What do you like best about the product?
The support team and my CSM are super helpful and very quick whenever I need something or have any questions. I also like the integrations with different platforms such as SFDC and appreciate that Influitive is constantly improving, adding new features, and asking for feedback from customers. It's easy to use and it's a good place for our members (partners) to interact and share knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there's something I dislike but rather that there are features that can be added for a better experience. Having the SFDC-Influitive mapping was a bit difficult in the beginning but we fixed that in collaboration with our internal IT team and Influitive's Support and Engineering teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Influitive is helping us to get closer to our partners and to understand how we can support them better. It allows our partners to know each other, share knowledge, and learn more about our products while having fun and earning points.

What do you like best about the product?
Influitive is the only platform you need to build an efficient advocacy hub for customers. Through the platform, we have been able to connect with customers, allow them to provide us with product and company feedback, facilitate discussion groups, and create fun challenges, which are all gamified. It allows us to build our advocacy initiatives right into the platform, including the option to participate in case studies, speaker opportunities, testimonials, CABs, and more. The UI is fantastic and the support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! There are regular improvements, the account team is fantastic, issues are resolved quickly, and the product team communicates updates regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Influitive has allowed us to become closer to our customers and enhance our outreach. It's a fantastic tool to not only bring our VIP customers and advocates into a community where they can interact with their peers, but also provides them an opportunity to participate in our advocacy initiatives and receive constant updates about our product from our team. I find the engagement is fantastic and we wouldn't have been able to have the insights we do without this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Influitive is has by far the most useful features/functionalities when it comes to building an advocacy program or community. Their interface is intuitive and their reporting is in depth. Support has been incredible and they're always pulling us into ways to get more value from our program at no extra cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make way for newer features, some old features could do with a lick of paint and there are some seemingly obvious things that could improve like being able to select all in a challenge view, but that being said I have no doubt that they're already looking to improve with the chat feature getting a huge overhaul recently among other older features seeing new light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Influitive gives us a way to engage with our community. It helps us to identify potential promoters of our product, reward those already doing so and seamlessly report on every activity whereever they are in their advocacy journey. Influitive is also helping us to understand our customers more with tools to survey our customers or target them with content relevant to them specifically. We gather speakers, references, reviewers and beta testers among a lot of other things at a few clicks of a button and our advocates are extremely engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
The referral program and technology Influitive offers outshined all other vendors we reviewed. They automate the backend workflow and integrate with Salesforce. This makes it super easy for us to track all leads and follow up as quickly as possible. You also can customize individual referral pages based on specific campaigns you are running. Secondly, Influitive's segmentation capabilities are incredible–basically endless! We can ensure that all of our advocates are getting a unique, tailored experience because of our detailed segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Influitive! Our experience has been great so far (client for over a year). I will say I would like to see more frequent product feature updates! Sometimes it feels a bit stagnant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Influitive is helping us power our customer advocacy program by providing them with a centralized location to perform acts of advocacy. We have seen a 300%+ ROI thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
The company itself is always trying to grow and make the platform better for their customers. They are VERY engaged with their customers and I have been an influitive customer at THREE companies so far. Their commitment or engagement doesn't change based on what company you are with!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I just want a fast answer and wish I had a quicker way to figure it out. They have all sorts of discussions, FAQs, etc so its all there! I know a CSM can't be your support but wish I wasw able to quickly chat with them and ask a question. I also don't have the relationship with the CSM like my manager does. But overall not much I can say about disliking Influitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a great relationship with our customers. Right now our sales reps are the only ones with a relationship, so influitive is giving us better access to them and also helping us foster that relationship.
