What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and an intuitive platform, combined with helpful account managers like Scott and John we have found Mention Me easy to use and the service very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Mention Me however, some A/B Testing can feel repetitive, so it would be good to get some brand-new testing ideas to push our smaller brands forward and allow us to use it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mention Me allows us to identify, acquire and nurture our best customers. It stands out from our other channels and tools, driving new customer acquisition and long-term goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and the fact that you can test and make tweaks to your campaigns to make sure you are leading with the most optimised version to gain your customer's interest. John makes a huge effort to keep things fresh and moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are finding the share rate hard to build on and improve but that is a work in progress between our team and the team at mention me so we feel it is in hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mention me is helping us to onboard new customers through our current loyal customer base. We find it a good way to help spread brand awareness and grow our sign ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager John is fantastic, we previously had someone else who wasn't very useful but since we've had John things have been great, he always knows what is going on and able to provide insight and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the interface isn't as clear as other systems and it's often hard to find what it is I'm looking for, such as specific reports etc. but other than that all is well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, we're currently in the process of reevaluating the benefit of MentionMe for both the product and the subscription sides of the business. Things are looking good but we have some further analysis to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
The support you receive from the account managers and customer experience manager. They help you with implementing better strategys
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the interface are difficult to use and can be tricky. I would love to see a dashboard where i could filter results by campaign not just in a whole.

Sometimes there is a lot in the platform and takes some time to understand it all and use it to its full potential.
