What do you like best about the product?
- Will allow our organization to level up our post-purchase solicitation. - Multi-brand pricing incentive - New dynamic email templates allow a more consistent brand experience for customers post purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some of the functionality promised to us by the initial sales team member was quickly proven to be incorrect information, this was discovered after our contract was signed. Very disappointing. - Inability to add "incentivized product" tags for product and review seeding as required by FTC regulations. Custom dev work required to develop a workaround. - Many questions unable to be answered by onboarding CSM. - Email templates and customization of widgets has been more challenging than expected - support from Yotpo's dev team has been slow, continued delays and no followup. Once finally delivered 3-4 weeks later, widget was completely wrong (incorrect colors, fonts, and layout). - Overall, onboarding has been much slower than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yotpo solves the problem of outdated, and antiquated post purchase email templates and user experience. The clean and intuitive customer experience via email and sms will be a game changer for our customers, if we can finally get onboarded.

What do you like best about the product?
Yotpo helps us to collect reviews using loyalty rewards. Thanks to it we're able to obtain honest feedback from our consumers to know their satisfaction with the product and reward them for letting us know in which areas we need to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I am currently facing with Yotpo is the necessity to increase granular filters that will allow us to track better the reviews and the information share by consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yotpo is currently helping us to interact better with our consumers and hear their opinion about the service and products we currently offer. In this way, we're able to have transperacy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best it in that it provide third party integration feature to integrate with other platforms, we only integrate it and start using it on our website. yotpo provide best feature for ratings and reviews from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything it in. Beacuse i also integrate it with my company's client project, it is integrated easily with many platforms and provide many features, services work and explainary reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yotpo provides third party fully created reviews and rattings featured, if we don't used it then we need to create our own custom feature, and it takes lot of time, Yotpo provide built in features only need to integrate it and start working

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy and straightforward to use. I know exactly what I am doing and how to get my messaging to my customers. It's a great plug in to my shopify site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't necessarily like is that I can't block numbers from subscribing. There are some customers I don't want back on the platforms and its not easy to block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get to the consumer via text. It makes it so easy to inform people about a sale or new items coming to the business. People are always texting but they don't always check email.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of yotpo! It's got everything you need for capturing valuable social proof from your customers with a few clicks! Highly recommend them compared to others that are more costly & confusing
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides we've found so far are some semi confusing integrations but that may not be on yotpo end as it is a 2 way street
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are keeping my SMS marketing active & effective! Incredibly affordable for us as a smaller sized business. We don't even have to think about the SMS marketing just check it weekly & when needed to create & send campaigns
