What do you like best about the product?
Rev Up ABX has multiple set of functionalities which makes it a full-stack ABM solution for a marketing team. We use DnB Hoovers, DataVision (Explore Module) and CDP (Lattice) as part of the RevUp stack. I particularly like the Explore module to get the net new accounts and contacts for new database addition. DnB hoovers is also a value add for pre-sales and list building. Lastly, CDP integrations and data load is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a scope of improvement in UI UX of the platform. With so much information upfront, it can be overwhelming for users. Integrations can be smoother. Better connectivity is required within the different modules of RevUp for seamless operations and to avoid duplication of efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through DnB we are managing our accounts and leads data for creating audiences for campaigns, understanding their activities on our website, intent signals and segmentation of audience based on their engagement level. We have integrated it with our CRM to nurture our existing data, get net new lookalike accounts, and create demand.

some duplicates of companies can be difficult to sift through (i.e. subsidiaries, branches)

the consolidation of data in one repository and the easy to use, or already available, artificial intelligence; we use SFDC, ELQ with this tool, and now Explore/Datavision

not easy to review the attribute groups built ... have to dig in, file through all of the available attributes to see which have been selected in any particular group that was created

more complex segmentation ... identification of dormant prospects that could be revived ... artificial intelligence is a major plus; business performance has improved with certain targeted segments now available to us
