What do you like best about the product?
Strong customer support. They always come prepared with new ideas to test and optimize campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better fraud prevention would help mitigate people who are trying to manipulate the offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkable powers our refer a friend program and we get a lot of referrals for our e-com sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Insightful and thorough account management team that diligently optimizes the offering and works to always keep things fresh. Quite easy to use and integrate onto the website, and we have seen good adoption of this from our customers.

No considerable downsides or dislikes since working with them. From top to bottom a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have internanl advocacy tracked and rewarded in a meaningful way.

Not very robust. The tech is stagnant and hasn't improved in 2 years.

What do you like best about the product?
The team are great and willing to go the extra mile and for our particular needs were able to build a custom setup. And when things haven't gone exactly to plan were able to resolve and update us quickly. The account management support is excellent too. We have monthly syncs and cover the current performance and how to optimise the campaign further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, US based, which works for a global company such as ours, but ideally, it would be great if they could have satellite offices in major cities like London. It would be great to connect with the team F2F occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've launched a pilot referral programme in the UK, and we were very clear about what solution we needed to fit our needs. The Talkable team were able to build and deliver a more customisable solution that other competitors were unable to offer. Since launch, we've seen a positive impact from the referral scheme; whilst it's still early days, the conversion metrics are looking strong, and we feel this campaign will positively impact the UK market.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with the Talkable team and their referral platform for their high professionalism, flexibility and intuitive interface, as well as fast and efficient customer support. I like the ability to customize campaigns to suit my goals and the advanced features and tools. In general, I believe that the Talkable platform allows you to achieve excellent results in creating and optimizing referral programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything but there are small flaws which include limited customization options and an awkward interface for newbies,

Benefiting from this Talkable company can help us increase our customer base and sales and they take on the bulk of creating and analyzing referral programs, allowing companies to focus on their core business.
