What do you like best about the product?
Squivr saves so much time by pulling data together in extremely easy-to-use and easy-to-consume ways. The org charts clearly show who we are talking to in our deals, which builds management confidence. Squivr Whitespace highlights low-hanging fruit to go after in our customer base without all the exports and pivot tables required previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried an early version of Squivr Account Plans, but it didn't entirely align with our specific way of managing accounts. We will give it another look later this year, as I think there are new options for configurability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked visibility into our deals which prevented effective coaching from our managers to our reps. Now with Squivr, it is obvious if a rep is considering the entire buying committee and where we stand wrt each person. Similarly, we lacked the "big picture" for our accounts - with the economy today we have prioritized our efforts to cross-sell into existing accounts. Without Squivr it would take forever to figure out what accounts were good targets for what products. Now with Squivr White Space it is crystal clear.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing all of the key contacts on key accounts has led to better planning on ways to reach more success has been critical. Before, trying to digest and interpret who the key players were on a deal from just a Salesforce list of contacts was a nightmare. With Org Chart, that is now in the past. We are able to capitalize on our relationships and be efficient with our time!

What do you like best about the product?
This product/technology has opened up so many amazing views for not only the sales team but also those of us in Partner Alliances, Marketing, and Delivery. Touching just the surface [or this would be a very long post], we are able to see our partner sales champions at a glance with the rating system. Are able to see full partner team structures with the Org Map view. Delivery does not have to search multiple places anymore for the teams associated with an opportunity when the project is handed over to them after close, they just click on the org map in opportunity. The icing on the cake is the team at SQUIVR, everyone from the leaders down is so amazing and knowledgeable while being easy and fun to work with. I highly recommend this product, it is such an amazing help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the product works very well and they keep having updates added, which makes it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Solved not being able to properly view the full team structure of our partner sales teams. Before it took multiple different clicks and then was just a list, now it is the click of a button to see the full structure 2. Solved not having an accurate way to see our partner sales 'Champions'. Now we have the star rating system and can see our champions at a glance 3. Solved the search for partner names tied to Opportunities, now anyone that needs to see the key people on the partner side and customer side only has to click on the Org Map tab to see everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to visualize my Accounts and related Objects has never been easier with the friendly and easy to use UI Squivr brings to my Org. Also with the latest update, I now have the ability to use Org Chart on other Objects (including Custom ones) to be able to visualize relationships between my other Objects. I'm still messing around with that update, but I can't wait to show my team the new possibilities Squivr can bring to them. Tracking Milestones and being able to visualize progress on them on the Lightning Record page with Playbook is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup can be a bit difficult to understand, but once you get it set up, building the Squivr solution on your pages afterward is relatively straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squivr solves a variety of problems depending on which product you have. With Org Chart, it helps solve the relationship issue that a majority of end users have issues with. It helps visualize the relationship between objects and records so that the end users who don't quite understand the backing of Salesforce, they can at a glance, understand why one record/object, relates to another record/object
