approvals. Also, extremely useful with permitting documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Docusign is very helpful to our company. We need many items signed by persons who do not live locally and DocuSign allows that to happen in a timely manner while remaining HIPPA compliant

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and convenience that DocuSign provides. It's incredibly easy to sign documents sent to me as well as upload my own document for signing. I'm also able to make any necessary changes before sending with just a few clicks! What's even better is that you can include multiple recipients in your distribution - even if their role is not to sign off, it's still worth keeping them in the loop as far as viewing rights are concerned. All in all, working with Docusign has been a pleasant process without any technical problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way DocuSign can become outdated if your sales team isn't regularly updated. It can lead to a lot of frustration and wasted time when documents need to be edited but they cannot because they do not have the latest version. In addition, working back and forth with customers to make these changes is less than ideal in these situations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from DocuSign because it makes my job of processing many applications for a global program much easier. Without this digital platform, I would have to manage everything manually and communication wouldn't be as streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to upload the document you need to be signed, customize where the signatures need to go, and even how often the client is reminded to sign their document. It is very user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside about Docusign is that sometimes the document you need signed just needs a real signature rather than digital, so DocuSign wouldn't be used. Also, sometimes there are outages, but they typically don't last too long.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use that comes with Docusign , both for my team members and our customers is the first point of appeal to me , as a user. I love how smoothly DocuSign integrates with our existing cloud file storage tool and other critical software infrstructure within my company with minimal effort. DocuSign provides capabilities that comply with existing local legal laws, which makes any document signed through the Docusign application legally binding and tenable in the law court.

What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to save complex rules and routing as part of my template, needing me to to create them manually each time a template is to be edited is a sore point for me , as it simply slows me down . Also, why do I need to personally delete my signature after use on a document, as a designated signatory . I believe this process should be automated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docusign saves my team a whole lot of time with processing many different forms that we require signed by our customers , in the course of our day to day operations. Docusign allows us to create ready-made contractual templates , where-in we only need to fill-in specific details and share with the target customer for their signatures. As far as I am concerned, Docusign simply eliminated paper contracts across my department .

Using DocuSign is very simple; all you have to do after receiving a notification to sign a document is to review it and confirm everything is ok after you have signed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing is disliked. May be some way to remember that you have some documents waiting for signatures or saving customised signatures in order to reuse them later.

Docusign saved time for me as I didn't have to wait to receiving a letter by traditional mail, sign it and send it again via traditionel mail. Also, with Docusign I'm sure my document arrives till the receiver, and I can follow all steps of signature

What I like the best about DocuSign is how easy it makes the task of signing documents and reviewing them before finally deciding to sign them. It really helped me get benefits at my office.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to have a more customizable interface, something that can keep you logged in and edit preferences as you wish, something yo can make your own and maybe change the color palette.

Candidates expressed dissatisfaction with Docusign's cumbersome account creation process and lack of mobile capabilities. In addition, candidates who have applied to multiple companies using Docusign and have forgotten their password cannot get help from us; they must contact Docusign directly for assistance.

I've benefited from DocuSign because it helps me quickly and accurately comply with SOX and other internal processes. It's also made the process of reviewing, signing and reporting much faster by reducing wait times for critical tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is create templates and to send a basic document. It is also easy to go back to find your old signed documents. I have been using DocuSign for years, and it is great!

The customer service has not always been helpful. Over the last few years, my company has run into a few issues that customer service has not been able to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
DocuSign is an exceedingly user-friendly program. You can generate a single document or an envelope containing multiple records for signature. Having various signers on a lease is advantageous, particularly if the customer has a guarantor who must review and approve the lease before moving forward. Capacity for convenience! DocuSign provides everything necessary to be accommodating in the modern world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Converting a PDF into a blank template may require considerable time, but it is possible. The signatures, initials, etc., will then be automatically filled in when you upload a document you've created that matches the overall template.

A signature can be obtained at any time, which is a significant time saver. Multiple documents can be sent out aand returned quickly for signatures Setting a document's expiration date and receiving notifications when that date approaches are of great assistance.
