What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, it is well thought and once you being with a campaign you are well guided through all the aspects step-by-step which makes it very user friendly. The ease of use is top-notch and the learning curve is flatter.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations and additional features. Also, having more customizability will make this tool even better. Something for the creators to improve on. The form needs to be improved and needs to be more customisable.

If you would like to set up multiple campaigns quickly, this is a product you should consider. It is quite easy and super quick to build referral campaigns, especially if you are after a "Waiting List" type of referral campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting your referral campaign up and running is quick and effortless. I am able to quickly launch referral campaigns and get going without investing too much time. I am able to customise the emails that are sent to the users and has got quite a few variables that I can use in those emails for personalisation etc.

If you’re not familiar with Prefinery, it’s a simple tool that lets you build a high-quality, self-service referral program that can be integrated into your website.

What do you dislike about the product?
Prefinery does not have a feature that allows visitors to subscribe by logging into Facebook, earning points for additional tasks (such as liking a page, following on Twitter, etc.), and no ability to pick a random winner.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up and easy to get started right away. I had a question and contacted customer support and they responded very quickly with an answer that worked extremely well for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there is anything I dislike right at the moment. I am hoping to one day use more of the functions that they offer, but right now I am only using the Refer a friend functionality.

I would definitely consider using Prefinery for your Refer a Friend Program. It is really easy to use, customer service is excellent, and you can get it up and running quickly even without any real programming experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a Refer a Friend program and all the one's I had been looking at seemed too expensive or too complicated. This tool seemed to have more than what I was looking for, however, the refer a friend program is now live on my site and I have been getting a few users to sign up. I have not yet marketed it myself yes as I am still going through the testing piece.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is straightforward. It has an easy to use UI Plenty of customization for listing what type of Rewards your referrers get. I like the integrations with fb pixel to keep track of where my top fans are coming from. Analytics are useful. Integrations with Zapier if you want them both to communicate with each other. I'm not sure what other integrations are because I don't use them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Questions/Form was limited in options on what was available. I wish I could customize it better. Relying on people opening emails is hard. I want to hype them up, but most people sign up only to win or get freebies, so they waste a lot of valuable space as part of your emails. Unless you're creating the best thing since sliced bread, I'm not sure how much hype you can really generate with this "wait list"

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your demographics when you use Prefinery. Will they read emails? Will they openly refer friends? How viable is having a waitlist after you've launched? Will you just stop using after launch?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this tool would work best for people who have a certain group of people that they cater their services to. A lot of people these days don't like openly referring people with no shame. I'd say maybe middle age/soccer mom kind of demographic.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always wanted to found a tool for viral referrals, waitlists and rewards, turns out that I'm a really exigent person when it comes to quality (truly well-made things), even more regarding to software, as I've always been passionate on everything related to software/coding and more recently combining this passion with my marketing interests as well, so I was always looking for similar that could allow me to provide referrals and giveaways, but none of those were really convincing me at all, I was looking to have much more control on functionality, flexibility, branding and being able to accomplish more advanced things (considering my coding passion and tech profile) but also something which is REALLY important for me as well: the user experience and user interface design (for both myself as the administrator on the platform and for the visitors who would be filling the forms) although the admin user interface could be improved the forms look pretty much decent and professional plus the ability to customize these by using CSS makes it even better! I would say Prefinery has everything I was looking for and I'm really loving it! Prefinery is a solid stable product and I would say the best of its type, extremely advanced but simple to use at the same time (which is awesome!) Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
With that above said on why I'm loving this tool so much there's nothing I would really dislike from it, as much as I could say on this question would be some suggestions on how the platform could improve even more , they have a very powerful API which gives a lot of control to developers/coders, I just wish the platform would have a code editor integrated so coders could make use of the API inside the platform itself, if this single feature would ever be implemented it would totally blown my mind making me extremely happy for real!

Prefinery is a very powerful tool, if you ever feel like it isn't meeting your needs more probably is because you aren't taking full advantage of all of its features, Justin (the found of Prefinery) is always willing to help anyone, for real, he and his team has great support, so just reach them out and they would help you with anything! I would say this platform is a very powerful tool to anyone, if you want to get the most out of it you just need to come up with a good plan/strategy and Prefinery will execute it seamlessly!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This single platform has the potential to help you to gain more presence online organically plus helps you to manage a lot of things when it comes to handle lot of users interest on your product or service, you can easily control their information they submit, you can also incentivize them to share your offers with their own contacts on social media by giving them rewards, I mean possibilities are endless!

What do you like best about the product?
I have only recently started using Prefinery for my online business, and my favorite part is its flexibility. I don't like being constrained by templates, or when companies stick their branding on my forms or emails. From that point of view Prefinary is amazing. You get the full creative control over the referral programs that you setup: from the form design, to the email-sending workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say that I dislike anything. It's a very well thought-through product. Of course, I don't have a lot of experience with other products. One thought is the lack of templates. I am okay with that because I value creative freedom, but other people may want to have the option to save time.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I have searched long and hard for a tool to create pre-launch referral campaigns with in-depth user info management and viral sharing features. Prefinery is the best among all we’ve tried, and trust me, we’ve tried everything, including Kickofflabs, Viral Loops, Leadpages etc. What we love about Prefinery: - A wholly white-labelled experience, complete customisation of all the copy, from the forms, waitlist pages to emails. We integrate Prefinery with our WordPress site. As a wholly white labelling solution, it looks as if we developed such sophisticated waitlist management and viral sharing tool ourselves. - Behavior-triggered emails communication where we can configure any forms of communications, from messages, opt-ins, and reward emails. - Multiple forms of reward configuration, from single-sided rewards, double-sided rewards, to milestone rewards. - Very granular user tracking, e.g. we can track > 55 different metrics about the users: Data points such as which browser, which operating system they use, their location, or languages. We can even create and track custom metrics on Prefinery. - In-depth analytics about campaign performance. - Finally, a whole heaps of integration! They integrate with Zapier and have webhooks, API options, and even third-party analytics such as Google Analytics, FacebookPixel, Kissmetrics and more.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven’t identified any fatal flaws. The app can certainly be designed better for admin UI/UX. However, the outdated design is not a deal-breaker for us because we can customise the CSS of all of the customer-facing UI/UX ourselves to align these designs with our brand (such as customising the form, the emails and waitlist pages to look more modern). Perhaps we can suggest that they can provide more integration on the rewards side (instead of focusing on analytics integration). This is because the Zapier integration can be somewhat limited; so if Prefinery has native reward integration with certain popular apps such as Woocommerce, Prefinery can recognise a successful conversion event and automatically generating coupons, than us having to rely on the admins to approve the rewards manually. In addition, I think their new user's onboarding UX could be improved; to have more intuitive tutorials / guided tours on how to use all the features of the Prefinery platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on a pre-launch project, the problem we're solving with Prefinery surrounds the acquisition of new users, where we need a full-featured tool to create and manage lead generation campaigns for new customers. Prefinery acts as a centralised tool with a set of sophisticated features for us to sign-up pre-launch users, know who they are, create viral sharing campaigns and track their performances. 2 most predominant benefits that we've realised with Prefinery: 1. Given the multiple rewards options, we can gamify our campaigns and keep the prospective as well as current users engaged. 2. With the granular tracking, metrics options and performance analytics, we can have better insights over who our users are, where they come from, and more.

clean interface and menus in the dashboard, api integration and hooks. I can only suggest the company to try to apply a common color between the different interfaces instead of having a continuos color change in frontend and backend.

In a crowded space, Prefinery stood out for me for its ease of use, well-written documentation and native support for two integrations (ThriveCart and Pabbly Connect) that are not offered by competitors. I also like how I can customize the email automation sequences to suit our use case.

I'd like to see integrations added for Moosend and Automizy (email service providers). Likewise, I'd like to see them provide support and documentation for the upcoming iOS 14 changes to tracking privacy, especially as it affects Facebook advertising and Google Ads.

What do you like best about the product?
Prefinery is a really robust and efficient platform that delivers what it promises. I've been looking at referral campaign software and services for years and I’m super excited to use Prefinery as it has all the features of the other leading services and a lot more!!! The key thing for me that was missing in the past is customization. Prefinery is the best at customiztion that I've tried so far... language, design, branded referral links. I also really like the fraud protection built into Prefinery that just goes beyond reCAPTCHA on the form.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process of Prefinery was simple and frictionless after watching and following their walkthrough video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfTS06iT3Ws Even without the walkthrough, they have a great library of tutorials in their knowledgeable which made launching a physical product on WooCommerce relatively straightforward. However, the possibilities with WooCommerce appear limited to only adding a customer to a mailing list, or trigger a reward to the referrer after a purchase.Solutions feel more geared to serve SAAS products at the moment. Would love to see a WooCommerce plugin :)

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is basic. I would like to see the links / labels be a bit more intuitive with tooltips. Would love to see a better integration (or more streamlined approach) with WooCommerce (i.e. without needing Zapier or webhooks)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is great for driving a viral Pre-Launch email collection campaign. Great for retail companies like ourselves that have multiple brands where each campaign can be setup with their own domains and sending email address with DKIM settings for DMARC alignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other referral tools Prefinery is hands down the most complete solution. While the absence of templates might seem like a disadvantage it allows full control over the look and feel of your campaigns. Prefinery offers many ways to integrate the forms into your site. The solution provides flexible options to structure rewards, and even milestones. Prefinery also includes solid controls to avoid fraud and abuse. I especially like the event driven email features. The analytics are complete and can be augmented with Google Analytics, pixel data or link tracking solutions. The API, webhooks and Zapier provide all the integration point required besides the native integrations. Overall a very good solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not as intuitive as they could be. In Context help would be useful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a complete referral solution. Prefinery gives us that plus comprehensive tracking, and fraud prevention.

I have used or trialed many other Viral Refer systems. Prefinery was by far the best. While others where confusing to set up or buggy to integrate, I had my Prefinery campaign set up and live in about 20 minutes. When I did have a question, their support team responded right away. Prefinery allowed me to increase leads to my site. With the upcoming changes to iOS14, the ability to maximize ROI on ad spend is of paramount importance.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many tools for referral marketing out there. Some are quite good, but Prefinery is in a league of its own. What sets it apart are two things: 1) the ability to customize nearly every aspect that could possibly meet the eye and 2) the ability to integrate seamlessly with your website or app. I couldn't ask for much more. All in all, it's a win.

The UX/UI could do with a fresh coat of paint.

We are using Viral Loops as well but what I like the most with Prefinery is the option to add our own CSS and JS so we can customize the page as we need.

More integrations. Once we get some subscribers to our list it would be good to have Mailchimp, Mailer Lite etc.
